Detailed Description
The present invention now will be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown.
When sending mail, especially express mail, names, addresses and telephone numbers of a receiver and a sender are generally written or pasted on the surface of the express mail, which easily causes leakage of personal information of a user. Secondly, the courier calls the user through the personal mobile phone of the courier, and the user cannot distinguish whether the courier is a real courier through the caller identification. Therefore, how to protect the personal information of the user and help the user to distinguish whether the incoming call comes from the staff of the real express company and whether the express is to be received becomes one of the key factors for promoting the healthy development of the express industry.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a recipient calling method of one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method mainly includes:
step 100, the server receives a paging request of a pager, wherein the paging request comprises email tag information and a pager number. The mailing label is, for example, an identification code such as a one-dimensional code, a two-dimensional code, or one or more of letters, numbers, and symbols.
In one embodiment, the server is a recipient call server, and can be independent of the telecom operator system and the express service server. The server provided by the invention can provide calling service for the express service servers of a plurality of express companies.
When the mail tag is arranged, articles can be identified in various mail tag modes, the selectivity is high, and the realization is convenient and flexible. In one embodiment, a pager, such as a courier, may enter the mailing label manually, such as by the courier entering the mailing label in chinese characters, english letters, numbers, and symbols. The mobile application can also be started to scan the email tags such as the one-dimensional codes or the two-dimensional codes through the camera, and the recipients can be paged by scanning the email tags in one key. The courier can initiate the request of paging the addressee through one key of the mobile application, the operation is convenient for the courier, the memory or the manufacture is easy, and the privacy of the addressee can be protected.
Step 102, the server retrieves the recipient number according to the mailing label in the paging request.
In one embodiment, the server establishes a mapping relation between the email tag and the recipient number, wherein the email tag comprises any one or more of letters, characters, one-dimensional codes and two-dimensional codes. In this way, the user initiates a voice call with a mailing label through the mobile application, rather than a conventional telephone number, the user does not need to know the opposite party telephone number, and the mailing label is not restricted by dial input.
In one embodiment, after the recipient calling server receives the paging request sent by the caller, the server queries a database in the server and retrieves the recipient information and the recipient number according to the email tag.
In one embodiment, the recipient number may be any reachable telephone number.
And 104, the server establishes the call between the caller and the receiver according to the number of the receiver and the number of the pager.
In one embodiment, the server may initiate an active call to the recipient and the caller's telephone number to establish a call between the caller and the recipient.
In one embodiment, the pager side does not display the recipient number, or the recipient side does not display the pager number, or neither. The embodiment of the invention takes the mail label as the paging information, one key is connected with the caller and the receiver, and the caller and the receiver see the incoming call displayed as the number of the service platform, but not the number of the other party, so that both parties of the call do not display the number of the other party, the personal privacy can be protected, the privacy protection of both parties can be realized, and the user experience is improved.
It should be understood that although the invention is described by taking the call to the recipient of the mail as an example of how the call is initiated based on the mailing label, the invention is not limited thereto, and the recipient is in a relatively dialectical relationship during the process of mailing the mail or express, such as: if the mail is rejected by the receiver or is not delivered to the receiver due to other reasons, the mail needs to be returned to the sender, at the moment, the sender is changed to the receiver when the mail is delivered by a carrier, and the call at the moment is changed to the call of the original sender.
Although the description of how to initiate a call according to the mailing label is given by taking the mailing label as an example of identifying the telephone number, the invention is not limited to this, and it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the mailing label may also be used to identify the identity information such as the name and address of the recipient or the sender, and the information such as the name and address of the recipient is not required to be filled in on the mail.
According to the recipient calling method, the mail tag is used as the key index to identify the recipient telephone number, the recipient does not need to disclose the personal telephone number, when the courier delivers the mail, the courier can initiate a call according to the mail tag to contact the recipient, the calling cost is low, the operation is simple, convenient and visual, and the personal privacy of the recipient can be protected. And in the calling process, multiple times of switching are not needed, one key is connected with the receiver, the time cost is low for the caller, and the operation is simple, convenient and visual.
In one embodiment, when establishing a call between a caller and a recipient based on a recipient number and a pager number, the server may establish the call between the caller and the recipient using a Click To Dial (CTD) capability based on a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP).
In one embodiment, SIP is an application-layer control protocol that may be used to establish, modify, and terminate multimedia sessions (or conferences), such as Internet telephony. SIP display supports name mapping and media redirection services. In a telecom carrier system, SIP numbers may correspond to actual phone numbers, including fixed phones, not just mobile numbers, through TG or AG. Assuming that the softswitch address of the operator is 1.1.1.1, the server uses tel: +8613312345678@1.1.1 as the SIP address of the called party, and can connect 13312345678 mobile phone through the standard SIP protocol.
SIP supports the following functions in establishing and maintaining a multimedia session terminating CTD capability: the user validity is used for checking the willingness degree of the user to participate in the conversation; user capabilities for checking media and parameters of the media; establishing a session 'ringing', establishing session parameters between a receiver calling party and a called party; session management, including sending and terminating sessions, modifying session parameters, activating services, and the like.
In one implementation, the recipient call server is provided with CTD capabilities based on the SIP protocol, which is a relatively independent platform, independent of the telecommunications carrier system. After receiving a recipient call request of a caller, a call between the recipient caller and the recipient (callee) is established through a standard SIP protocol interface of a soft switch or IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) of a telecommunications carrier.
In one embodiment, the CTD-capable server provided by the present application establishes an address book by recording phone numbers of a recipient and a recipient in a storage device or a database of the server, and during a paging process of a pager, the pager does not need to know the phone number of the recipient and does not display the phone number of the recipient on a mobile terminal, but the server actively calls the pager and the recipient after knowing the phone numbers of the pager and the recipient according to a call request of the pager, and both the pager and the recipient are called during a call.
The server, namely a service platform, of the embodiment of the invention takes a mail label as an index, retrieves the telephone number of a receiver according to the mail label information in the paging request of the caller, and realizes the call between the caller and the receiver by utilizing the CTD capability based on the SIP protocol provided by the service platform, but different from the CTD service, the sent calling number is not the number of the opposite party but is the number of the service platform, thereby realizing privacy protection and conveniently and intuitively helping the caller to find the receiver.
In one embodiment, the express bill may not have a user number, the courier initiates a recipient call according to the mail label, the user number is temporarily bound with the express bill number, and after the delivery process is finished, the service platform may delete the binding relationship between the user number and the mail label and then delete the binding relationship, thereby reducing the leakage of personal information of the user.
In one embodiment, the recipient (or user) can confirm the authenticity of the incoming call, the special service number of the user receiving the call is the special service number of the express company, the user is helped to confirm which express company the incoming call is, and the user is ensured to be the real express company telephone and has express to receive the incoming call. At present, there are criminal cases in news that disguise the courier from time to time. According to the recipient calling method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the number of the recipient needs to be inquired according to the express service server, and the number of the service platform needs to be displayed in the conversation process, so that the confirmation of the identity of the caller is facilitated for the user, and the occurrence of phishing is prevented. And moreover, the unified express incoming call number is also beneficial to express companies to promote brands.
In one embodiment, the express company can know when and whether the user answers the telephone of the courier through the call logs of the addressee call server and the express business server, and the like, so that the express flow can be tracked better.
At present, mobile communication is generally called for free, and the recipient calling method and the recipient calling system provided by the embodiment of the invention have the advantages that since couriers and users are called, communication fees can be uniformly paid by express companies, and the problem of subsidizing the telephone fees of the couriers by the express companies can be solved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a procedure for establishing a call between a caller and a recipient by a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, where as shown in fig. 2, the procedure for establishing a call includes:
step 202, the server initiates a first call to the pager according to the number of the pager, and the sent calling number is a service special service number.
In one embodiment, the service special service number may be a service platform number, such as 118114 platform number.
And step 204, if the first call is successfully connected, the server initiates a second call to the receiver according to the number of the receiver, and the sent calling number is a service special service number. Specifically, unlike the existing call forwarding models of call a, call B, and call B, the call process of the embodiment of the present invention is initiated by the call server, and the call server has a function of initiating a call according to the mailing label.
Step 206, if the second call is continued successfully, the server redirects the media streams of the first call and the second call to establish a call between the caller and the recipient. After the caller communicates with the receiver, the terminals of the caller side and the receiver side can have no caller display; and the special service number of the service can be continuously displayed, and the mobile phone number of the other party is not displayed.
According to the recipient calling method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the server initiates the call between the caller and the recipient, manual intervention is not needed in the call process, the main display number received by the two parties is the platform special service number instead of the telephone number of the other party, and privacy protection of the two parties is realized.
In one embodiment, the server initiates a first call to the pager according to the number of the pager, and when the sent calling number is the service special service number, the server plays a prompt tone for prompting description after the pager is connected with the telephone. Therefore, the calling party can be informed of the current call state or the state of the receiver in time through the voice prompt. The system can send Chinese characters, English letters, pictures and other information to prompt the present call state of the caller, so that the numbers of the caller and the receiver can be protected from being leaked.
In one embodiment, the paging request may further include location information, the server obtains a cargo delivery process according to the location information of the paging request of the caller, and the sender or the receiver may find the caller to pick up the express delivery according to the email tag and the location information of the caller.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic configuration of a recipient calling system according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the recipient calling system includes an express delivery service server 30, a recipient calling service 32, a telecommunications carrier system 31, and a plurality of terminals. The terminal side equipment comprises a plurality of mobile terminals provided with addressee calling clients, and the terminal can be provided with a telecommunication operator information receiving end and an addressee calling client and can receive short messages, videos, audios and the like sent by a telecommunication operator platform.
It should be noted that, although the terminal is used for installing the recipient calling client as an example, the terminal does not necessarily need to install the recipient calling client, the pager may initiate the recipient calling request in a form of a web page or the like, and the recipient may receive a call initiated by the recipient calling server invoking the telecommunication operator system through the telecommunication operator information receiving end and may talk with the pager through the recipient calling server and the telecommunication operator system.
The embodiment of the invention provides a universal and uniform network side receiver calling server, and the receiver calling client and the receiver calling server can open the IMS (IP multimedia subsystem) capability of a telecommunication operator and provide the capability for service providers such as a mail server platform, an 118114 platform or a vehicle networking platform. The terminal side receiver calling client can be independent mobile application or can be connected with different mobile applications, and the network side receiver calling server can be connected with various different communication channels, communication servers or telecommunication operator systems.
In one embodiment, the pager 36 initiates a call, which may be a voice or video call, to the recipient 37 or the recipient 38 (or the callee) through the recipient call client 331 according to the mailing label.
In one embodiment, the recipient call client 331 submits the call information, mailing label information, and terminal telephone number to the recipient call server 32. The recipient call server 32 obtains the phone number of the recipient 37 by retrieving the mapping relation database, and determines the mobile terminal 35 corresponding to the phone number, and the recipient call server 32 determines the state of the recipient call client on the mobile terminal 35 through the telecom operator platform, and can initiate a call to the mobile terminal 35 by using the CTD capability provided by the SIP protocol.
In one embodiment, the courier pages the recipient through the system when the courier is on the delivery. Fig. 4 shows a flow chart of a recipient calling method according to yet another embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 4, the method comprises the steps of:
step 401, the courier initiates a paging request to the service processing module 43 of the recipient call server 45 according to the courier order number through an intelligent terminal or an application.
In one embodiment, the courier note number is generally located in the upper right corner of the courier note, is composed of numbers and letters (a bar code form is also available, and scanning and reading are convenient), and is used as a unique mark code of a courier package in intelligent logistics. According to the method for receiving the express mail, only the address of the addressee needs to appear on the express mail, the name and the contact telephone of the addressee do not need to be provided, only the number of the express mail is provided for being published to the outside, and other information is hidden.
In one embodiment, since the courier order number usually provides a barcode, the courier order number can be quickly input by scanning the barcode, and a paging request is initiated.
There may be two functional modules in the recipient call server, a service processing module and a call module with CTD (Click to dial) capability, where the call module interfaces with the softswitch/IMS system of the telecommunications carrier system 42 through a standard SIP interface. The recipient calling server has CTD capability based on SIP protocol, is a relatively independent platform, is related and independent with a telecom operator system and an express service server, and can establish the communication between a recipient caller and a callee through a soft switch of the telecom operator or a standard SIP protocol interface of IMS after receiving a recipient calling request of a courier.
In one embodiment, the intelligent terminal or application may be a separate application such as an intelligent terminal or application developed by the postal system. The intelligent terminal can also be a smart phone, and the application can be integrated in other applications, for example, the application developed by an express service provider can be integrated in applications such as 'pay treasure', 'WeChat', 'easy to believe', 'number Baishitong', and the like.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the recipient may not need to install an application APP, such as a recipient calling client, as long as the email tag information and the recipient number information of the recipient are in a database of the service platform.
In one embodiment, during online shopping, a shopping recipient does not need to install a recipient calling application, only the information of the recipient needs to be input in a shopping platform through a webpage or other modes during ordering, and the express service server can receive the information of the online shopping recipient transmitted by a shopping website.
In step 402, the service processing module 43 sends an inquiry instruction to the express service server 41 to inquire information corresponding to the express order number, where the information may include a contact telephone of a recipient and a mobile phone number of a courier, and the service processing module 43 may further check whether the courier who initiates the request is the courier who is delivering the express, for example, determine whether the intelligent terminal belongs to the courier.
The express business server 41 may be an existing business system of an express company, and information of the express is recorded, including a recipient name and a contact number, a sender name and a contact number, and the like.
In step 403, the service processing module 43 initiates a CTD call request to the call module 44 with CTD capability, where both parties of the CTD call are a recipient and a dispatcher, respectively.
In particular, the call module 44 has the CTD capability of the SIP protocol, and by invoking the standard SIP interface of the telecom operator system, a call connection between the caller and the recipient can be established.
In step 404, the calling module 44 pages the courier, and the incoming call of the courier is displayed as the business service number of the recipient calling the server 43, wherein the business service number may be a special service number of the express company.
Specifically, when the calling module 44 initiates a call to the courier, the sent calling number may be a service special service number, for example, a service platform number such as 118114, or may also be a unified service number of a courier company such as 4008-.
In one embodiment, the calling module 44 may call the recipient first, and then call the courier, and at the time when the courier is connected, a notification sound may be played to the recipient, where the notification sound may be "the courier is being connected.
Step 405, after the courier calls, the calling module pages the addressee, the incoming call of the addressee is displayed as the business service number of the background system, the business service number can be a special service number of the express company, and the addressee can judge that the incoming call is from the employee of the express company according to the incoming call display and can judge which express company belongs to.
At step 406, a call is established between the courier and the recipient.
Specifically, the calling module 44 establishes a media channel between the recipient and the courier through a media redirection function in the CTD, and the recipient and the courier can negotiate about the delivery.
In one embodiment, call module 44 may redirect the media stream for calls initiated by the recipient and the courier to enable voice interaction between the caller and the recipient.
In one embodiment, the service platform may first call the recipient, determine whether the recipient answers the call, if the recipient answers the call, the service platform may play a prompt tone, where the prompt tone may be ". about the courier calling to you, ask whether to answer, if it needs to answer, press a # key, and the like, and if the recipient chooses to answer, then establish a call connection between the courier and the pager.
In step 407, after the call is ended, the calling module 44 returns the execution condition of the call to the service processing module 43.
