Step 402, loading an interactive information processing program and displaying a program interface comprising an information identification input control.
In order to improve the reliability of the acquired interactive information and facilitate subsequent processing of the acquired interactive information, an interactive information processing program can be loaded and a related program interface can be displayed.
The interactive information processing program is a program capable of processing the interactive information, and comprises the steps of acquiring the interactive information by the information identifier, and performing management operations such as storage, deletion, editing and the like on the acquired interaction.
The information identifier input control can provide an entry such as an input box to receive the submitted information identifier.

Since the second application has already been started, the data ID corresponding to the target data to be provided can be transmitted to the third device through the data connection established by the second application with the third device.
The manner in which the first device sends the data ID to the third device may be the same as the manner in which the second communication terminal sends the information identifier to the first communication terminal, which may specifically refer to the related description in the foregoing, and details are not repeated here.
In this embodiment of the application, optionally, in order to reduce dependence on a user and avoid a problem that it is difficult to accurately describe a data ID due to factors such as language ability of the user, and further improve reliability and efficiency of providing data, the first application encodes the data ID to obtain corresponding audio information, and the second application sends the audio information to the third device.
The audio information is data in an audio format corresponding to the data in a character format.

The data ID can be displayed to the user, and the voice of the user sent by the user aiming at the data ID is acquired by calling a microphone.
When the third device receives the data ID provided by the first device, the corresponding target data may be obtained from the second device according to the data ID.
The manner in which the third device obtains the corresponding target data from the second device according to the data ID is the same as the manner in which the first communication terminal obtains the corresponding interactive information from the data system according to the information identifier, which may specifically refer to the related description in the foregoing, and details are not repeated here.
In this embodiment of the application, optionally, the third device may access the second device through the third application, so as to obtain the target data.
The third application may correspond to the first application, that is, the data provider and the data receiver may access the second device through the corresponding applications, respectively, and store the target data to the second device or obtain the target data from the second device.
The third application may include the interactive information processing program described above.

Embodiments of the application may be implemented as a system using any suitable hardware, firmware, software, or any combination thereof, in a desired configuration. Fig. 17 schematically illustrates an example system (or apparatus) 1700 that can be used to implement various embodiments described herein.
For one embodiment, FIG. 17 illustrates an exemplary system 1700 having one or more processors 1702, a system control module (chipset) 1704 coupled to at least one of the processor(s) 1702, a system memory 1706 coupled to the system control module 1704, a non-volatile memory (NVM)/storage 1708 coupled to the system control module 1704, one or more input/output devices 1710 coupled to the system control module 1704, and a network interface 1712 coupled to the system control module 1706.

In some embodiments, system 1700 may include one or more computer-readable media (e.g., system memory 1706 or NVM/storage device 1708) having instructions and one or more processors 1702 in combination with the one or more computer-readable media and configured to execute the instructions to implement modules to perform the actions described herein.
For one embodiment, the system control module 1704 may include any suitable interface controller to provide any suitable interface to at least one of the processor(s) 1702 and/or any suitable device or component in communication with the system control module 1704.
The system control module 1704 may include a memory controller module to provide an interface to the system memory 1706. The memory controller module may be a hardware module, a software module, and/or a firmware module.
System memory 1706 may be used, for example, to load and store data and/or instructions for system 1700. The NVM/storage 1708 may include storage resources that are physically part of the device on which the system 1700 is installed, or it may be accessible by the device and not necessarily part of the device. For example, the NVM/storage 1708 may be accessible over a network via input/output device(s) 1710.
Input/output device(s) 1710 may provide an interface for system 1700 to communicate with any other suitable device, input/output device(s) 1710 may include communication components, audio components, sensor components, and the like. The network interface 1712 may provide an interface for the system 1700 to communicate over one or more networks, and the system 1700 may communicate wirelessly with one or more components of a wireless network according to any of one or more wireless network standards and/or protocols, such as to access a communication standard-based wireless network, such as WiFi, 2G, or 3G, or a combination thereof.
For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1702 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controllers (e.g., memory controller modules) of the system control module 1704. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1702 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controllers of the system control module 1704 to form a System In Package (SiP). For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1702 may be integrated on the same die with the logic of one or more controllers of the system control module 1704. The present application further provides a non-volatile readable storage medium, where one or more modules (programs) are stored in the storage medium, and when the one or more modules are applied to a terminal device, the one or more modules may cause the terminal device to execute instructions (instructions) of method steps in the present application.

Claims (34)

1. An information submission method is applied to a second communication terminal providing interactive information, and the method comprises the following steps:
storing the interactive information in a data system and acquiring a corresponding information identifier; the interactive information comprises first position information of the second communication terminal;
and under the condition that the first position information is matched with second position information obtained by positioning the second communication terminal, calling a communication program to notify the information identifier to the first communication terminal through audio/video call so that the first communication terminal can obtain the interactive information from the data system through corresponding external network connection equipment according to the information identifier, wherein the first communication terminal comprises an information management platform facing multiple users, and the communication interface of the communication program is displayed with the information identifier in the audio/video call.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the storing the interaction information and obtaining the corresponding information identifier comprises:
acquiring the interaction information and uploading the interaction information to a cloud server or an application program;
and acquiring the information identifier of the interaction information in the cloud server or the application program.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the interactive information comprises at least one of a second communication terminal identifier, a first communication terminal identifier and a time stamp, and information content.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the obtaining the interaction information comprises:
receiving input information content and a first communication terminal identification;
and generating a time mark and a second communication terminal identification corresponding to the information content.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein the information content comprises first location information of the second communication terminal;
the acquiring the interaction information further comprises:
and positioning the second communication terminal to obtain second position information, comparing the second position information with the first position information, and marking the first position information by adopting a comparison result.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein after the obtaining the mutual information, the storing the mutual information and obtaining the corresponding information identifier further comprises:
and encrypting the interactive information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein before the encrypting the interactive information, the storing the interactive information and obtaining the corresponding information identifier further comprises:
acquiring an encryption key corresponding to a first communication terminal according to a first communication terminal identifier included in the interactive information;
the encrypting the interaction information comprises:
and encrypting the interactive information by adopting an encryption key corresponding to the first communication terminal.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the calling the communication program to notify the first communication terminal of the information identifier comprises:
calling the communication program, and establishing connection with the first communication terminal based on a first communication terminal identifier included in the interactive information;
and collecting the user voice sent out according to the information identifier and transmitting the user voice to the first communication terminal.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
and displaying the information identifier on a communication interface.
10. The method of claim 3, wherein the first communication terminal identification comprises a telephone number of a public hotline.
11. An information acquisition method, applied to a first communication terminal, the method comprising:
receiving an information identifier based on an audio/video call through a communication program, wherein the information identifier is generated after a second communication terminal stores interactive information in a data system; the interactive information comprises first position information of the second communication terminal;
and under the condition that the first position information is matched with second position information obtained by positioning the second communication terminal, acquiring interactive information from the data system through corresponding external network connection equipment according to the information identifier, wherein the first communication terminal comprises a multi-user-oriented information management platform, and the information identifier is displayed on a communication interface of a communication program of the second communication terminal in the audio/video call.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the obtaining interaction information according to the information identifier comprises:
and acquiring the interaction information from a cloud server or an application program storing the interaction information according to the information identifier.
13. The method according to claim 11, wherein before said obtaining the mutual information according to the information identifier, the method further comprises:
loading an interactive information processing program and displaying a program interface comprising an information identification input control;
the acquiring of the interactive information according to the information identifier includes:
and calling the interactive information processing program to acquire the interactive information according to the information identifier.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein loading the interworking information handler comprises:
and loading the interactive information processing program in the external network connection equipment corresponding to the first communication terminal.
15. The method of claim 11, wherein the interactive information is encrypted, and wherein the method further comprises:
and decrypting the interactive information by adopting a decryption key.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the interactive information carries a first communication end identifier;
before the decrypting the interactive information by using the decryption key, the method further comprises:
and acquiring a decryption key corresponding to the first communication terminal according to the first communication terminal identifier.
17. The method of claim 15, further comprising:
and registering a first communication terminal for acquiring the interactive information and acquiring a decryption key distributed aiming at the first communication terminal, wherein the encryption key distributed by the first communication terminal is issued to a second communication terminal.
18. The method of claim 11, further comprising:
and generating a valid period corresponding to the interactive information, and cleaning the interactive information according to the valid period.
19. The method of claim 18, wherein the clearing the interaction information according to the validity period comprises:
and sending the valid period to a cloud server or an application program storing the interactive information so as to instruct the cloud server or the application program to clear the interactive information according to the valid period.
20. The method of claim 18, wherein the clearing the interaction information according to the validity period comprises:
and sending a notice for clearing the interactive information to a cloud server or an application program storing the interactive information according to the valid period.
21. An information interaction method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a second communication end stores interaction information in a data system, acquires corresponding information identification, calls a communication program and informs the information identification to a first communication end through audio/video conversation, the first communication end comprises an information management platform facing multiple users, and in the audio/video conversation, a communication interface of the communication program of the second communication end is displayed with the information identification; the interactive information comprises first position information of the second communication terminal;
and under the condition that the first position information is matched with second position information obtained by positioning the second communication terminal, the first communication terminal obtains the interaction information from the data system through corresponding external network connection equipment according to the information identifier.
22. A data processing method is applied to a first device for providing interaction information, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a first application on the first device acquires target data, wherein the target data comprises a data ID and also comprises interaction information identified by the data ID; the interactive information comprises first position information of the second communication terminal;
the first application sends the target data to a second device;
the first application starts a second application, wherein the second application is suitable for establishing data connection with a third device;
and under the condition that the first position information is matched with second position information obtained by positioning the first equipment, the first application sends the data ID to the third equipment through the second application through audio/video call so that the third equipment can obtain the interaction information from the second equipment through corresponding external network connection equipment according to the data ID, the third equipment comprises an information management platform facing multiple users, and in the audio/video call, a communication interface of the second application is displayed with an information identifier.
23. The method of claim 22, wherein the second application is a voice application, and wherein the second application is adapted to establish a voice connection with a third device.
24. The method of claim 22, wherein the first application sending the data ID to the third device via the second application comprises:
and the first application encodes the data ID to obtain corresponding audio information, and the second application sends the audio information to the third equipment.
25. The method of claim 22, wherein the first application sending the data ID to the third device via the second application comprises:
and the second application collects the user voice sent out according to the data ID and sends the user voice to the third equipment.
26. An information submitting apparatus, disposed at a second communication terminal providing interactive information, the apparatus comprising:

and the information identifier notification module is used for calling a communication program to notify the information identifier to a first communication end through audio/video call under the condition that the first position information is matched with second position information obtained by positioning the second communication end so that the first communication end can obtain the interactive information from the data system through corresponding external network connection equipment according to the information identifier, the first communication end comprises an information management platform facing multiple users, and the information identifier is displayed on a communication interface of the communication program in the audio/video call.
27. An information acquisition device, applied to a first communication terminal, the device comprising:
the information identifier receiving module is used for receiving an information identifier based on audio/video call through a communication program, and the information identifier is generated after the second communication terminal stores interactive information in the data system; the interactive information comprises first position information of the second communication terminal;
and the interactive information acquisition module is used for acquiring interactive information from the data system through corresponding external network connection equipment according to the information identifier under the condition that the first position information is matched with second position information obtained by positioning the second communication terminal, the first communication terminal comprises a multi-user-oriented information management platform, and the information identifier is displayed on a communication interface of a communication program of the second communication terminal in the audio/video call.
28. An information acquisition device is characterized by comprising a first communication terminal and an external network connection device;
the first communication terminal is used for receiving an information identifier based on audio/video call through a communication program, and the information identifier is generated after the second communication terminal stores interactive information in a data system; the interactive information comprises first position information of the second communication terminal;
the external network connecting equipment is used for acquiring interaction information from a data system according to the information identifier and providing the interaction information to the first communication terminal under the condition that the first position information is matched with second position information acquired by positioning the second communication terminal, the first communication terminal comprises a multi-user-oriented information management platform, and the information identifier is displayed on a communication interface of a communication program of the second communication terminal in the audio/video call.
29. An information interaction system is characterized by comprising a first communication terminal, a second communication terminal and an external network connecting device;
the second communication terminal is used for storing interactive information in a data system, acquiring a corresponding information identifier and calling a communication program to notify the information identifier to the first communication terminal through audio/video call, the first communication terminal comprises a multi-user-oriented information management platform, and the information identifier is displayed on a communication interface of the communication program of the second communication terminal in the audio/video call; the interactive information comprises first position information of the second communication terminal;
and the external network connecting equipment is used for acquiring the interaction information from the data system according to the information identifier and providing the interaction information to the first communication terminal under the condition that the first position information is matched with the second position information acquired by positioning the second communication terminal.

The system according to claim 29, wherein the information interaction system further comprises a cloud server, and the second communication terminal is specifically configured to acquire the interaction information, upload the interaction information to the cloud server or an application program, and acquire an information identifier of the interaction information on the cloud server or the application program.

The system of claim 29, wherein the extranet connection device is specifically configured to load an interactive information processing program and present a program interface including an information identifier input control; and calling the interactive information processing program to acquire the interactive information according to the information identifier.
32. A data processing apparatus applied to a first device for providing interactive information, comprising:
a target data obtaining module, configured to obtain target data through a first application on the first device, where the target data includes a data ID, and the target data further includes interaction information identified by the data ID; the interactive information comprises first position information of the second communication terminal;
the target data sending module is used for sending the target data to second equipment through the first application;
the second application starting module is used for starting a second application through the first application, wherein the second application is suitable for establishing data connection with a third device;
and a data ID sending module, configured to send the data ID to the third device through an audio/video call through the second application by the first application when the first location information matches second location information obtained by positioning the first device, so that the third device obtains the interaction information from the second device through a corresponding external network connection device according to the data ID, where the third device includes an information management platform facing multiple users, and a communication interface of the second application shows an information identifier in the audio/video call.
33. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any of claims 1-25 when executing the computer program.
34. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-25.
