a device association relationship information receiving module 301, configured to receive device association relationship information sent by the intelligent mobile terminal device, where the device association relationship information is used to record information of a television having an association relationship with the intelligent mobile terminal device;
a television determining module 302, configured to determine, according to the device association relationship information received by the device association relationship information receiving module 301, a television having an association relationship with the intelligent mobile terminal device as a television to receive push information;
a file receiving module 303, configured to receive the UGC file locally stored in the intelligent mobile terminal device and sent by the intelligent mobile terminal device;
the data generating module 304 is configured to generate data to be pushed according to the UGC file received by the file receiving module 303;
in practical application, the data to be pushed may be the UGC file itself, or may be a URL address for accessing the UGC file.
The data sending module 305 is configured to send the data to be pushed, which is generated by the data sending module 304 and determined by the television determining module 302, to the television, so that the determined television displays the file content of the UGC file according to the received data to be pushed.
By applying the embodiment shown in fig. 5 of the present invention, even if the smart mobile terminal device and the television are not located in the same lan, the mobile phone can also push the UGC file to the television through the server, and the television displays the file content of the UGC file according to the received data pushed by the server.
In practical application, client software with different role versions is installed in a television to receive push information. The embodiment of the present invention further provides a second schematic structural diagram of an information pushing apparatus applied to a server, as shown in fig. 6, the embodiment shown in fig. 6 of the present invention is added on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 5: a character information receiving module 306 and a character information transmitting module 307, wherein,
a role information receiving module 306, configured to receive role information sent by the intelligent mobile terminal device;
a role information sending module 307, configured to send the received role information to the television determined by the television determining module 302, so that the determined television determines, according to the received role information, a version of the client software that displays the UGC file, and displays the file content of the UGC file by using the client software of the determined version.
By applying the embodiment shown in fig. 6 of the present invention, even if the smart mobile terminal device and the television are not located in the same lan, the mobile phone can also push the UGC file to the television through the server, and the television displays the file content of the UGC file according to the received data pushed by the server. And the television pushes the UGC file to corresponding client software in the television, and the television displays the file content of the UGC file by using the corresponding client software, so that the requirements of users are met better.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an information pushing device applied to the intelligent mobile terminal equipment, and the intelligent mobile terminal equipment is in communication connection with the server.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a first structure of an information pushing apparatus applied to an intelligent mobile terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention; the method can comprise the following steps: a device association relationship establishing module 401, a device association relationship information generating module 402, and a first sending module 403, wherein,
an equipment association relationship establishing module 401, configured to establish an equipment association relationship between a device of the device and a television;
in practical applications, the device association relationship establishing module 401 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be specifically configured to:
and establishing the association relationship between the self equipment and the television by identifying the two-dimensional code for establishing the association relationship between the intelligent mobile terminal equipment and the television.
In practical applications, the device association relationship establishing module 401 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be specifically configured to:
receiving a device serial number of a television input by a user;
and establishing the association relationship between the self equipment and the television according to the equipment serial number input by the user.
An equipment association relationship information generating module 402, configured to generate equipment association relationship information between the own equipment and the television according to the equipment association relationship established by the equipment association relationship establishing module 401;
a first sending module, configured to send the device association relationship information generated by the device association relationship information generating module 402 and the UGC file locally stored in the device of the server to the server, so that the server generates data to be pushed according to the received UGC file; and pushing the generated data to be pushed to the television which establishes the association relation with the intelligent mobile terminal equipment according to the received equipment association relation information.
In practical application, the data to be pushed may be the UGC file itself, or may be a URL address for accessing the UGC file.

a second sending module 404, configured to send role information to the server, so that the server forwards the received role information to a television that establishes an association relationship with the intelligent mobile terminal device, so that the television determines, according to the received role information, a version of client software that displays the UGC file, and displays, by using the client software of the determined version, file content of the UGC file.
By applying the embodiment shown in fig. 8 of the present invention, even if the smart mobile terminal device and the television are not located in the same lan, the mobile phone can also push the UGC file to the television through the server, and the television displays the file content of the UGC file according to the received data pushed by the server. And the television pushes the UGC file to corresponding client software in the television, and the television displays the file content of the UGC file by using the corresponding client software, so that the requirements of users are met better.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the above method embodiments may be implemented by a program to instruct relevant hardware to perform the steps, and the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, which is referred to herein as a storage medium, such as: ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc.

Claims (13)

1. An information pushing method is applied to a server, and is characterized in that the server is respectively in communication connection with intelligent mobile terminal equipment and at least one television, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving equipment association relation information sent by the intelligent mobile terminal equipment, wherein the equipment association relation information is used for recording information of a television which has an association relation with the intelligent mobile terminal equipment;
determining the television which has an association relation with the intelligent mobile terminal equipment as the television to receive the push information according to the received equipment association relation information;
receiving UGC files which are sent by the intelligent mobile terminal equipment and locally stored by the intelligent mobile terminal equipment, wherein the UGC files are contents produced by a user;
generating data to be pushed according to the received UGC file;
sending the generated data to be pushed to the determined television so that the determined television shows the file content of the UGC file according to the received data to be pushed;
client software with different role versions is installed in a television to receive push information, wherein the role versions comprise: senior, adolescent and juvenile versions, the method further comprising:
receiving role information sent by the intelligent mobile terminal equipment;
and sending the received role information to the determined television, so that the determined television determines the version of the client software for displaying the UGC file according to the received role information, and displaying the file content of the UGC file by using the client software with the determined version.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the data to be pushed comprises:
the UGC file itself.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the data to be pushed comprises:
a URL address for accessing the UGC file.
4. An information pushing method is applied to intelligent mobile terminal equipment, and is characterized in that the intelligent mobile terminal equipment is in communication connection with a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
establishing an equipment association relation between own equipment and a television;
generating equipment association relation information of the equipment and the television according to the equipment association relation;
sending the generated equipment association relation information and the UGC file locally stored in the equipment to the server so that the server generates data to be pushed according to the received UGC file; pushing the generated data to be pushed to a television which establishes an association relation with the intelligent mobile terminal equipment according to the received equipment association relation information;
client software with different role versions is installed in the television which establishes the association relation with the intelligent mobile terminal equipment, wherein the role versions comprise: senior, adolescent and juvenile versions, the method further comprising:
and sending role information to the server so that the server forwards the received role information to a television which establishes an association relation with the intelligent mobile terminal equipment, so that the television determines the version of client software for displaying the UGC file according to the received role information, and the client software with the determined version is used for displaying the file content of the UGC file.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the data to be pushed comprises:
the UGC file itself; or
A URL address for accessing the UGC file.
6. The method according to any one of claims 4 to 5, wherein the establishing of the device association relationship between the own device and the television comprises:
and establishing the association relationship between the self equipment and the television by identifying the two-dimensional code for establishing the association relationship between the intelligent mobile terminal equipment and the television.
7. The method according to any one of claims 4 to 5, wherein the establishing of the device association relationship between the own device and the television comprises:
receiving a device serial number of a television input by a user;
and establishing the association relationship between the self equipment and the television according to the equipment serial number input by the user.

An information pushing device is applied to a server, and is characterized in that the server is respectively in communication connection with intelligent mobile terminal equipment and at least one television, and the device comprises: a device incidence relation information receiving module, a television determining module, a file receiving module, a data generating module and a data transmitting module, wherein,
the device association relation information receiving module is used for receiving device association relation information sent by the intelligent mobile terminal device, wherein the device association relation information is used for recording information of a television which has an association relation with the intelligent mobile terminal device;
the television determining module is used for determining a television having an association relation with the intelligent mobile terminal device as a television to receive push information according to the device association relation information received by the device association relation information receiving module;
the file receiving module is used for receiving UGC files which are sent by the intelligent mobile terminal equipment and are locally stored in the intelligent mobile terminal equipment;
the data generation module is used for generating data to be pushed according to the UGC file received by the file receiving module;
the data sending module is used for sending the data to be pushed generated by the data generating module to the television determined by the television determining module so that the determined television displays the file content of the UGC file according to the received data to be pushed;
client software with different role versions is installed in a television to receive push information, wherein the role versions comprise: old version, young version and juvenile version, the device still includes: a character information receiving module and a character information transmitting module, wherein,
the role information receiving module is used for receiving role information sent by the intelligent mobile terminal equipment;
the role information sending module is used for sending the received role information to the television determined by the television determining module so that the determined television determines the version of the client software for displaying the UGC file according to the received role information, and the client software with the determined version is used for displaying the file content of the UGC file.
