1. An environment-friendly paint additive with an antibacterial function is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of honeysuckle, 12-16 parts of mangosteen, 10-14 parts of echinacea, 5-8 parts of baicalin, 2-6 parts of herba clerodendri bungei, 1-5 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 6-10 parts of lithospermum, 4-8 parts of ginger, 2-6 parts of sweet wormwood herb, 30-45 parts of sepiolite, 20-35 parts of diatomite, 15-25 parts of hollow ceramic microspheres, 10-14 parts of nano zinc oxide, 12-16 parts of butyl methacrylate and 4-8 parts of sodium hydroxymethyl cellulose.
2. The additive for environment-friendly paint with antibacterial function according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
a. respectively pulverizing flos Lonicerae, Garcinia mangostana, purple coneflower, baicalin, herba Clerodendranthi Spicati, rhizoma Cyperi, radix Arnebiae, rhizoma Zingiberis recens, herba Artemisiae Annuae, sepiolite, diatomaceous earth, hollow ceramic microsphere and nanometer zinc oxide, and sieving;
b. mixing the honeysuckle, the mangosteen, the echinacea, the baicalin, the orthosiphon aristatus, the rhizoma cyperi, the lithospermum, the ginger and the sweet wormwood which are sieved in the step a with ethanol with the mass being 10-15 times of that of the honeysuckle, the mangosteen, the echinacea, the baicalin, the orthosiphon aristatus, the rhizoma cyperi, the lithospermum, the ginger and the sweet wormwood, soaking for 10-14 hours at the temperature of 50-60 ℃, filtering to obtain a soaking solution, and distilling the soaking;
c. b, adding the sepiolite, the diatomite, the hollow ceramic microspheres and the nano zinc oxide which are sieved in the step a into a stirrer, and stirring for 20-40min at the temperature of 50-70 ℃ to obtain a mixed component A;
d. placing butyl methacrylate and sodium carboxymethylcellulose into a reaction kettle, stirring for 25-45min under the conditions that the temperature is 95-125 ℃ and the stirring speed is 420-780r/min, then respectively adding the extracting solution obtained in the step B and the mixed component A obtained in the step c, stirring and reacting for 50-80min at the speed of 400-700r/min, cooling, and keeping the temperature for reacting for 100-150min to obtain a mixed component B;
e. and d, stirring the mixed component B obtained in the step d for 30-50min at the stirring speed of 2000-5000r/min to uniformly mix the materials, thus obtaining the finished product of the environment-friendly coating additive.
3. The preparation method of the environment-friendly paint additive with the antibacterial function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the screening specification in the step a is 30-60 meshes.
