Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a Dai medicated diet, in particular to Dai medicated porridge with effects of removing dampness and detoxifying and a preparation method thereof, namely Dai medicated porridge taking mung beans, coix seeds and red beans as main food materials.
Background
The common language of cloud is that the medicine tonifying is not like food tonifying, but the effect of pure food tonifying is limited, and long time is needed for the medicine tonifying to take effect. In order to make up for the deficiency, medicated diet is developed. The medicated diet is a delicious food with certain color, fragrance, taste and shape, which is prepared by matching traditional Chinese medicines with certain foods with medicinal values and adopting unique diet cooking technology and modern scientific method in China according to the medicated diet formula strictly under the guidance of the traditional Chinese medicine, the culinary science and the nutriology theory. It is a product of traditional Chinese medical knowledge combined with cooking experience. The medicine is taken as food, the food is endowed with medicine, the medicine is taken as food, the medicine is taken as power of food, the food is taken as power of medicine, the medicine and the medicine are taken as power of food, the two supplement each other, and the two complement each other; it has high nutritive value, and can prevent and treat diseases, promote health, strengthen body constitution, and prolong life.
The medicine Dai originated at juncture in southwest of China has a long history of over 2500 years, and is listed as one of four major national medicines of Tibetan, Mongolian, vitamin and Dai which are key supports in China as early as 1983, and is an important component of Chinese medicine in China. The unique charm of the Dai medicine, which is a unique national medicine in China, is shaped by a complete theoretical system, unequally medicinal plant resources and a long application history of characteristic medicinal and edible plants. The history of Dai medicated diet for health preservation and life prolongation of Dai nationality is very long, and the Bayes of more than 2000 years ago are recorded, however, the Dai medicated diet at present is complicated in manufacturing process or unstable in medicated diet formula, is not suitable for daily eating by ordinary families, and hinders the popularization of Dai medicine diet culture.
The damp in the body is mostly caused by the preference for cold drinks and the greediness of cold and cool fruits and other cold things damaging the yang qi of the human body. Long-term non-relief of moisture in human body can cause symptoms such as dizziness, fainting, fatigue, soreness and weakness of limbs, heaviness and pain of body, difficulty in flexion and extension of joints, depression in chest, abdominal distention, nausea, vomiting, anorexia, loose stool, thick and greasy tongue fur, etc.
The invention aims to solve the problem that the invention combines rich Dai medical and edible plant resources of Dai nationality and a long Dai medical food method with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and develops Dai medical porridge suitable for daily cooking and eating by ordinary families in China.
