背景技术
现有技术中已知一种带有手柄的手持工具,该手柄包含塑料材料。然而,对于使用者而言,含天然材料的手柄使用起来更舒适。与由天然材料制成的手柄相关的问题之一是如何以可靠的方式将工具构件紧固到手柄。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种手持工具和一种用于手持工具的制造方法,从而克服至少一些上述问题。本发明的目的通过特征在于独立权利要求中所述内容的手持工具和用于该手持工具的制造方法来实现。在从属权利要求中公开了本发明的优选实施方案。

具体实施方式
图1为手持工具的第一实施方案的概述图。图1的手持工具包括由第一材料制成的工具构件1、由第二材料制成的细长轴2和由含塑料的第三材料制成的连接构件3。细长轴2还包括在第一端2-1中的手柄部分4和在第二端2-2中的插入部分5。连接构件3布置在工具构件1和细长轴2之间,用于将由第二材料制成的插入部分5容纳在连接构件3的第一凹部13中并将工具构件1和细长轴2连接起来。

突起10是有利的,因为它将密封环6固定在适当位置并确保密封环6在注射步骤期间不移动。同样在该实施方案中,在模具11的壁和细长轴2的材料之间不需要接触,这确保了由于制造过程在细长轴2或密封环中没有永久痕迹。
