The slot 38 arranged at the side of the stop lever 37 enables the end of the limiting piece 42 to be inserted, the movable positioning screw 41 is arranged on the stop lever 37, the positioning screw 41 passes through the slot 38, and after the limiting piece 42 is inserted into the slot 38, the positioning screw 41 can pass through the limiting hole at the end of the limiting piece 42, so that the limiting piece 42 is stably connected to the stop lever 37. The stop lever 37 is provided with a through hole 39 and a threaded hole 40, and the top end of the positioning screw 41 can be screwed in the threaded hole 40, so that the positioning screw 41 cannot shake or fall after being connected. The set screw 41 is arranged to open downwards for easy adjustment by the crew in the cockpit 20. After entering the cockpit 20, the operator operates each motor to turn the roll-over stand 15 upwards, so that the front rod 17 and the pesticide spraying rod 18 are positioned at the top of the cockpit 20, then the positioning screw 41 is opened downwards, the end of the limiting piece 42 is inserted into the slot 38, the positioning screw 41 is inserted back upwards, the limiting piece 42 is connected to the stop lever 37, and the side lever 16 is limited between the limiting piece 42 and the stop lever 37.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the bottom of the positioning screw 41 is provided with a bottom plate 44 having a diameter larger than that of the positioning screw. The larger base sheet 44 facilitates handling by the worker and prevents the set screw 41 from being completely recessed within the aperture 39.

A self-propelled multifunctional efficient pesticide sprayer is characterized by comprising a machine body, wherein the machine body is provided with an engine and a travelling wheel, a pesticide barrel is arranged on the machine body, a turnover frame is further arranged on the machine body and is of a U-shaped structure, the turnover frame comprises two side rods and a front rod, the two side rods are located on two sides of the machine body, one ends of the side rods are hinged to the machine body, the front rod is connected with the two side rods, two ends of the front rod are hinged to pesticide spraying rods, the pesticide spraying rods are attached to the side portions of the machine body, and the pesticide spraying rods can rotate relative to the front rod and are located on the same straight line with the front rod; a plurality of spray heads are arranged on the pesticide spraying rod at intervals, and the pesticide barrel is connected with the pesticide spraying rod through a pesticide conveying pipe.

The self-propelled multifunctional efficient pesticide sprayer according to claim 1, wherein the machine body is provided with a cab, a seat and a steering wheel are arranged in the cab, the front rod is located in front of the cab, the pesticide barrel is located behind the cab, and the front rod can rotate to the position above the cab.
3. The self-propelled multifunctional efficient pesticide sprayer according to claim 2, wherein a protective cover is arranged outside the pesticide barrel, and one end of the side rod is hinged to the protective cover.

The self-propelled multifunctional efficient pesticide sprayer according to claim 3, wherein a rotating shaft perpendicular to the side rods is connected to the end portions of the side rods, the rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the protective cover, and the end portions of the rotating shaft extend into the protective cover and are connected with driven wheels; a first motor is arranged in the protective cover, an output shaft of the first motor is connected with a driving wheel, and the driving wheel is meshed with the driven wheel;
the end part of the front rod is connected with a second motor, the output shaft of the second motor is parallel to the front rod, and the output shaft of the second motor is connected with a connecting seat; the connecting seat is provided with a connecting groove, the side part of the connecting seat is connected with a third motor, the output shaft of the third motor is perpendicular to the front rod, the output shaft of the third motor is connected with a driving shaft, and the driving shaft is inserted into the connecting groove; the end part of the pesticide spraying rod is also inserted into the connecting groove, the driving shaft penetrates through the pesticide spraying rod, and the driving shaft can drive the pesticide spraying rod to rotate;
the machine body is internally provided with a storage battery, and the first motor, the second motor and the third motor are all connected with the storage battery.

The self-propelled multifunctional efficient pesticide sprayer according to claim 4, wherein a supporting seat is arranged on the side part of the machine body, the middle part of the side lever is placed on the supporting seat, a supporting frame is arranged on the front part of the machine body, a placing groove is formed in the supporting frame, and the front lever is placed in the placing groove; the support frame is connected with a limiting bolt, and the end part of the limiting bolt is attached to the front rod.

The self-propelled multifunctional efficient pesticide sprayer according to claim 4, wherein a stop lever is arranged on the outer side of the top of the cab, an insertion groove is formed in the side of the stop lever, a through hole and a threaded hole are formed in the stop lever from bottom to top, the through hole is located below the insertion groove, and the threaded hole is located above the insertion groove; a positioning screw rod is inserted in the through hole, and the top end of the positioning screw rod is in threaded connection with the threaded hole;
an arc-shaped limiting piece is arranged at the inner top of the cockpit, one end of the limiting piece is hinged with the cockpit, and the other end of the limiting piece is provided with a positioning hole; the limiting piece can rotate to enable the end part of the limiting piece to be inserted into the slot, the positioning screw can be inserted into the positioning hole, and a limiting groove is formed between the limiting piece and the stop lever at the moment.
