本发明公开了一种防水瓦楞纸板及生产工艺,在该瓦楞纸板表面涂布有防水剂,按质量计,该防水剂由以下成分组成:二乙二醇甲醚:2‑3%;AMP95PH值调节液:1.2‑1.8%;丙烯酸聚合成膜乳液:65‑75%;聚乙烯蜡疏水剂:12‑18%;乙醇:3‑7%;水性固化剂:2‑5%;流平剂:0.3‑0.7%;消泡剂:0.3‑0.7%;抗刮伤剂:0.3‑0.7%;纸张经过高速瓦楞纸板线与防水胶水将纸张进行结合,制作成防水瓦楞纸板。本发明采用的技术方案,由于纸张与胶水都具有防水性能,100%由纸张与胶水构成的瓦楞纸板具备一定的防水特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装技术领域,具体涉及瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
现有技术中通常在瓦楞纸板表面涂布防水剂实现防水,但是其防水性能有待提高,且防水时间较短,同时还存在防水剂遇水会掉落的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种防水瓦楞纸板,进一步改善瓦楞纸板防水性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种防水瓦楞纸板,在该瓦楞纸板表面涂布有防水剂,按质量计,该防水剂由以下成分组成:
二乙二醇甲醚:2-3%
AMP95PH值调节液:1.2-1.8%
丙烯酸聚合成膜乳液:65-75%
聚乙烯蜡疏水剂:12-18%
乙醇:3-7%
水性固化剂:2-5%
流平剂:0.3-0.7%
消泡剂:0.3-0.7%
抗刮伤剂:0.3-0.7%。
上述防水瓦楞纸板的生产工艺为:
防水瓦楞纸板的生产工艺,纸张通过涂布机,首先经过光辊进行空转压实纸张的空隙,再两次经过涂布辊涂布防水剂,然后经过红外烘干,进而将防水剂均匀涂布在纸张上,最后纸张经过高速瓦楞纸板线与防水胶水将纸张进行结合,制作成防水瓦楞纸板,防水剂的制备包括如下步骤:
S1:预备:准备好分散搅拌机和不锈钢桶;
S2:在分散搅拌机中按比例倒入丙烯酸聚合成膜乳液;
S3:调节分散搅拌机转速至500转/分钟;
S4:按比例加入聚乙烯蜡疏水剂;
S5:分散5~10分钟后按比例加入乙醇;
S6:分散10分钟后按比例加入二乙二醇甲醚;
S7:按比例加入消泡剂;
S8:再按比例分别加入抗刮伤剂、流平剂、水性固化剂;
S9:分散20分钟后,测量PH值,加入AMP95PH值调节液,将PH值调节至 8~9之间;
S10:分散搅拌机转速调至1000转/分钟,分散1小时后即可。
本发明采用的技术方案,由于纸张与胶水都具有防水性能,100%由纸张与胶水构成的瓦楞纸板具备一定的防水特性。
纸板表面防水:纸板表面水滴24小时内不发生渗透现象。一方面是配方中聚乙烯蜡疏水剂的运用与比例的提高,另一方面通过防水剂涂布更加均匀,并增加了红外干燥,使防水剂能均匀的进行渗透成膜。
纸板层间结合采用防水胶进行防水:纸板完全浸泡在水中72小时,没有脱胶现象。

一种防水瓦楞纸板,在该瓦楞纸板表面涂布有防水剂,按质量计,该防水剂由以下成分组成:
二乙二醇甲醚:2-3%
AMP95PH值调节液:1.2-1.8%
丙烯酸聚合成膜乳液:65-75%
聚乙烯蜡疏水剂:12-18%
乙醇:3-7%
水性固化剂:2-5%
流平剂:0.3-0.7%
消泡剂:0.3-0.7%
抗刮伤剂:0.3-0.7%。
具体实施例1
按质量计,该防水剂由以下成分组成:二乙二醇甲醚:2.5%、AMP95PH值调节液:1.5%、丙烯酸聚合成膜乳液:71.5%、聚乙烯蜡疏水剂:15%、乙醇:5%、水性固化剂:3%、流平剂:0.5%、消泡剂:0.5%、抗刮伤剂:0.5%。
具体实施例2
按质量计,该防水剂由以下成分组成:二乙二醇甲醚:3%、AMP95PH值调节液:1.5%、丙烯酸聚合成膜乳液:74%、聚乙烯蜡疏水剂:13%、乙醇:4%、水性固化剂:2.7%、流平剂:0.6%、消泡剂:0.6%、抗刮伤剂:0.6%。
具体实施例3
按质量计,该防水剂由以下成分组成:二乙二醇甲醚:2%、AMP95PH值调节液:1.8%、丙烯酸聚合成膜乳液:70%、聚乙烯蜡疏水剂:18%、乙醇:3.5%、水性固化剂:4.5%、流平剂:0.3%、消泡剂:0.3%、抗刮伤剂:0.6%。
其中,所述乙醇为无水乙醇。所述水性固化剂为水性异氰酸酯固化剂或者其他现有的水性固化剂。所述流平剂为丙烯酸酯类流平剂或者其他现有的流平剂。所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂或者其他现有的消泡剂。所述抗挂伤剂为玻璃粉或者其他现有的抗挂伤剂。
上述防水瓦楞纸板的生产工艺为:纸张通过涂布机,首先经过光辊进行空转压实纸张的空隙,再两次经过涂布辊涂布防水剂,然后经过红外烘干,进而将防水剂均匀涂布在纸张上,最后纸张经过高速瓦楞纸板线与防水胶水将纸张进行结合,制作成防水瓦楞纸板,其中防水剂的制备包括如下步骤:

AMP95PH值调节液:1.2-1.8%
丙烯酸聚合成膜乳液:65-75%
聚乙烯蜡疏水剂:12-18%
乙醇:3-7%
水性固化剂:2-5%
流平剂:0.3-0.7%
消泡剂:0.3-0.7%
抗刮伤剂:0.3-0.7%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:按质量计,该防水剂由以下成分组成:二乙二醇甲醚:2.5%、AMP95PH值调节液:1.5%、丙烯酸聚合成膜乳液:71.5%、聚乙烯蜡疏水剂:15%、乙醇:5%、水性固化剂:3%、流平剂:0.5%、消泡剂:0.5%、抗刮伤剂:0.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:按质量计,该防水剂由以下成分组成:二乙二醇甲醚:3%、AMP95PH值调节液:1.5%、丙烯酸聚合成膜乳液:74%、聚乙烯蜡疏水剂:13%、乙醇:4%、水性固化剂:2.7%、流平剂:0.6%、消泡剂:0.6%、抗刮伤剂:0.6%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:按质量计,该防水剂由以下成分组成:二乙二醇甲醚:2%、AMP95PH值调节液:1.8%、丙烯酸聚合成膜乳液:70%、聚乙烯蜡疏水剂:18%、乙醇:3.5%、水性固化剂:4.5%、流平剂:0.3%、消泡剂:0.3%、抗刮伤剂:0.6%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述乙醇为无水乙醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述水性固化剂为水性异氰酸酯固化剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述流平剂为丙烯酸酯类流平剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述抗挂伤剂为玻璃粉。
10.一种权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的防水瓦楞纸板的生产工艺,纸张通过涂布机,首先经过光辊进行空转压实纸张的空隙,再两次经过涂布辊涂布防水剂,然后经过红外烘干,进而将防水剂均匀涂布在纸张上,最后纸张经过高速瓦楞纸板线与防水胶水将纸张进行结合,制作成防水瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,防水剂的制备包括如下步骤:
