Abstract
本发明公开了一种转轴消音润滑脂,包括以下按重量份计的组分:基础油40‑60份、胺化膨润土7‑10、香精3‑5、苯三唑衍生物5‑9、异丙醇铝2‑6、羧酸5‑7份,脂肪酸5‑10份,抗氧剂0.5‑1.5份,水1‑3份,所述基础油为矿物油和合成油的混合油,脂肪酸为十二羟基硬脂酸、硬脂酸、癸二酸中的一种或两种以上混合物,抗氧剂为苯基‑α‑萘胺。该润滑脂承载力强、耐磨损性能优异,具有广泛的工作温度范围以及极低的摩擦系数、蒸发损失和扩散性,氧化安定性和润滑性优越,并具有良好的抗水性和抗腐蚀性。因此,该转轴消音润滑脂在保障转轴的正常运转,提高转轴等零部件使用寿命的同时,有效地消除了噪音。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于润滑脂技术领域,尤其涉及一种转轴消音润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代社会的快速发展,市面具有转轴的设备也越来越多。例如,数码相机、手机、笔记本电脑产品,还有汽车、视听设备、精密仪器、光学设备以及办公设备等很多种高科技产品都带有转轴,这些设备在运行的过程中都需要尽量避免发出杂音。但是,转轴在长时间运行过程中,普通润滑脂的润滑效果明显降低,设备不仅会产生一定的杂音,而且还会影响到这些设备的正常运转,降低转轴等零部件的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种转轴消音润滑脂,其在对转轴进行长效润滑及防护的前提下,能够有效起到减摩和消除杂音的作用,且对已发生磨损的部位进行运行过程中的动态修复。另外,本发明还提供了该种转轴消音润滑脂的制备方法,该方法中各原料配比合理,所产润滑脂的综合性能较高。
本发明的任务是这样完成的,其特征在于:包括以下按重量份计的组分:基础油40-60份、胺化膨润土7-10、香精3-5、苯三唑衍生物5-9、异丙醇铝2-6、羧酸5-7份,脂肪酸5-10份,抗氧剂0.5-1.5份,水1-3份,所述基础油为矿物油和合成油的混合油,所述脂肪酸为十二羟基硬脂酸、硬脂酸、癸二酸中的一种或两种以上混合物,所述抗氧剂为苯基-α-萘胺。包括以下按重量份计的组分:基础油55份,胺化膨润土8份、香精4份、苯三唑衍生物8份,异丙醇铝5份、羧酸7份、脂肪酸9份、抗氧剂1份,水3份。
包括以下步骤:
(1)将25-30份的基础油和5-10份的脂肪酸进行混合,混合温度为80℃,混合1个小时;
(2)温度在80℃-120℃时加入胺化膨润土7-10份,苯三唑衍生物5-9份并皂化1个小时;
(3)皂化1个小时后加入1-3份的水,羧酸5-7份,异丙醇铝2-6份,进行升温,并在160℃-210℃进行稠化4-6小时;
(4)待水完全蒸发后,加入15-30份的基础油和抗氧剂0.5-1.5份,香精3-5份搅拌降温至90℃以下,进行冷却、研磨后成为成品。
本发明提供的转轴消音润滑脂具有良好的耐磨损性,能够起到长效减摩和消除噪音的作用,保障了转轴的正常运转,提高了转轴等零部件的使用寿命。另外,该润滑脂还具有良好的抗水性、抗腐蚀性以及温度适应性,其不含有机硅,不会导致触点失效,且可保证转轴在广泛的工作温度范围内正产运转。

以下通过实施例对本发明的上述内容做进一步详细说明,但不应该将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明上述内容实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种转轴消音润滑脂,包括以下按重量份计的组分:基础油55份,胺化膨润土8份、香精4份、苯三唑衍生物8份,异丙醇铝5份、羧酸7份、脂肪酸9份、抗氧剂1份,水3份。
上述转轴消音润滑脂制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将27份的基础油和9份的脂肪酸进行混合,混合温度为80℃,混合1个小时;
(2)温度在80℃-120℃时加入胺化膨润土8份,苯三唑衍生物8份并皂化1个小时;
(3)皂化1个小时后加入3份的水,羧酸7份,异丙醇铝5份,进行升温,并在160℃-210℃进行稠化4-6小时;
(4)待水完全蒸发后,加入28份的基础油和抗氧剂1份,香精4份搅拌降温至90℃以下,进行冷却、研磨后成为成品。
实施例2
一种转轴消音润滑脂,包括以下按重量份计的组分:基础油40份,胺化膨润土7份、香精3份、苯三唑衍生物5份,异丙醇铝2份、羧酸5份、脂肪酸5份、抗氧剂0.5份,水1份。
上述转轴消音润滑脂制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将25份的基础油和5份的脂肪酸进行混合,混合温度为80℃,混合1个小时;
(2)温度在80℃-120℃时加入胺化膨润土7份,苯三唑衍生物5份并皂化1个小时;

一种转轴消音润滑脂,包括以下按重量份计的组分:基础油60份,胺化膨润土10份、香精5份、苯三唑衍生物9份,异丙醇铝6份、羧酸7份、脂肪酸10份、抗氧剂1.5份,水3份。
上述转轴消音润滑脂制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将30份的基础油和10份的脂肪酸进行混合,混合温度为80℃,混合1个小时;
(2)温度在80℃-120℃时加入胺化膨润土10份,苯三唑衍生物9份并皂化1个小时;
(3)皂化1个小时后加入3份的水,羧酸7份,异丙醇铝6份,进行升温,并在160℃-210℃进行稠化4-6小时;
(4)待水完全蒸发后,加入30份的基础油和抗氧剂1.5份,香精5份搅拌降温至90℃以下,进行冷却、研磨后成为成品。
上述实施例1~3中的转轴消音润滑脂具备以下优异性能:(1)承载力强、耐磨损性能优异,能对转轴长效减摩并消除噪音;(2)具有广泛的工作温度范围以及具备极低的摩擦系数、蒸发损失和扩散性;(3)具备优异的氧化安定性和润滑性,与大多数塑胶和弹胶体良好相容;(4)良好的抗水性和抗腐蚀性,不含有机硅,不会导致触点失效。因此,该转轴消音润滑脂在保障转轴的正常运转,提高转轴等零部件使用寿命的同时,有效地消除了噪音。

1.一种转轴消音润滑脂,其特征在于:包括以下按重量份计的组分:基础油40-60份、胺化膨润土7-10、香精3-5、苯三唑衍生物5-9、异丙醇铝2-6、羧酸5-7份,脂肪酸5-10份,抗氧剂0.5-1.5份,水1-3份,所述基础油为矿物油和合成油的混合油,所述脂肪酸为十二羟基硬脂酸、硬脂酸、癸二酸中的一种或两种以上混合物,所述抗氧剂为苯基-α-萘胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种转轴消音润滑脂,其特征在于:包括以下按重量份计的组分:基础油55份,胺化膨润土8份、香精4份、苯三唑衍生物8份,异丙醇铝5份、羧酸7份、脂肪酸9份、抗氧剂1份,水3份。
3.权利要求1所述一种转轴消音润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将25-30份的基础油和5-10份的脂肪酸进行混合,混合温度为80℃,混合1个小时;
(2)温度在80℃-120℃时加入胺化膨润土7-10份,苯三唑衍生物5-9份并皂化1个小时;
(3)皂化1个小时后加入1-3份的水,羧酸5-7份,异丙醇铝2-6份,进行升温,并在160℃-210℃进行稠化4-6小时;
