一种钝化剂及金属镀件表面钝化处理方法,以1000重量份计,该钝化剂包括按照重量份数配比的下列成分:2‑15份钨酸钠,0.5‑3份磷酸二氢钠,2‑8份高氯酸钠,1‑5份乙酸和余量的蒸馏水。上述钝化剂形成的保护膜层对金属及镀层具有很强的钝化性和抗氧化、防腐蚀能力,干燥后在镀层表面形成无色透明的坚固保护膜,具有耐温、耐盐、耐蚀的性能,可广泛应用于各种金属镀件,尤其对镀镍层钝化更佳。
