Abstract
一种钝化剂及金属镀件钝化处理方法,以8000重量份计,该钝化剂包括按照重量份数配比的下列成分:100‑300份硅酸盐,1‑5份硼酸,2‑10份氟化钾,1‑10份苯并三氮唑、0.1‑1份两性咪唑啉和余量的蒸馏水。本品不含铬,克服了铬酸盐钝化技术的毒性大,不环保,配置工艺复杂,成本高等缺点,可实现电镀锌及锌铁合金的清洁生产,该钝化液钝化工艺稳定可靠,可广泛应用于各种金属镀件,尤其对镀锌层钝化更佳。
