Abstract
一种钝化剂及金属镀件表面处理方法和金属工件,以1000重量份计,该钝化剂包括按照重量份数配比的下列成分:1‑5份铬酐,0.1‑0.5份铁氰化钾,0.5‑3份硅酸钠,0.1‑0.5份γ‑氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,0.5‑4份乙酸,0.1‑0.5份三乙醇胺,0.1‑0.5份氟化钠和余量的蒸馏水。经钝化的镀锌板在镀层表面形成黄色的坚固保护膜,耐蚀性,抗氧化性,抗硫化变黑等性能都大大增强,可广泛应用于各种金属镀件,尤其对镀锌层钝化更佳。
