一种能提高Endo IV酶活性的内切酶缓冲液,包括20~200mM的Tris‑HCl,0.05~0.2M的NaCl,2~20mM的MgSO4,0.2~10mM的DTT,0.05~5质量%的表面活性剂,pH为7~8。所述缓冲液还可进一步包括0.1~5质量%的碳原子数小于5的短链醇类。
