5. The method of claim 4, wherein before the obtaining the first copyright data certificate of the copyright owner for the copyright data when it is monitored that the copyright data of the copyright owner is infringed, the method further comprises:
when a license storage request aiming at the copyright data of the copyright owner is detected, acquiring the license storage data corresponding to the copyright data, wherein the license storage data comprises abstract information of the copyright data and information of the copyright owner;
uploading the certificate storing data to the block chain platform so that the block chain platform generates a certificate storing certificate according to the certificate storing data;
and obtaining the credit evidence returned by the block chain platform, and sending the credit evidence to a first user terminal corresponding to the copyright owner.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein before acquiring the license data corresponding to the copyright data when the license request for the copyright owner is detected, further comprising:
receiving a license storage request submitted by the copyright owner for copyright data through a first user terminal;

responding to the copyright authentication request, determining a copyright authentication request transaction corresponding to the deposit evidence by a designated transaction mode, and uploading the copyright authentication request transaction to the blockchain platform, so that the blockchain platform writes the copyright authentication request transaction into the blockchain after passing the consensus verification of the copyright authentication request transaction, wherein the copyright authentication request transaction comprises a first copyright data certificate and a second copyright data certificate, the deposit evidence is used as the input of the copyright authentication request transaction, and the first copyright data certificate and the second copyright data certificate are used as the output of the copyright authentication request transaction;
sending the second copyright data certificate to a copyright authentication platform, so that the copyright authentication platform generates a copyright certificate transaction corresponding to the second copyright data certificate according to the designated transaction mode after issuing a copyright certificate to copyright data of the copyright owner, and uploads the copyright certificate transaction to the block chain platform, so that the block chain platform writes the copyright certificate transaction into the block chain after passing the consensus verification of the copyright certificate transaction, wherein the copyright certificate transaction comprises a first copyright certificate and a second copyright certificate, the second copyright data certificate is used as the input of the copyright certificate transaction, and the first copyright certificate and the second copyright certificate are used as the output of the copyright certificate transaction;
and sending the first copyright data certificate and the first copyright certificate to a first user terminal corresponding to the copyright owner.

and the second generation module is used for generating a decision result of the litigation request by using the notarization result voucher and the forensics result voucher, and writing the decision result into the block chain through the block chain platform.

A server, comprising a processor and a storage device, the processor and the storage device being interconnected, wherein the storage device is configured to store a computer program comprising program instructions, and wherein the processor is configured to invoke the program instructions to perform the method of any one of claims 1-7.
