From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present disclosure can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Claims (11)

1. A method for showing infringement notice information comprises the following steps:
requesting the advertiser equipment to determine infringement announcement information and judgment certification information; the infringing announcement information is recorded with infringing facts of infringing parties, and the judgment certification information is used for proving that the infringing facts of the infringing parties are legally identified;
the request announcement party equipment submits the infringement announcement transaction containing the infringement announcement information and judgment certification information to a block chain or a centralized block chain type account book for storage;
after determining that the block chain or the centralized block chain type account book stores the infringement notice transaction, the forced notice equipment sends the infringement notice information to an information display control deployed on an infringement party public page; and when the user browses the infringing party open page, the information display control displays the infringing announcement information.
2. The method of claim 1, the infringing announcement information comprising:
judicial judgment information, or apology information for infringers.
3. The method of claim 1, the deciding the attestation information comprising:
and the electronic signature of the infringing announcement information by the legal party.
4. The method of claim 1, the requesting advertiser device comprising an infringed or judicial device.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein when the user browses the infringing party public page, the information presentation control presents the infringing announcement information, and comprises:
and when the user browses the infringing party open page within a specified time period, the information display control displays the infringing announcement information.
6. A block chain-based infringement announcement information display system comprises a request announcement party device and a forced announcement device;
the request bulletin device determines infringement bulletin information and judgment certification information; the infringing announcement information is recorded with infringing facts of infringing parties, and the judgment certification information is used for proving that the infringing facts of the infringing parties are legally identified; submitting an infringing announcement transaction containing the infringing announcement information and judgment certification information to a block chain or a centralized block chain type account book for storage;
the forced announcement equipment sends the infringement announcement information to an information display control deployed on an infringement public page after determining that the block chain or the centralized block chain type account book stores the infringement announcement transaction; and when the user browses the infringing party open page, the information display control displays the infringing announcement information.
7. A block chain-based infringement announcement information display method is applied to requesting announcement equipment, and comprises the following steps:
determining infringement announcement information and judgment certification information; the infringing announcement information is recorded with infringing facts of infringing parties, and the judgment certification information is used for proving that the infringing facts of the infringing parties are legally identified;
and submitting the infringement notice transaction containing the infringement notice information and the judgment certification information to a block chain or a centralized block chain type account book for storage.
8. A block chain-based infringement announcement information display method is applied to mandatory announcement equipment, and comprises the following steps:
after determining that the infringement announcement transaction is stored in a block chain or centralized block chain type account book, the forced announcement equipment sends infringement announcement information to an information display control deployed on an infringement party public page;
and when the user browses the infringing party open page, the information display control displays the infringing announcement information.
9. An infringement announcement information display device based on a block chain is applied to a request advertiser device, and the device comprises:
the determining module is used for determining infringement notice information and judgment certification information; the infringing announcement information is recorded with infringing facts of infringing parties, and the judgment certification information is used for proving that the infringing facts of the infringing parties are legally identified;

and when the user browses the infringing party open page, the information display control displays the infringing announcement information.
11. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of claim 7 or 8 when executing the program.
