1. The utility model provides a block chain based license service implementation system which characterized in that, block chain based license service implementation system includes: an electronic license management and sharing system, a license metadata providing unit, a regional alliance chain storage architecture, an electronic license library and a query client, wherein,
the query client is used for sending a license query request to the electronic license management and sharing system;
the electronic license management and sharing system is used for receiving a license inquiry request from the inquiry client; sending a license authorization verification request to the regional alliance chain storage framework according to the license inquiry request;
the regional alliance chain storage architecture is used for receiving a license authorization verification request from the electronic license management and sharing system; inquiring nodes in the alliance chain according to the license authorization verification request to obtain a license authorization verification result, wherein the area alliance chain storage architecture comprises: each node comprises a block chain consisting of N nodes, the value of N is a positive integer, and hash values corresponding to license authorization records are stored in the nodes in the alliance chain; sending the license authorization verification result to the electronic license management and sharing system;
the electronic license management and sharing system is used for receiving a license authorization verification result from the regional alliance chain storage framework; after the license authorization is determined to pass according to the license authorization verification result, the license layout file and the license metadata matched with the license inquiry request are inquired from the electronic license library; sharing the inquired license layout file and the license metadata to the inquiry client;
the inquiry client is used for the license inquiry requester to access the shared license layout file and the license metadata through the inquiry client;
the license metadata providing unit is used for signing the locally stored license metadata to obtain the license metadata with the signature; submitting the license metadata with the signature to the electronic license management and sharing system;
the electronic license management and sharing system is used for receiving license metadata carrying a signature from the license metadata providing unit; verifying the signature, issuing an electronic certificate to the certificate metadata after the signature is verified successfully, and generating a certificate layout file corresponding to the certificate metadata; recording the management process of the license layout file and the license metadata, and generating a license management record; and storing the license layout file and the license metadata into the electronic license library.

The block chain-based license service implementation system of claim 1, wherein the electronic license management and sharing system is configured to record a usage process of a license layout file and license metadata, and generate a license usage record; storing the certificate using record to generate a certificate storing hash value; sending the certificate storage hash value corresponding to the certificate use record to the regional alliance chain storage architecture;
and the regional alliance chain storage architecture receives the certificate storage hash value from the electronic certificate management and sharing system and stores the certificate storage hash value corresponding to the certificate use record into an alliance chain.

The block chain-based license service implementation system of claim 1, wherein the electronic license management and sharing system is configured to store licenses on the license metadata and the license management record, and generate a license-storing hash value; sending the certificate storage hash value corresponding to the certificate management record to the regional alliance chain storage architecture;
and the regional alliance chain storage architecture receives the certificate storage hash value from the electronic certificate management and sharing system and stores the certificate storage hash value corresponding to the certificate management record into an alliance chain.

The system for realizing block chain-based license service according to claim 1, wherein the electronic license management and sharing system is configured to obtain an authorization result provided by a license holder corresponding to the license metadata; recording the authorization process of the license metadata, and generating a license authorization record after the license holder passes the authorization; storing the license authorization record to generate a license storage hash value, and sending the license storage hash value corresponding to the license authorization record to the regional alliance chain storage architecture;
and the regional alliance chain storage architecture is used for receiving the certificate storage hash value from the electronic certificate management and sharing system and storing the certificate storage hash value corresponding to the certificate authorization record into an alliance chain.

The system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the regional federation chain storage architecture is configured to perform synchronous accounting on a plurality of nodes of the federation chain through a blockchain distributed ledger on the received accreditation hash value to form a trust block.
