step 31, judging whether the electronic license base map to be checked is expired or not by verifying the validity period of the electronic license base map to be checked;
step 41, checking the revocation record of the electronic license base map to be checked by inquiring the revocation list of the electronic license library, and checking whether the electronic license to be checked is revoked;
Step 51: and if the validity and authenticity of the electronic license format file to be checked pass verification, loading the electronic license format file by using an electronic license reader, and displaying the content of the electronic license.
