背景技术
过去,一些拖拉机包括用于位于拖拉机的右侧或左侧后挡泥板上的三点式悬挂装置的电动或电动液压控制器。这些控制装置使得操作者在离开拖拉机时更方便地钩住后部安装的机具。例如,一个开关可以向一个或多个阀提供信号以升高悬挂装置,而另一个开关可以提供信号以降低悬挂装置。然而,即使控制器安装在挡泥板上,由于相对于机具精确定位拖拉机的难度和所需的时间,因此更换三点式悬挂装置上的后部安装的机具可能是劳动密集型的。

一种远程拖拉机控制系统,包括手持式远程控制单元,所述手持式远程控制单元具有多个指令按钮、和启动按钮,所述多个指令按钮包括用于升高或降低拖拉机上的三点式悬挂装置和使拖拉机向前或向后爬行的按钮,所述启动按钮必须被致动以将来自所述多个指令按钮中的每一个指令按钮的信号无线地传输到所述拖拉机上的远程接收器模块。所述远程拖拉机控制系统还包括位于所述拖拉机上的后开关模块,所述后开关模块具有用于升高或降低所述三点式悬挂装置和向前或向后爬行的按钮。当所述手持式远程控制单元上的启动按钮被致动时,所述远程接收器模块使所述后开关模块禁用。

具体实施方式
在图1-2所示的一个实施例中,远程拖拉机控制系统10可以包括手持式远程控制单元12,当操作者离开拖拉机时,优选地在距离拖拉机高达大约30英尺的距离处,或者当在拖拉机上面向后就坐时,操作者可以使用该手持式远程控制单元12来提供无线信号或指令。手持式远程控制单元可以通过短距离无线电或蓝牙进行到拖拉机上的远程接收器模块14的传输。

在一个实施例中,远程拖拉机控制系统10可以包括安装在拖拉机上的远程接收器模块14。远程接收器模块可以包括开关52和继电器54,当远程接收器模块从手持式远程控制单元12接收到远程启动信号时,所述继电器54切断到后挡泥板开关模块36的12V电力。远程接收器模块可以仅使用12V电力来为远程启动供电,并且远程接收器模块上的其它开关可以被继电器54断电。其它开关可以包括三点式悬挂装置升高和降低开关56、以及蠕形前进和后退开关58。三点式悬挂装置升高和降低开关、以及蠕形前进和后退开关可以由远程接收器模块在手持式远程控制单元被启用时从手持式远程控制单元接收的指令来致动。三点式悬挂装置升高和降低开关可以连接到悬挂装置控制器38,并且蠕形前进和后退开关可以连接到变速器控制器40。另外,远程接收器模块可以将从手持式远程控制单元接收到的指令发送给发动机控制器60,并将发动机数据从发动机控制器发送到手持式远程控制单元。例如,远程接收器模块可通过CAN总线62连接到发动机控制器。

Claims (11)

1.一种远程拖拉机控制系统,包括:
手持式远程控制单元,所述手持式远程控制单元具有启动按钮和多个指令按钮,所述多个指令按钮包括用于升高或降低拖拉机上的三点式悬挂装置和用于使拖拉机向前或向后爬行的按钮,所述启动按钮必须被致动以将来自所述多个指令按钮中的每一个指令按钮的信号无线地传输到所述拖拉机上的远程接收器模块;和
位于所述拖拉机上的后开关模块,所述后开关模块也具有用于升高或降低所述三点式悬挂装置和用于向前或向后爬行的按钮;
当所述手持式远程控制单元上的启动按钮被致动时,所述远程接收器模块使所述后开关模块禁用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远程拖拉机控制系统,其中,所述手持式远程控制单元包括显示器,当所述启动按钮未被致动时,所述显示器显示关于所述拖拉机的状况的信息。
3.根据权利要求1所述的远程拖拉机控制系统,其中,所述手持式远程控制单元包括用于操作面向后的机具的按钮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的远程拖拉机控制系统,所述远程拖拉机控制系统还包括位于所述后开关模块上的启动开关。
5.远程拖拉机控制系统,包括:
位于拖拉机上的三点式悬挂装置,通过致动所述拖拉机上的操作站中的控制器、后挡泥板上的按钮、或不在所述拖拉机上的手持式远程控制单元能够升高或降低所述三点式悬挂装置;
位于所述拖拉机上的变速器,通过致动所述拖拉机上的操作站中的控制器、所述后挡泥板上的按钮、或不在所述拖拉机上的手持式远程控制单元,所述变速器能够使所述拖拉机向前或向后爬行;和
位于所述拖拉机上的远程接收器模块,所述远程接收器模块仅在所述手持式远程控制单元传输启动信号时才允许所述手持式远程控制单元致动所述三点式悬挂装置和所述爬行。
6.根据权利要求5所述的远程拖拉机控制系统,所述远程拖拉机控制系统还包括位于所述拖拉机上的发动机控制器,通过致动所述拖拉机上的操作站中的控制器、或不在所述拖拉机上的手持式远程控制单元,所述发动机控制器使发动机起动或停止。
7.根据权利要求5所述的远程拖拉机控制系统,所述远程拖拉机控制系统还包括位于所述拖拉机上的发动机控制器,通过致动所述拖拉机上的操作站中的控制器或不在所述拖拉机上的手持式远程控制单元,所述发动机控制器增加或降低发动机速度。
8.根据权利要求5所述的远程拖拉机控制系统,所述远程拖拉机控制系统还包括位于所述手持式远程控制单元上的显示器,当所述手持式远程控制器不生成启动信号时,所述显示器显示关于拖拉机状况的信息。
9.一种远程拖拉机控制系统,包括:
手持式远程控制单元,该手持式远程控制单元具有启动按钮,当所述启动按钮被致动时,将来自所述手持式远程控制单元上的多个指令按钮的信号发送到拖拉机上的三点式悬挂装置控制器、变速器控制器和发动机控制器,并且当所述启动按钮未被致动时,显示来自所述发动机控制器的关于拖拉机状况的信息。
10.根据权利要求9所述的远程拖拉机控制系统,其中,位于所述手持式远程控制单元上的多个指令按钮包括用于操作面向后的机具的按钮。
