Technical Field
The invention relates to an anti-seepage blocking structure and method for a screw hole of a concrete shear wall, and belongs to the technical field of anti-seepage of concrete shear walls.
Background
When a concrete shear wall is constructed, for parts with high waterproof requirements (particularly in underground structure construction), the shear wall templates usually adopt three-section type water stopping counter-pulling screw rods to fix the templates on two sides of the wall body so as to ensure the waterproof effect of the side edges of the bolts. When a gap appears between the tension screw and the shear wall, common waterproof mortar is used for plugging, or foaming agent is simply used for plugging, so that the anti-seepage effect is poor, and the normal use of the building can be influenced. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an anti-seepage blocking structure and method for a screw hole of a concrete shear wall.

Further, the waterproof material is a polymer cement waterproof coating.
Furthermore, the painting range of the polymer cement waterproof coating is a range which takes the center of a screw hole as a circle center and has the diameter not less than 100 mm.
Further, the depth of the expansion hole is not less than 20mm, and the diameter is not less than 30 mm.

step three, injecting asbestos cement into the expanded holes for blocking, and extruding and compacting the asbestos cement in layers;
injecting a polyurethane foaming agent into the screw hole from the inner side of the wall body of the concrete shear wall, fully filling the screw hole, or filling the polyurethane foaming agent to a position 20-30 mm away from the inner side of the wall body, and after the foaming agent is dried and hardened, finishing plugging of the rest part by using dry and hard cement mortar;
and fifthly, coating waterproof materials on the outer side of the wall body of the concrete shear wall, and covering asbestos cement.

The JS waterproof paint is a green environment-friendly material, has the advantages of no environmental pollution, stable performance, excellent aging resistance, long waterproof life and strong adhesive force, is safe to use and convenient to construct, and has better adhesive property on most materials; the material has good elasticity and elongation rate of 200 percent, so the cracking resistance, the freezing resistance and the low-temperature flexibility are excellent; the workability is good, no bubble is generated, the film forming effect is good, and the curing is fast; the construction is simple, and the brush coating, the roller coating, the spray coating and the scraping coating can be carried out.

step four, injecting a polyurethane foaming agent 4 into the screw hole from the inner side 2 of the wall body of the concrete shear wall, fully drilling the screw hole, or filling the polyurethane foaming agent 4 to a position 20-30 mm away from the inner side of the wall body, and after the foaming agent is dried and hardened, finishing plugging of the rest part by using dry and hard cement mortar 5;
