Furthermore, the nut seat sleeve is installed at the front end of the main shaft through two bearings which are paired and pre-tightened, and an auxiliary support bearing at the rear end of the main shaft provides auxiliary support for the nut seat sleeve.
Furthermore, an oil distribution shaft is arranged in the nut seat sleeve, the front part of the oil distribution shaft penetrates through the screw rod and is connected with the sliding block, the tail part of the oil distribution shaft is connected with a rotary oil distribution end, lubricating oil is supplied to the rotary oil distribution end from a centralized lubricating system of the machine tool, is conveyed to the screw rod through the oil distribution shaft and then is supplied to the sliding block, and therefore supply is achieved.
As an improvement on the structure of the invention, the screw rod is equal to the main shaft in length, and lubricating oil is supplied to the sliding block through a rotary oil distribution end connected to the tail part of the screw rod.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
