Description
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a bactericidal composition containing ametoctradin and flumorph and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, conventional fungicides for controlling diseases caused by peronospora and phytophthora fungi are mainly amides, such as: metalaxyl, benalaxyl and oxadixyl, but the two diseases obviously generate drug resistance to amide compounds, so the control effect is poor; another class is aliphatic fungicides, such as: the bactericide is a mixture of cymoxanil and mancozeb, and the problems of drug resistance of the bactericide in different degrees also occur in most areas of China. In addition, organic phosphorus such as fosetyl-aluminum and thiocarbamates such as mancozeb and thiram also have a certain prevention effect on diseases caused by peronospora and phytophthora, fosetyl-aluminum is not ideal at present due to resistance problems, mancozeb is a protective agent, and no treatment effect is realized after the diseases occur.
In conclusion, in the prior art, when the adopted bactericide is used for preventing and treating diseases, the bactericide has the problem of poor pesticide effect.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a sterilization composition and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems of poor effect and high dosage of a sterilization agent in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the embodiments of the present invention provide the following technical solutions:
the sterilizing composition containing ametoctradin and flumorph comprises 10-30% of ametoctradin and 10-30% of flumorph in mass percentage as effective components.
Preferably, the bactericidal composition further comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1 to 10% of wetting agent, 1 to 10% of dispersing agent, 0.5 to 2% of pH value regulator, 0.1 to 0.3% of defoaming agent and 18 to 77% of filling agent.
Preferably, the dispersant is one or more of polycarboxylate dispersant Ultrasperse, polycarboxylate dispersant Geropon T/36, polycarboxylate dispersant Tersperse 2700, sulfonate dispersant YUS-207K and phenolsulfonic acid condensate sodium salt Tamol DN.
Preferably, the wetting agent is one or more of alkyl naphthalene sulfonate wetting agent YUS-SXC, anion wetting agent Terwet1004 and naphthalene sulfonate wetting agent L-WET/P.
Preferably, the pH regulator is ammonium sulfate or citric acid.
Preferably, the filler is one or more of sodium lignosulfonate dispersants REAX910, D863, LX SPECIAL, calcined kaolin and white carbon black.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a method for preparing the ametoctradin and flumorph-containing bactericidal composition, which comprises the steps of adding the ametoctradin and the flumorph into a solution according to the mass percentage, homogenizing and dispersing to form a mixed solution, grinding materials in the mixed solution until the particle size D98 is not more than 4 mu m, and then carrying out spray drying to obtain the bactericidal composition.
Preferably, the temperature of the mixed solution is controlled to be not higher than 35 ℃ during the grinding process.
Preferably, the spray drying results in spherical particles having a diameter of 0.1mm to 0.2 mm.
Preferably, the preparation of the mixed solution further comprises the step of adding the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the pH value regulator, the defoaming agent and the filler into water according to the proportion and uniformly mixing.
Preferably, the homogenizing and dispersing process is to homogenize and disperse the mixed solution for 30min by a homogenizer, and the rotating speed is 1470 r/min.
In the examples of the present invention, Ametoctradin (Ametoctradin) CAS accession number: 865318-97-4, is a triazolopyrimidine bactericide, belongs to mitochondrial respiration inhibitor, has control effect on downy mildew and phytophthora oomycetes fungi, has strong residual activity and rain resistance, and can effectively prevent fungi from generating resistance by adding flumorph in the formula.
In the embodiment of the invention, flumorph, common name: flumorph, trade name: mike, test code: SYP-L190, has prophylactic and therapeutic effects and good systemic conductivity. A large number of indoor and field use results show that flumorph has good treatment and protection effects on various diseases caused by oomycete fungi, such as cucumber downy mildew, grape downy mildew, litchi downy/mildew and the like.
The embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
according to the embodiment of the invention, the pesticide active ingredients ametoctradin and flumorph are subjected to wet grinding by a sand mill under the action of a dispersing agent and a wetting agent to form fine particles with the particle size of less than 4 microns, the fine particles are atomized into small droplets by a high-pressure spraying device and are contacted with hot air in a drying tower, moisture is evaporated instantly to form hollow spherical particles, and the hollow spherical particles have certain structural strength and good flow, can bear external force of packaging and transportation and cannot be crushed to form dust, and are immediately reduced into the state of the active ingredients before spray drying by water when in use, so that the advantages of small particle size, high suspension percentage and safety, convenience and no dust in use of water dispersible granules are achieved.
Compared with the conventional medicament for preventing and treating the similar diseases, the bactericidal composition provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of outstanding efficacy, low dosage, high activity and longer application interval period, and particularly has more obvious reflection on test results in regions with serious drug resistance.
