Glyphosate, alias noda, chemical name: n- (phosphonomethyl) glycine of formula C3H8NO5P is a non-selective and residue-free biocidal herbicide, is very effective to perennial rooted weeds, and is widely used in rubber, mulberry, tea, orchards and sugarcane fields. Mainly inhibits enol pyruvyl shikimic acid phosphate synthetase in plants, thereby inhibiting the conversion of shikimic acid to phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan, interfering protein synthesis and leading to plant death. Glyphosate is absorbed by stems and leaves and then transferred to various parts of plants, and can prevent and kill monocotyledons, dicotyledons, annual and perennial plants, herbaceous plants, shrubs and other plants of more than 40 families. After entering the soil, the glyphosate is combined with metal ions such as iron, aluminum and the like to lose activity, and has no adverse effect on seeds and soil microorganisms hidden in the soil.
At present, water dispersible granules have the problems of low suspension rate of active ingredients, slow disintegration speed, poor redispersion effect and poor heat storage stability, for example, the suspension rate of the active ingredients is reduced, the active ingredients are decomposed, the active ingredients are degraded in disintegration or are not disintegrated after the preparation is stored in heat, so that nozzles or filter screens are easy to block when the water dispersible granules are used, and the quality and the application effect of the water dispersible granules are directly influenced.

wherein the polycarboxylate dispersant is Atlox Metaperse 550S, CP86, YUS-WG7 or Agrilian 788;
the lignosulfonate dispersant is Reax 83A, Reax 88A, Borreperse NA or Borreperse 3A;
the naphthalenesulfonate dispersant is Tamol NN8906, Tamol DN and AUX-L.
Preferably, the wetting agent is selected from one or more of sulfate wetting agents, alkyl naphthalene sulfonate anion wetting agents and sodium dodecyl sulfate;
the sulfate wetting agent is Reax WL, YUS-SXC, the sulfonate wetting agent is TERGITOL W-610, and the alkyl naphthalene sulfonate anion wetting agent is Morwet EFW.

Preferably, the temperature of the spray drying is 170 ℃.
Preferably, in the homogenizing and dispersing process, a homogenizer is adopted for homogenizing and dispersing for 30min, and the rotating speed of the homogenizer is 1470 r/min.
Preferably, the defoaming agent is added in the forming process, the homogeneous dispersion process and the material crushing process of the mixed solution.

3. grinding the uniformly dispersed materials by using a colloid mill until the particle size D98 of the materials is less than or equal to 5 microns; in the step, materials in the mixed solution are ground by a wet method and then spray-dried, so that the water addition amount is strictly controlled during slurry preparation, too much water addition amount can cause overhigh water content of the glyphosate-containing water dispersible granules during spray drying, energy consumption is increased, too little water addition amount can cause too high viscosity of the slurry and poor flowability so as to influence the spray efficiency;
4. spray drying the ground slurry at 170 ℃ by using a pressure type spray dryer to obtain particles, namely glyphosate water dispersible granules, wherein the moisture content of the particles is less than or equal to 3%; in the step, the drying temperature is controlled at 170 ℃, the temperature is too low, the water content in the glyphosate-containing water dispersible granule is too high, the stability is poor, and the index of a sample with too high temperature is poor.
