Abstract
The invention discloses a separating and taking device, which comprises a linear guide rail, wherein a vibrator is arranged on the linear guide rail, the tail end of the linear guide rail is opened and is correspondingly provided with an end guide rail with a U-shaped groove, and the end guide rail is connected with a transverse moving device; the length of the U-shaped groove is more than or equal to that of the workpiece 2 and less than or equal to 1.2 times that of the workpiece; the workpiece is formed with a ledge. The front end of the direct vibration guide rail is cut out integrally and is changed into a separating type, and materials needing to be fed and materials to be fed are separated through the reciprocating motion of the air cylinder, so that the mutual interference among the materials is avoided, and the material damage and the increase of the defective number caused by the mutual clamping of products are effectively reduced.

Background
One of the automatic operations instead of manual operations is to arrange the products in order by using a vibrator 3+ a straight vibration guide rail 4 as shown in fig. 2, and replace manual work to continuously provide materials for equipment for processing. The separating and taking device shown in fig. 1 comprises a linear guide rail 4, a vibrator 3 is arranged on the linear guide rail 4, the tail end of the linear guide rail 4 is opened, an end guide rail 6 with a U-shaped groove 5 is correspondingly arranged on the linear guide rail 4, and the end guide rail 6 is connected with a transverse moving device 7; the length of the U-shaped groove 5 is more than or equal to that of the workpiece 2 and less than or equal to 1.2 times that of the workpiece 2; the workpiece 2 is formed with a ledge 1.
Preferably, the length of the U-shaped groove 5 is equal to the length of the workpiece 2, and the workpiece 2 is an i-shaped workpiece.
The vibrator 3 is a linear vibrator. The traversing device 7 is a cylinder or an oil cylinder. And a proximity sensor 8 is embedded and fixed at the bottom of the U-shaped groove 5, and the proximity sensor 8 is in wired or wireless connection with the transverse moving device 7 through an intelligent control device. The intelligent control device is a computer or a PLC controller or an intelligent mobile phone.
The using method of the invention is as follows:
the workpiece is conveyed to the linear guide rail 4, the vibrator 3 vibrates to start feeding, when the material reaches the U-shaped groove 5, the transverse moving device 7 translates to stagger the U-shaped groove 5 and the linear guide rail 4 by one end distance, so that the end opening of the linear guide rail 4 is blocked by the end guide rail 6, other workpieces are prevented from being continuously conveyed, and then the feeding device takes down the workpiece in the U-shaped groove 5 to finish feeding.

A separation and taking device comprises a linear guide rail (4), wherein a vibrator (3) is arranged on the linear guide rail (4), and the separation and taking device is characterized in that the tail end of the linear guide rail (4) is opened and is correspondingly provided with an end guide rail (6) with a U-shaped groove (5), and the end guide rail (6) is connected with a transverse moving device (7); the length of the U-shaped groove (5) is more than or equal to that of the workpiece (2) and less than or equal to 1.2 times that of the workpiece (2); the workpiece (2) is provided with a convex edge (1).

5. A separate take-off device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the traversing device (7) is a cylinder or a ram.
6. The separating and reclaiming device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a proximity sensor (8) is embedded and fixed at the bottom of the U-shaped groove (5), and the proximity sensor (8) is connected with the traverse device (7) in a wired or wireless way through an intelligent control device.
7. The separation and reclaiming apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein the intelligent control device is a computer or a PLC controller or a smart phone.
