The secondary conveyor 17 may be arranged to be short so that the stack is partially within the box and the open down-turned door 22 presses against the stack to prevent turbulence.
In the bundling device, the rubber ring 3 is output one by one along the discharge channel 2 by the vibration disc 1, the rubber ring 3 is sleeved on the guide piece 4 and falls on the upper conveying belt 7 of the conveying column 5, the monitoring sensor 19 senses the rubber ring 3 and then sends out a signal, the vibration disc 1 stops working, the upper conveying belt 7, the side conveying belts 6 and the bottom conveying belt 8 are started, the tail end of the conveying column 5 conveyed by the upper conveying belt 7 falls in the gap part 14 of the expansion swing rod 13, and the side conveying belts 6 and the bottom conveying belt 8 mainly play a role in preventing the rubber ring 3 from being hung.
The monitoring sensor 15 sends out signals after sensing the rubber ring 3, the upper conveying belt 7, the side conveying belt 6 and the bottom conveying belt 8 stop, the electric push rod 9 starts, the expansion swing rod 13 is pushed to the tail end of the conveying column 5 through the movable base 10, the tail end of the expansion swing rod 13 drives the rubber ring 3 to expand under the action of the expansion guide cone 18, meanwhile, the four expansion swing rods 13 are close to each other and surround the packaging bag stack 16 in the moving expansion process, then the electric push rod 9 drives the expansion swing rods 13 to retreat and retract to reset, and the rubber ring 3 is sleeved on the packaging bag stack 16.
Because each packaging bag stack 16 contains a certain number of packaging bags, the packaging bag stacks 16 are sent out by the auxiliary conveyor belt 17 after the packaging bags to be cut are manufactured, cut and sorted by the bag-making mechanism, the bundling device is in an intermittent working mode, and the vibration disc 1 can start to work each time according to signals of bag-making machine equipment (such as a counter).
