本发明公开了一种改良热熔型环保人造草,包括人造草丝和草坪底背,所述草坪底背上设有疏水通孔,所述草坪底背包括编织层、无纺布、柔性橡胶层、胶层、固定防滑底层,所述编织层表面涂覆有疏水性涂料,所述无纺布设于编织层下方,所述柔性橡胶层设于固定防滑底层和无纺布之间,所述胶层设于编织层、无纺布层、柔性橡胶层和固定防滑底层之间,所述胶层为TPR材料热熔后均匀涂覆于编织层、无纺布层无纺布、柔性橡胶层和固定防滑底层之间并压实冷却形成。本发明属于人造草坪技术领域,具体是提供了一种实用性高、柔软度高、附着力好且环保无气味,拔出力超过国标要求的改良热熔型环保人造草。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于人造草坪技术领域,具体是指一种改良热熔型环保人造草。
背景技术
由于具有精致且整齐划一的外观、优异的性能、使用寿命长、维护费用低、不受气候影响等诸多优点,人造草坪被广泛应用于体育场地、景区及家居装饰等各种场所。而随着人造草坪应用范围的不断扩大,对人造草坪的草丝性能和质量等也提出了越来越高的要求;传统人造草坪制作工艺有两种:一种是草丝通过簇绒机织在底布面层上、通过在底背上刮涂一层胶粘剂形成绒头处的联结加固;第二种是不用粘结剂通过专用机器直接将草丝编织在一起;前者目前使用的胶粘剂多为PU胶或羧基丁苯胶乳加钙粉混合涂覆在人造草底布上,但羧基丁苯胶乳本身气味大、难以回收循环利用、不环保,且该种工艺制造的人造草柔软性差、极硬且草丝拔出力差,形成的加固面又容易出现胶面龟裂等问题,长期使用草丝易脱落,而PU胶存在价格昂贵、制造成本高、难以回收循环利用、不环保等问题;第二种制作工艺因为专用编织设备昂贵、且编织产能低,尚不具备量产的可行性,且现有的人造草坪雨天积水后易打滑。
发明内容
为解决上述现有难题,本发明提供了一种改良热熔型环保人造草,选用TPR材料作为胶粘剂热熔后均匀涂覆在草坪底背,柔软度高、附着力好且环保无气味,拔出力超过国标要求,通过疏水通孔和在草丝表面和草坪底背表面涂覆疏水性涂料且设置花纹增大了人造草坪的防滑度,可有效防止雨天打滑现象,增大摩擦力,保证人员行走安全。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:本发明一种改良热熔型环保人造草,改良热熔型环保人造草,包括人造草丝和草坪底背,所述草坪底背上设有疏水通孔,所述草坪底背包括编织层、无纺布、柔性橡胶层、胶层、固定防滑底层,所述编织层为经线与纬线编织而成特斯林网布,特斯林网布具有耐水耐油、耐磨损、色彩鲜艳、抗紫外线、无毒等优点,并且其造价并不昂贵,经济实用,所述编织层表面涂覆有疏水性涂料,所述无纺布设于编织层下方,所述柔性橡胶层设于固定防滑底层和无纺布之间,所述胶层设于编织层、无纺布层、柔性橡胶层和固定防滑底层之间,所述胶层为TPR材料热熔后均匀涂覆于编织层、无纺布、柔性橡胶层和固定防滑底层之间并压实冷却形成,所述人造草丝贯穿编织层经线和纬线之间和无纺布通过TPR材料热熔压实冷却后形成的胶层内,所述固定防滑底层为底面设有倒刺;改良热熔型环保人造草的制作方法,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)人造草丝的制备:将草丝所需母料与助剂置于自动计量混料机中进行计量、混料,经充分混合后的料子加入螺杆挤出机中进行挤出拉丝、定型,挤出拉丝温度为180-230℃,牵伸水箱温度为85-105℃,定型烘箱温度为100-125℃;
(2)簇绒:多组人造草丝线轴由上方下行,穿过纬线之间的空隙后自相邻空隙穿出绕过限高杆后再返回第一穿设空隙,重复多次后,切割刀具触碰限高杆表面,使人造草丝呈散开状,依此进行多行人造草丝簇植,从而形成富含人造草丝的编织层;
(3)热熔、粘结:将70-80份TPR透明颗粒、1-5份黑色母粒、4-5份抗老化母粒、5-10份碳酸钙母粒混合均匀在挤出机热熔成熔融液,将熔融液均匀涂覆于步骤(2)中编织层、无纺布、柔性橡胶层和固定防滑底层之间,常温下压实冷却后固化,形成改良热熔型环保人造草。
进一步地,所述固定防滑底层为PP、PE材质,优选地,所述固定防滑底层为PP材质。
进一步地,所述倒刺为PP材质,倒刺可加强人造草坪的抓地力,防止人造草坪打滑。
进一步地,所述柔性橡胶层为柔性橡胶材质,柔软度高且可有效减轻地面反弹力。
进一步地,所述人造草丝表面设有防滑花纹且涂覆有疏水性涂料,所述疏水性涂料为氟碳涂料,可使得人造草坪保持干燥。
进一步,所述助剂包括:抗老化剂、色母、硅酮、抗菌剂、介酸、PPA的任一种或几种混合物。
进一步,所述草丝所需母料包括:载体、黑色母粒、抗老化母粒及草丝抗菌剂,所述载体为聚丙烯或聚乙烯。
采用上述结构本发明取得的有益效果如下:本发明一种改良热熔型环保人造草,人造草丝底布表面覆盖一层特斯林网布,耐磨损、色彩鲜艳且抗紫外线,通过特制的TPR材料经过压实冷却后,使人造草丝牢固的粘结草坪底布上,柔软度高、附着力好且环保无气味,拔出力超过国标要求,设备投入低,材料成本低,通过疏水通孔和在草丝表面和草坪底背表面涂覆疏水性涂料且设置花纹增大了人造草坪的防滑度,可有效防止雨天打滑现象,增大摩擦力,保证人员行走安全。

下面结合具体实施对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明,本发明所述的技术特征或连接关系没有进行详细描述的部分均为采用的现有技术。
以下结合附图,对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种改良热熔型环保人造草,改良热熔型环保人造草,包括人造草丝1和草坪底背2,所述草坪底背2上设有疏水通孔3,所述草坪底背2包括编织层4、无纺布5、柔性橡胶层6、胶层7、固定防滑底层8,所述编织层4为经线与纬线编织而成特斯林网布,具有耐水耐油、耐磨损、色彩鲜艳、抗紫外线、无毒等优点,并且其造价并不昂贵,经济实用,所述编织层4表面涂覆有疏水性涂料,所述无纺布5设于编织层4下方,所述柔性橡胶层6设于固定防滑底层8和无纺布5之间,所述胶层设于编织层4、无纺布5、柔性橡胶层6和固定防滑底层8之间,所述胶层7为TPR材料热熔后均匀涂覆于编织层4、无纺布5、柔性橡胶层6和固定防滑底层8之间并压实冷却形成,所述人造草丝1贯穿编织层4经线和纬线之间和无纺布5通过TPR材料热熔压实冷却后形成的胶层7内,所述固定防滑底层8为底面设有倒刺9。
一种改良热熔型环保人造草的制作方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)人造草丝1的制备:将人造草丝1所需母料与助剂置于自动计量混料机中进行计量、混料,经充分混合后的料子加入螺杆挤出机中进行挤出拉丝、定型,挤出拉丝温度为180-230℃,牵伸水箱温度为85-105℃,定型烘箱温度为100-125℃;
(2)簇绒:多组人造草丝1线轴由上方下行,穿过纬线之间的空隙后自相邻空隙穿出绕过限高杆后再返回第一穿设空隙,重复多次后,切割刀具触碰限高杆表面,使人造草丝1呈散开状,依此进行多行人造草丝1簇植,从而形成富含人造草丝1的编织层4;

所述助剂包括:抗老化剂、色母、硅酮、抗菌剂、介酸、PPA的任一种或几种混合物;所述人造草丝1所需母料包括:载体、黑色母粒、抗老化母粒及草丝抗菌剂,所述载体为聚丙烯或聚乙烯;所述固定防滑底层8为PP、PE材质,优选地,所述固定防滑底层8为PP材质;所述倒刺9为PP材质,倒刺9可加强人造草坪的抓地力,防止人造草坪打滑;所述柔性橡胶层6为柔性橡胶材质,柔软度高且可有效减轻地面反弹力;所述人造草丝1表面设有防滑花纹且涂覆有疏水性涂料,所述疏水性涂料为氟碳涂料,可使得人造草坪保持干燥。

Claims (7)
1.一种改良热熔型环保人造草,其特征在于:包括人造草丝和草坪底背,所述草坪底背上设有疏水通孔,所述草坪底背包括编织层、无纺布、柔性橡胶层、胶层、固定防滑底层,所述编织层为经线与纬线编织而成特斯林网布,所述编织层表面涂覆有疏水性涂料,所述无纺布设于编织层下方,所述柔性橡胶层设于固定防滑底层和无纺布之间,所述胶层设于编织层、无纺布层、柔性橡胶层和固定防滑底层之间,所述胶层为TPR材料热熔后均匀涂覆于编织层、无纺布层无纺布、柔性橡胶层和固定防滑底层之间并压实冷却形成,所述人造草丝贯穿编织层经线和纬线之间和无纺布通过TPR材料热熔压实冷却后形成的胶层内,所述固定防滑底层为底面设有倒刺;改良热熔型环保人造草的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)人造草丝的制备:将草丝所需母料与助剂置于自动计量混料机中进行计量、混料,经充分混合后的料子加入螺杆挤出机中进行挤出拉丝、定型,挤出拉丝温度为180-230℃,牵伸水箱温度为85-105℃,定型烘箱温度为100-125℃;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良热熔型环保人造草,其特征在于:所述倒刺为PP材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良热熔型环保人造草,其特征在于:所述柔性橡胶层为柔性橡胶材质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良热熔型环保人造草,其特征在于:所述人造草丝表面设有防滑花纹且涂覆有疏水性涂料,所述疏水性涂料为氟碳涂料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良热熔型环保人造草的,其特征在于:所述助剂包括:抗老化剂、色母、硅酮、抗菌剂、介酸、PPA的任一种或几种混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良热熔型环保人造草,其特征在于:所述草丝所需母料包括:载体、黑色母粒、抗老化母粒及草丝抗菌剂,所述载体为聚丙烯或聚乙烯。
