Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pigments, in particular to a preparation method of a low-volatility organic solvent for grinding pigments.
Background
In the traditional pre-dispersion pigment grinding process, a large amount of organic solvent is required to be added to soak the surface of the pigment, soften resin and lubricate the surface of a mixing roller so that the materials can be smoothly mixed. The key attribute in which organic solvents work here is their low surface tension. The lower surface tension can enable the organic solvent to rapidly and effectively infiltrate the molecular surfaces of the pigment and the resin, reduce the intermolecular force between the pigment and the resin, reduce the energy required by dispersion, and simultaneously, the fully infiltrated pigment and the resin are easier to be uniformly mixed and adhered into blocks, thereby being convenient for being ground by a roller machine.
However, the organic solvent itself is not a required ingredient for predispersing the finished pigment. In a general grinding process, the added organic solvent is treated by heating a roll mill to volatilize the organic solvent into the atmosphere. Even if an air extractor is used to collect the volatilized organic solvent vapor, the lost part can cause harm to the environment and operators.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a method for preparing a low-volatile organic solvent for grinding pigments, which aims to provide a pigment grinding solvent with less harm to the environment and human health.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

the balance of the water in parts by weight;
(2) and (3) putting the component A, the component B, N, N-dimethylformamide and water into a container, mixing, standing, and finishing the preparation if the mixture is clear non-layering liquid after standing.

Preferably, the non-ionic surfactant of component B comprises one or more of the following: lauric acid citrate, EO/PO block polyether, glutamic acid laurate, span 40, span 60, span 80, C12-C18 fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (10) ether, C12-C18 fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (20) ether, C12-C18 fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (25) ether, polyoxyethylene (60) sorbitan monostearate and an emulsifier EL-20.
Preferably, the component A in the step 1 further comprises 0.1-0.5 wt% of bacteriostatic agent.
Further preferably, the small molecular alcohol compound of the component A is ethanol, and the weight portion is 35 wt%; the nonionic surfactant of the component B is 8 wt% of lauric acid citrate, 3 wt% of N, N-dimethylformamide and the balance of water.

the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a component A, a component B, N, N-dimethylformamide and water;
wherein the component A comprises a micromolecular alcohol compound, preferably ethanol, 30-35 wt% of the component A and 0.1-0.5 wt% of bacteriostatic agent;
the component B comprises nonionic surfactant, preferably lauric acid citrate, and 8 wt% of the component B;
3 wt% of N, N-dimethylformamide;
the balance of the water in parts by weight;
(2) and (3) putting the component A, the component B, N, N-dimethylformamide and water into a container, mixing, standing, and finishing the preparation if the mixture is clear non-layering liquid after standing.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
the prepared mixture is used in the traditional pre-dispersion pigment grinding process, and has the effects of wetting the surface of the pigment, softening resin and lubricating the surface of a mixing roller so that the material can be smoothly mixed.
