本发明公开了充电桩技术领域,具体涉及一种方便储存充电枪的充电箱体,包括箱体,所述的箱体的上部开设有用于安装充电显示器的显示器安装腔,所述桩体的中部开设有用于放置充电枪的保护柜,且所述的保护柜与显示器安装腔的中轴线位于同一条直线上,所述的柜体上活动连接有向上翻开的柜门,所述的柜门的两侧与保护柜的内腔背板通过弹簧伸缩杆连接,且所述的弹簧伸缩杆的两端分别与柜门和保护柜的背板铰接;所述的柜门的上端与保护柜的上沿铰接,柜门的下端固定设有与保护柜下沿固定设有的电磁锁进行配合的┗形锁口,使充电枪和充电电缆均位于箱体内,从而对其有效保护;本发明实用性强、操作简单。

一种方便储存充电枪的充电箱体
技术领域
本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,具体涉及一种可保护充电枪的充电桩。
背景技术
电动汽车是一种安全经济清洁的绿色环保交通工具,电动汽车的发展与普及离不开补充电能的充电桩。目前,充电桩一般放置在室外,对充电桩枪头的保护能力较差,会有大量灰尘进入端口,且其防水能力差。除此之外充电桩和充电线缆长期裸露在外得不到保护,容易老化、破损,存在安全隐患,同时会减少使用寿命。基于此,本发明设计了一种方便储存充电枪的充电箱体,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方便储存充电枪的充电箱体,以解决上述背景技术中提出的充电枪和充电电缆长期裸露在外得不到保护的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种方便储存充电枪的充电箱体,包括箱体,所述的箱体的上部开设有用于安装充电显示器的显示器安装腔,所述桩体的中部开设有用于放置充电枪的保护柜,且所述的保护柜与显示器安装腔的中轴线位于同一条直线上,所述的柜体上活动连接有向上翻开的柜门,所述的柜门的两侧与保护柜的内腔背板通过弹簧伸缩杆连接,且所述的弹簧伸缩杆的两端分别与柜门和保护柜的背板铰接;所述的柜门的上端与保护柜的上沿铰接,柜门的下端固定设有与保护柜下沿固定设有的电磁锁进行配合的┗形锁口。
所述的箱体内的侧壁上设有用于对充电电缆进行绕线的绕线盘,所述的绕线盘活动连接在箱体的内壁上,且该绕线盘与箱体内设有的绕线电机固定连接,所述的绕线电机带动绕线盘进行转动。
所述的保护柜的背板上设有用于穿过充电电缆,且上下相互对称的导线轮,所述的导向轮活动连接在保护柜的背板上。
所述柜门的表面设有玻璃窗。
所述柜门的表面底部设有拉手。
所述导线轮的表面向内凹陷。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在充电桩内设置保护柜和绕线盘,使充电枪和充电电缆均位于箱体内,从而对其有效保护,与传统充电桩相比外部更加整洁美观;设置自动开启的柜门,自动化程度高方便使用;本发明实用性强、操作简单。

请参阅图1、图2和图3所示一种方便储存充电枪的充电箱体,包括箱体1,所述的箱体1的上部开设有用于安装充电显示器的显示器安装腔2,所述桩体1的中部开设有用于放置充电枪4的保护柜3,且所述的保护柜3与显示器安装腔2的中轴线位于同一条直线上,所述的柜体3上活动连接有向上翻开的柜门301,所述的柜门301的两侧与保护柜3的内腔背板通过弹簧伸缩杆302连接,且所述的弹簧伸缩杆302的两端分别与柜门301和保护柜3的背板铰接;所述的柜门301的上端与保护柜3的上沿铰接,柜门301的下端固定设有与保护柜3下沿固定设有的电磁锁5进行配合的┗形锁口304;在使用时,具体的是控制屏镶嵌在显示器安装腔2中,控制器201显示器安装腔2的背板上;保护柜3位于显示器安装腔2下方的箱体1上,充电枪4放置在保护柜3内,充电枪4上设有绕线按钮401;绕线盘6位于箱体1内并位于保护柜3的后部,绕线盘6上设有绕线电机601;导线轮303为两个且对称旋转固定于保护柜3的后侧壁上;充电电缆4穿过两个导线轮之间303,一端连接充电枪4,另一端缠绕在绕线盘6上;控制器201分别电性连接控制屏2、充电枪4、绕线按钮401、电磁锁5、绕线电机601和电源。
其中,柜门301的表面设有玻璃窗305;柜门301的表面底部设有拉手306;充电电缆402长度不低于5m;导线轮303的表面向内凹陷,便于稳定充电电缆402。
本实施例的一个具体应用为:充电时在控制屏201上操作后,控制器201控制电磁锁5打开,柜门301在弹簧伸缩杆302的推动下向上开启;从保护柜3内取出充电枪4并向外拉动充电电缆402,同时按下绕线按钮401启动绕线电机601,绕线电机601带动绕线盘6朝放线方向转动,当充电枪4到达车辆充电的位置即可通过绕线按钮401停止放线;充电完毕后将充电枪4放回保护柜3内,并同时通过绕线按钮401控制绕线电机601带动绕线盘6朝收线方向运转,充电电缆402收回到合适位置即可通过绕线按钮401停止收线。

1.一种方便储存充电枪的充电箱体,其特征在于:包括箱体(1),所述的箱体(1)的上部开设有用于安装充电显示器的显示器安装腔(2),所述桩体(1)的中部开设有用于放置充电枪(4)的保护柜(3),且所述的保护柜(3)与显示器安装腔(2)的中轴线位于同一条直线上,所述的柜体(3)上活动连接有向上翻开的柜门(301),所述的柜门(301)的两侧与保护柜(3)的内腔背板通过弹簧伸缩杆(302)连接,且所述的弹簧伸缩杆(302)的两端分别与柜门(301)和保护柜(3)的背板铰接;所述的柜门(301)的上端与保护柜(3)的上沿铰接,柜门(301)的下端固定设有与保护柜(3)下沿固定设有的电磁锁(5)进行配合的┗形锁口(304)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便储存充电枪的充电箱体,其特征在于,所述的箱体(1)内的侧壁上设有用于对充电电缆进行绕线的绕线盘(6),所述的绕线盘(6)活动连接在箱体(1)的内壁上,且该绕线盘(6)与箱体(1)内设有的绕线电机(601)固定连接,所述的绕线电机(601)带动绕线盘(6)进行转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便储存充电枪的充电箱体,其特征在于,所述的保护柜(3)的背板上设有用于穿过充电电缆,且上下相互对称的导线轮(303),所述的导向轮(303)活动连接在保护柜(3)的背板上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便储存充电枪的充电箱体,其特征在于,所述柜门(301)的表面设有玻璃窗(305)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便储存充电枪的充电箱体,其特征在于,所述柜门(301)的表面底部设有拉手(306)。
