Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
Example one
The embodiment of the invention provides a management method for integrated circuit testing. When testing the integrated circuit, the packaging party (such as the manufacturer) can send the test program of the integrated circuit to the testing party for testing. The embodiment of the invention can manage the test program sent to the tester for testing.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 6, in the delivery stage of the test program, the management method for testing the integrated circuit may include the following steps:
step S101, the management server 110 uploads a test program to an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) server 120 for storage, and generates a storage path and upload information of the test program, where the upload information of the test program includes information of the test program uploaded to the FTP server by the management server;
step S102, the management server sends the storage path of the test program to the test server 210;
step S103, the management server receives download information of the test program from the test server 210, where the download information of the test program includes information of the test program downloaded by the test server 210 from the FTP server;
and step S104, the management server judges whether the delivery of the test program is successful according to the uploading information and the downloading information of the test program.
In this embodiment, the management server may be a server of a packet sender of the integrated circuit, and the test server may be a server of a test party.
In integrated circuit testing, the test program used by the tester may be determined by the transmitter, i.e., the transmitter is required to deliver the test program to the tester. In the delivery stage of the test program, the management method for the integrated circuit test of the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the storage path of the test program and the download information of the test program are directly interacted between the management server and the test server, and the test program is downloaded from the management server to the FTP server and then to the test server; and after the test server downloads the test program, the management server judges whether the delivery of the test program is successful according to the uploading information and the downloading information of the test program. Therefore, the situation that the test program downloaded by the test server is used for testing the integrated circuit due to the fact that the test program uploaded by the management server is lost can be avoided; the test program delivery is safe and reliable, and the technical problem that the test program may be lost in the delivery process is solved.
How the management server judges whether the delivery of the test program is successful according to the uploading information and the downloading information of the test program can be set according to actual conditions. For example, the management server may be configured to determine whether the upload information and the download information of the test program are consistent, and if so, the delivery of the test program is successful; in case of inconsistency, the test program delivery is unsuccessful.
In a possible implementation manner, a certain delivery number may be set, and when the delivery is not successful for multiple times, the reminding is performed. As shown in fig. 1, after the step of determining whether the delivery of the test program is successful, the method may further include:
step S201, when the number of times of unsuccessful delivery of the test program does not reach the set number of times, returning to execute the step S101: and the management server uploads the test program to the FTP server for storage.
Step S202, when the number of times of successful delivery or unsuccessful delivery of the test program reaches a set number, the management server sends a notification mail of the delivery condition of the test program to a preset mailbox.
In this way, the whole test program delivery flow is restarted under the condition that the number of times of unsuccessful test program delivery does not reach the set number of times; and under the condition that the delivery of the test program is successful or the delivery of the test program is unsuccessful for three times, ending the delivery flow of the test program, and informing all persons in the preset mailbox so as to inform the delivery condition of the test program.
In one possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 8, after the step of delivering the test program successfully, in the test result delivering stage, the method further includes the following steps:
step S301, the management server 110 receives a storage path of the test result from the test server 210;
step S302, the management server 110 downloads the test result from the FTP server 120 according to the storage path of the test result, and generates download information of the test result, where the download information of the test result includes information of the test result downloaded by the management server from the FTP server;
step S303, the management server 110 sends the download information of the test result to the test server 210, and the test server determines whether the delivery of the test result is successful according to the upload information and the download information of the test result.
In a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 3, after the step of sending, by the management server, the download information of the test result to the test server, the method further includes the following steps:
step S401, when the management server receives the information that the delivery of the test result from the test server is successful, the test result is decoded.
In a possible implementation, as shown in fig. 3 and 8, after the step of decoding the test result, the method further includes at least one of the following steps:
step S402, when the decoding is successful, the management server sends the decoded test result to the storage server 130 for storage, and sends the information of successful decoding to the test server; in this way, the storage server 130 performs subsequent processing on the decoded test result. Storage server 130 may form an integrated circuit quality report based on a template of pre-set quality reports and decoded test results.
Step S403, when the number of unsuccessful decoding times does not reach the set number of times, the management server sends unsuccessful decoding information to the test server;
and S404, when the number of unsuccessful decoding reaches the set number, the management server sends a notification mail of unsuccessful decoding of the test result to a preset mailbox.
Thus, under the condition that the number of unsuccessful decoding times does not reach the set number of times, the test server is informed to carry out the subsequent steps; and under the condition that the number of unsuccessful decoding times continuously reaches the set number of times, ending the decoding process, and informing all persons in a preset mailbox so as to inform manual solving of the problem of unsuccessful decoding test.
As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 6, in the delivery stage of the test program, the management method for testing the integrated circuit may include the following steps:
step S501, the test server 210 receives a storage path of the test program from the management server;
step S502, the test server downloads the test program from the FTP server according to the storage path of the test program and generates downloading information of the test program, wherein the downloading information of the test program comprises the information of the test program downloaded by the test server from the FTP server;
step S503, the test server sends the download information of the test program to the management server.
In a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 8, in the test result delivery phase, after the test server sends the download information of the test program to the management server, the method further includes the following steps:
step S601, the test server 210 sends the test program to the test equipment 300 and receives a coded test result generated by the test equipment adopting the test program for testing;
step S602, the test server 210 uploads the received test result to the FTP server 120 for storage, and generates a storage path and upload information of the test result, where the upload information of the test result includes information of the test result uploaded to the FTP server by the test server;
step S603, the test server 210 sends the storage path of the test result to the management server;
step S604, the test server 210 receives download information of the test result from the management server, where the download information of the test result includes information of the test result downloaded by the management server from the FTP server;
step S605, the test server 210 determines whether the delivery of the test result is successful according to the download information and the upload information of the test result.
In the test result delivery stage, the storage path of the test result and the download information of the test result are directly interacted between the management server and the test server, and the test result is downloaded from the test server to the FTP server and then to the management server; and after the management server downloads the test result, the test server judges whether the delivery of the test result is successful according to the download information and the upload information of the test result. Therefore, the situation that the test result downloaded by the management server is lost relative to the test result uploaded by the test server but adopted by the packet sender can be avoided, the test result delivery is safe and reliable, and the problem that the test result is possibly lost in the delivery process is solved.
And judging whether the test result delivery is successful or not by the test server according to the downloading information and the uploading information of the test result. For example, the test server may be configured to determine whether the download information and the upload information of the test result are consistent, and if so, the delivery of the test result is successful; in case of inconsistency, the test result delivery is unsuccessful.
In a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 5, after the step of determining whether the test result delivery is successful, in the test result delivery stage, the method further includes at least one of the following steps:
step S606, when the delivery of the test result is successful, the test server sends the information of successful delivery of the test result to the management server;
step S607, when the number of times of unsuccessful delivery of the test result does not reach the set number of times, returning to the step of uploading the received test result to the FTP server by the test server for storage;
step S608, when the number of times of unsuccessful delivery of the test result continuously reaches the set number of times, the test server sends a notification mail that the reception of the test result is unsuccessful to a preset mailbox.
In a possible implementation manner, after the step of successful delivery of the test result, in a test result delivery stage, the method further includes the following steps:
when the test server receives a message of successful decoding from the management server, the test server sends the message of deleting the test result to the test equipment, so that the test equipment deletes the test result; and/or
And when the test server receives the message of unsuccessful decoding from the management server, returning to execute the step that the test server uploads the received test result to the FTP server for storage.
In an application example, the management method for integrated circuit test may include the following stages:
stage one, in test program delivery stage
In the process of implementing the delivery of the test program, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the management server 110 cooperates with the test server 210 to perform the management method of the integrated circuit test, which includes the following steps:
step S101: the management server 110 uploads the test program to the FTP server 120 for storage, and generates a storage path and upload information of the test program, wherein the upload information of the test program comprises the information of the test program uploaded to the FTP server by the management server;
as an example, the management server may generate an upload form of the test program, as shown in table 1, where the upload form of the test program includes the storage path and the upload information of the test program. The upload information of the test program is information required to uniquely determine one test program, and may include a program name (ProgramName), a program version (ProgramVersion), and the like shown in table 1. The upload form of the test program may further include other information that the package sending party wants to send to the test party, such as a test request completion time (RequestDate). The FTP server is a server that provides file storage and access services over the internet.

Step S102: the management server 110 sends the storage path of the test program to the test server 210. In an example one, the management server 110 sends the upload form of the test program to the test server 210, so as to send the storage path of the test program to the test server 210.
At this time, the following steps in the management method may be automatically performed:
step S501: the test server 210 receives a storage path of the test program from the management server;
step S502: the test server 210 downloads a test program from an FTP server according to a storage path of the test program, and generates download information of the test program, wherein the download information of the test program comprises information of the test program downloaded by the test server from the FTP server;
step S503: the test server 210 sends the download information of the test program to the management server. Corresponding to the first example, the test server generates a form to form a download form of the test program, as shown in table 2, the download form of the test program includes download information of the test program; the test server sends the download information of the test program to the management server in a mode of sending the download form of the test program to the management server. The download information of the test program may be information required to uniquely determine a test program, and for example, includes a program name (ProgramName), a program version (ProgramVersion), and the like shown in table 2, and the download form of the test program may further include other information.

At this time, the following steps in the management method may be automatically performed:
step S103: the management server 110 receives download information of the test program from a test server, where the download information of the test program includes information of the test program downloaded by the test server from the FTP server;
step S104: the management server 110 determines whether the delivery of the test program is successful according to the upload information and the download information of the test program.
In the integrated circuit test management method of the embodiment of the invention, the storage path of the test program and the download information of the test program are directly interacted between the management server and the test server, and the test program is downloaded from the management server to the FTP server and then to the test server; and after the test server downloads the test program, the management server compares the uploading information and the downloading information of the test program to judge whether the delivery of the test program is successful. Therefore, the situation that the test program downloaded by the test server is used for testing the integrated circuit and has a defect relative to the test program uploaded by the management server can be avoided. The management method for the integrated circuit test of the embodiment of the invention has safe and reliable delivery of the test program and solves the technical problem that the test program is likely to be lost in the delivery process.
Before step S101, the following steps may be further included: the management server issues the test program. The step can be completed by the manual operation of the worker of the package sender, the delivery flow of the test program is automatically started after the test program is issued, and the steps are automatically performed directly according to the delivery stage sequence of the test program.
In order to improve the efficiency of communication between the contracting party and the testing party, after step S104, as shown in fig. 7, the following steps in the management method may also be automatically performed:
step S201: when the number of times of unsuccessful delivery of the test program does not reach the set number (for example, three times), returning to the step of uploading the test program to the FTP server by the execution management server for storage;
step S202: and when the number of times of successful delivery or unsuccessful delivery of the test program reaches a set number (for example, three times), the management server sends a notification mail of the delivery condition of the test program to a preset mailbox. Specifically, when the delivery of the test program is successful, the management server sends a notification mail that the test program is successfully received to a preset mailbox. Therefore, under the condition that the delivery of the test program is successful, all persons in the preset mailbox can timely know the message that the delivery of the test program is successful. And when the number of times of unsuccessful delivery of the test program continuously reaches the set number (for example, three times), the management server sends a notification mail that the test program fails to receive to a preset mailbox.
In this way, the whole test program delivery flow is restarted under the condition that the number of times of unsuccessful test program delivery does not reach the set number of times; and under the condition that the number of times of unsuccessful test program delivery reaches three times continuously, ending the flow of test program delivery, and informing all persons in the preset mailbox so as to inform that the problem of unsuccessful test program delivery is solved manually.
Stage two, stage for testing by adopting test program
After the test program is delivered successfully, the following steps can be further performed between the test server and the test device of the tester:
as shown in fig. 8 and 9, step S601:
the test server 210 sends the test program to the test equipment 300;
the test equipment 300 tests the integrated circuit using the test program to generate an encoded test result, as shown in fig. 8, and sends the encoded test result to the test server 210;
the test server 210 receives the encoded test results.
The step of the test device 300 sending the encoded test result to the test server may be manually operated by a worker of the tester, and after the test server receives the encoded test result, the steps of performing the delivery phase of the test result are automatically started.
Stage three, delivery stage of test result
In order to achieve delivery of the test results, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the following steps in the management method may be automatically performed:
step S602: the test server 210 uploads the received test result to the FTP server 120 for storage, and generates a storage path and upload information of the test result, where the upload information of the test result includes information of the test result uploaded to the FTP server by the test server. Corresponding to the first example, the test server generates a form to form an upload form of the test result, as shown in table 3, where the upload form of the test result includes a storage path and upload information of the test result. The uploaded test result information may be information required to uniquely identify a test result, and the uploaded test result form may further include other information.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0001761358990000141
Step S603: the test server 210 sends the storage path of the test result to the management server 110. The test server sends the uploading form of the test result to the management server, so that the storage path of the test result is sent to the management server.
At this time, as shown in fig. 9, the following steps in the management method may be automatically performed:
step S301: the management server 110 receives a storage path of the test result from the test server;
step S302: the management server 110 downloads the test result from the FTP server 120 according to the storage path of the test result, and generates download information of the test result, wherein the download information of the test result includes information of the test result downloaded by the management server from the FTP server;
step S303: the management server 110 sends the download information of the test result to the test server.
In step S302, corresponding to the first example, the management server generates a download form of the test result, where the download form of the test result includes the storage path and the download information of the test result, as shown in table 4. The download information of the test result may be information required to uniquely determine a downloaded test result, and the download form of the test result may further include other information.
TABLE 4
Figure BDA0001761358990000151
At this time, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the following steps in the management method may be automatically performed:
step S604: the test server 210 receives download information of the test result from a management server, wherein the download information of the test result comprises information of the test result downloaded by the management server from the FTP server;
step S605: the test server 210 determines whether the delivery of the test result is successful according to the download information and the upload information of the test result.
The storage path of the test result and the downloading information of the test result are directly interacted between the management server and the test server, and the test result is downloaded from the test server to the FTP server and then to the management server; and after the management server downloads the test result, the test server compares the download information and the upload information of the test result to judge whether the delivery of the test result is successful. Therefore, the situation that the test result downloaded by the management server is lost and adopted by the packet sender relative to the test result uploaded by the test server can be avoided. The management method for the integrated circuit test has safe and reliable delivery of the test result and solves the problem that the test result may be lost in the delivery process.
In order to improve the efficiency of communication between the party and the tester, after step S605, as shown in fig. 9, the following steps in the management method may also be automatically performed:
step S606: and when the delivery of the test result is successful, the test server sends the information of successful delivery of the test result to the management server. Therefore, the management server can conveniently take subsequent processing steps on the test result in time.
Step S607: when the number of times of unsuccessful delivery of the test result does not reach the set number of times, returning to the step of uploading the received test result to the FTP server by the test server for storage;
step S608: and when the number of times of unsuccessful delivery of the test result continuously reaches the set number of times, the test server sends a notification mail of unsuccessful reception of the test result to a preset mailbox.
In this way, the whole test result delivery flow is restarted under the condition that the number of times of unsuccessful test result delivery does not reach the set number of times; and under the condition that the number of times of unsuccessful delivery of the test result continuously reaches the set number of times, ending the flow of delivery of the test result, and informing all persons in the preset mailbox so as to inform that the problem of unsuccessful delivery of the test result is manually solved.
Stage four, decoding the delivered test results
In the case that the delivery of the test result is successful, and the test server sends the information that the delivery of the test result is successful to the management server, as shown in fig. 9, the following steps in the management method may be automatically performed:
step S401: and when the management server receives the information that the delivery of the test result from the test server is successful, decoding the test result.
Step S402: and when the decoding is successful, the management server sends the decoded test result to a storage server for storage, and sends the information of successful decoding to the test server. In this way, the storage server 130 performs subsequent processing on the decoded test result. Storage server 130 may form an integrated circuit quality report based on a template of pre-set quality reports and decoded test results.
Step S403: when the number of unsuccessful decoding times does not reach the set number of times, the management server sends information of unsuccessful decoding to the test server;
step S404: and when the number of unsuccessful decoding reaches the set number, the management server sends a notification mail of unsuccessful decoding of the test result to a preset mailbox.
In case the test server receives a message from the management server that the decoding was unsuccessful, the following steps in the management method may be performed automatically:
step S610: and when the test server receives the message of unsuccessful decoding from the management server, returning to execute the step that the test server uploads the received test result to the FTP server for storage. Namely, the test server receives the message that the decoding is unsuccessful, and the test server restarts the whole test result delivery process.
Stage five, stage after decoding
After successful decoding by the packet sender, the following steps in the management method can be automatically performed:
when the test server receives a message of successful decoding from the management server, the test server sends the message of deleting the test result to the test equipment;
and deleting the test result by the test equipment.
In this way, the amount of memory for test results in the test device may be reduced.
In order to fully feed back information in the integrated circuit test, the tester can also perform the following steps in the management method:
as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the test server sends the following information to the management server through a Web Service interface 210a of the test server: batch information of the integrated circuit to be tested, state information of the testing equipment and abnormal information in the testing process. As an alternative, the test server may form the lot information of the integrated circuits to be tested, the status information of the test equipment, and the exception information during the test into a form, such as the form of the lot information of the integrated circuits to be tested in table 5, the form of the status information of the test equipment in table 6, and the form of the exception information during the test in table 7.

As shown in fig. 6 and 8, the test server sends the batch information of the integrated circuits to be tested, the status information of the test equipment, and the abnormal information during the test process to the management server in a form through the Web SeFvice interface 210a of the test server. Among other things, Web Service is a platform-independent, low-coupling, self-contained, programmable Web-based application that can be described, published, discovered, coordinated and configured using the open XML (a subset of the standard universal markup language) standard for developing distributed, interoperable applications.
Correspondingly, the following steps in the management method can be automatically carried out:
the management server receives the following information from the test server through the Web Service interface 110a of the management server: batch information of the integrated circuit to be tested, state information of the testing equipment and abnormal information in the testing process.
Therefore, the packet sender can comprehensively know the batch information of the integrated circuit to be tested, the state information of the test equipment for testing and the abnormal information in the test process. As an optional mode, the management server may further generate an integrated circuit trace report from batch information of the integrated circuit to be tested, status information of the testing device, and abnormality information during the testing process, where the integrated circuit trace report may be presented in the form of an interface.
