技术领域
本发明涉及一种线缆连接器,属于导电设备领域。
背景技术
传统的刺破型线缆连接器一般是通过推杆,将单个导电片刺入到线缆中,线缆自身的导电材料具有可塑性,所以此结构的线缆连接器抗拉性能差,而且接触点相对较少,接触位置很容易因为电阻过高而发生过热,影响连接稳定性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中的技术问题,提供一种线缆连接器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种线缆连接器,包括上夹板和下夹板,上夹板和下夹板上均设置有线缆夹持器,上夹板和下夹板的线缆夹持器之间为中心对称布置,其中在上夹板、下夹板上各设置有一个长条形的线缆镶嵌槽;线缆夹持器位于线缆镶嵌槽底部位置的上夹板、下夹板内;所述线缆夹持器包括一个移动滑块,在上夹板、下夹板内部设置有用于移动滑块滑动的滑动槽,滑动槽的开口位于线缆镶嵌槽的底部,滑动槽的开口内壁设置有一个转动架,在转动架上直线阵列布置有若干插片,插片中部一体设置有一个旋转轴,旋转轴与转动架上的转动孔转动连接,在旋转轴的一侧壁上设置有一个拨片,在移动滑块的底部直线阵列固定有若干推动片,拨片与推动片接触,通过移动滑块的移动,驱动旋转轴的旋转,在旋转轴对应拨片的另一侧侧壁上设置有线缆插片,线缆插片的边缘设置有用于刺破线缆绝缘层的刃口;在所述上夹板、下夹板的一端还设置有一个推动螺杆,推动螺杆与上夹板、下夹板螺纹连接,推动螺杆的端部与移动滑块接触;移动滑块为导电材质,在上夹板、下夹板内均还镶嵌有一根导电滑杆,上夹板和下夹板的导电滑杆互相导通,导电滑杆穿过移动滑块并与移动滑块滑动连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述线缆插片的中部设置有一个半圆形的线缆镶嵌口。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述上夹板和下夹板之间通过若干直线阵列设置的弹簧箍环互相固定连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述推动片的截面为直角梯形结构,其中直角边与拨片接触。
作为本发明的进一步改进,旋转轴、拨片、线缆插片为一体冲压结构,旋转轴为弧形折弯结构。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过对传统线缆连接器进行改进,将单片刺破结构改为阵列的统一驱动的刺破结构,且刺破后,本结构与线缆轴线之间呈一斜角,使得刺破片倾斜刺破,在线缆受拉时,可以产生一个反向支撑的力,降低线缆松脱的可能性。
2、本发明通过线缆镶嵌口可以提高线缆的接触面积,提高稳定性。
3、弹簧箍环固定强度高,因为绝缘材料本身硬度相对较低,螺纹容易失效。
4、直角梯形结构相比于片状结构强度更高,不容易折断。

如图1和图2所示,本发明为一种线缆连接器,包括上夹板和下夹板,上夹板和下夹板上均设置有线缆夹持器,上夹板和下夹板的线缆夹持器之间为中心对称布置,其中在上夹板、下夹板上各设置有一个长条形的线缆镶嵌槽;线缆夹持器位于线缆镶嵌槽底部位置的上夹板、下夹板内;所述线缆夹持器包括一个移动滑块,在上夹板、下夹板内部设置有用于移动滑块滑动的滑动槽,滑动槽的开口位于线缆镶嵌槽的底部,滑动槽的开口内壁设置有一个转动架,在转动架上直线阵列布置有若干插片,插片中部一体设置有一个旋转轴,旋转轴与转动架上的转动孔转动连接,在旋转轴的一侧壁上设置有一个拨片,在移动滑块的底部直线阵列固定有若干推动片,拨片与推动片接触,通过移动滑块的移动,驱动旋转轴的旋转,在旋转轴对应拨片的另一侧侧壁上设置有线缆插片,线缆插片的边缘设置有用于刺破线缆绝缘层的刃口;在所述上夹板、下夹板的一端还设置有一个推动螺杆,推动螺杆与上夹板、下夹板螺纹连接,推动螺杆的端部与移动滑块接触;移动滑块为导电材质,在上夹板、下夹板内均还镶嵌有一根导电滑杆,上夹板和下夹板的导电滑杆互相导通,导电滑杆穿过移动滑块并与移动滑块滑动连接;
所述线缆插片的中部设置有一个半圆形的线缆镶嵌口;
所述上夹板和下夹板之间通过若干直线阵列设置的弹簧箍环互相固定连接;
所述推动片的截面为直角梯形结构,其中直角边与拨片接触;
旋转轴、拨片、线缆插片为一体冲压结构,旋转轴为弧形折弯结构。
使用时,将线缆插入到上夹板和下夹板之间的线缆镶嵌槽中,随后拧动推动螺杆,使得移动滑块移动,进而使得推动片推动拨片,拨片带动线缆插片转动,随后斜插入到线缆绝缘层内,并与线缆的线芯接触;随后通过线缆插片、移动滑块、导电滑杆实现线路的导通。

1.一种线缆连接器,其特征是:包括上夹板和下夹板,上夹板和下夹板上均设置有线缆夹持器,上夹板和下夹板的线缆夹持器之间为中心对称布置,其中在上夹板、下夹板上各设置有一个长条形的线缆镶嵌槽;线缆夹持器位于线缆镶嵌槽底部位置的上夹板、下夹板内;所述线缆夹持器包括一个移动滑块,在上夹板、下夹板内部设置有用于移动滑块滑动的滑动槽,滑动槽的开口位于线缆镶嵌槽的底部,滑动槽的开口内壁设置有一个转动架,在转动架上直线阵列布置有若干插片,插片中部一体设置有一个旋转轴,旋转轴与转动架上的转动孔转动连接,在旋转轴的一侧壁上设置有一个拨片,在移动滑块的底部直线阵列固定有若干推动片,拨片与推动片接触,通过移动滑块的移动,驱动旋转轴的旋转,在旋转轴对应拨片的另一侧侧壁上设置有线缆插片,线缆插片的边缘设置有用于刺破线缆绝缘层的刃口;在所述上夹板、下夹板的一端还设置有一个推动螺杆,推动螺杆与上夹板、下夹板螺纹连接,推动螺杆的端部与移动滑块接触;移动滑块为导电材质,在上夹板、下夹板内均还镶嵌有一根导电滑杆,上夹板和下夹板的导电滑杆互相导通,导电滑杆穿过移动滑块并与移动滑块滑动连接。
