Abstract
导液槽缓锥体接地棒属于电力工程技术领域。由承击头1、缓锥体2焊合而成。缓锥体2上连承击头1,下有锥体4,体干有轴向通长导液槽3。使用时,锤击承击头1,将棒体打入地里,顺导液槽3注入降阻液,在承击头1上夹连鳄鱼夹头接地线。接地棒的缓锥体入土,呈渐进式连续对土壤加压,又能注入降阻液,使对土壤的接触电阻小,承击头1承受面积大,抗镦粗能力强。用于土地上电力设备接地。

技术领域
导液槽缓锥体接地棒涉及电力工程技术,具体涉及一种有轴向导液槽的锥体接地棒。
背景技术
电力工程为了设备和人身的安全,用接地保护技术。常设的接地线是在埋深一定的地线坑内设置接地极,并用导线连在设备的接地柱。需要临时设置的接地线,是在地里打入一支接地棒,然后用导线连接电力设备,野外电力设备临时接地时常用此法,如输电铁塔接地电阻的检测。野外自然土壤千差万别。现行锥尖圆柱体接地棒对于含水量大的壤土、粘土地接地良好;对于乾沙土、沙壤土则因接触电阻大,影响接地效果。
锥尖圆柱接地棒的锥尖角在30度左右,野外硬地居多,入土阻力大;接地棒直径在10mm左右,棒头锤击时承力面小,容易镦毛划手;圆柱棒体是在锥尖冲成的圆口子顺势而入,不再对周围土壤有压实作用,不能进一步增强与土壤的紧密接触。
发明内容
导液槽缓锥体接地棒要解决的技术问题是:减小锥尖角以利入土;增强与土壤的紧密接触。
采用的技术方案是:减小锥尖角;采用缓锥体棒;增设轴向导液槽,以便灌注降阻液。
导液槽缓锥体接地棒(图1)由承击头1、缓锥体2焊合而成。缓锥体2上连承击头1,下有锥尖4,体干有轴向通长导液槽(3)。
使用时用榔头平击承击头1,将棒体垂直打入地里;顺导液槽3注入降阻液,使之渗入棒体周围;在承击头1上夹连鳄鱼夹头接电线。
导液槽缓锥体接地棒的有益效果是:接地棒锥尖4的锥角可达20度,既利入土,又有足够刚度;缓锥体棒体,随着棒体不断插入地里,棒体不断向周围土壤施压,与土壤接触越来越紧密;经导液槽3能加注降阻液;承击头1承击面积大,抗镦粗能力强。

具体实施方式
承击头1是扁钢5×20-A3造,长30mm,有一直径10mm的偏离中心5mm的孔,供缓锥体2的轴头插入定位。
缓锥体2是直径16mm,长200mm的圆钢造,上端有直径10mm、长5mm的定位轴头,轴头形成的轴肩承受轴向打击力;下端有长30mm、底圆直径10mm、锥角20度的锥尖4。中间是长165mm、斜度3∶165的缓锥体干。导液槽3呈正三角形横截面,边长3mm,三条径向均布。缓锥体2的轴头插入承击头1的孔后,角焊焊合。

1.导液槽缓锥体接地棒,其特征是:由承击头(1)、缓锥体(2)焊合而成;缓锥体(2)上连承击头(1),下有锥尖(4),体干有轴向通长导液槽(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导液槽缓锥体接地棒,其特征是:承击头(1)是扁钢5×20-A3造,长30mm,有一直径10mm的偏离中心5mm的孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导液槽缓锥体接地棒,其特征是:缓锥体(2)是直径16mm,长200mm的圆钢造,上端有直径10mm、长5mm的定位轴头;下端有长30mm、底圆直径10mm、锥体20度的锥尖(4);中间是长165mm、斜度3:165的缓锥体干;导液槽(3)呈正三角形横截面,边长3mm,三条径向均布。
