本发明公开了一种制氧机控制系统,包括过滤模组、压缩模组、分离阀组件、分子筛吸附器、调压模组和氧气浓度传感器;所述过滤模组与进气口相连,将空气中的杂质过滤;所述过滤模组的出口端与压缩模组相连,由压缩模组将氧气液化;所述压缩模组的出口端与分离阀组件相连,由分离阀组件将氮气分离至废气排放口,并由废气排放口排放;氧气通过所述分离阀组件的出口端到达分子筛吸附器及精筛模组,再通过出氧口输出至钢瓶中;所述氧气浓度传感器分别与废气排放口、分子筛吸附器和精筛模组连接,实时监控氧气浓度,实时监测其中的氧气浓度,监察制氧质量,排查氧气泄露和浪费,提高了制氧机的工作效率,降低了安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及制氧机技术,具体是一种制氧机控制系统。
背景技术
制氧机的原理是利用空气分离技术,首先将空气以高密度压缩再利用空气中各成分的冷凝点的不同使之在一定的温度下进行气液分离,再进一步精馏而得。如今工业上制氧机的使用越来越广泛,但是现有的制氧机没有氧气浓度检测手段,无法监测氧气的浪费甚至是泄露造成的安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种制氧机控制系统
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种制氧机控制系统,包括过滤模组、压缩模组、分离阀组件、分子筛吸附器和调压模组,还包括氧气浓度传感器;
所述过滤模组与进气口相连,将进气口进入的空气中的杂质过滤;所述过滤模组的出口端与压缩模组的入口端相连,由压缩模组将过滤后的空气压缩至85K,将氧气液化;所述压缩模组的出口端与分离阀组件相连,由分离阀组件将氮气分离至废气排放口,并由废气排放口排放;所述分离阀组件的出口端与分子筛吸附器相连,由分子筛吸附器对氧气进行吸附,再输送至精筛模组进行最后一道筛选,及可通过出氧口输出至钢瓶中;
所述氧气浓度传感器分别与废气排放口、分子筛吸附器和精筛模组连接,实时监控氧气浓度。
进一步地,所述压缩模组上设有压力传感器,实时监控压缩机内的空气压力。
本发明的一种制氧机控制系统,可以实时监测废气排放口、分子筛吸附器和精筛模组中的氧气浓度,监察制氧质量,排查氧气泄露和浪费,提高了制氧机的工作效率,降低了安全隐患。

所述氧气浓度传感器分别与废气排放口、分子筛吸附器和精筛模组连接,实时监控氧气浓度。

1.一种制氧机控制系统,包括过滤模组、压缩模组、分离阀组件、分子筛吸附器和调压模组,其特征在于,还包括氧气浓度传感器;
所述过滤模组与进气口相连,将进气口进入的空气中的杂质过滤;所述过滤模组的出口端与压缩模组的入口端相连,由压缩模组将过滤后的空气压缩至85K,将氧气液化;所述压缩模组的出口端与分离阀组件相连,由分离阀组件将氮气分离至废气排放口,并由废气排放口排放;所述分离阀组件的出口端与分子筛吸附器相连,由分子筛吸附器对氧气进行吸附,再输送至精筛模组进行最后一道筛选,及可通过出氧口输出至钢瓶中;
所述氧气浓度传感器分别与废气排放口、分子筛吸附器和精筛模组连接,实时监控氧气浓度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制氧机控制系统,其特征在于,所述压缩模组上设有压力传感器,实时监控压缩机内的空气压力。
