本发明提供的一种中药保健醋，其特征在于包括如下重量份组份制成：三七参1-1.2份、川芎1-1.2份、鸡血藤1-1.2份、丹参1-1.2份、枸杞子1-1.2份、藏红花1-1.2份、人参1-1.2份、蜂蜜1-1.2份、生姜1-1.2份、红枣1-1.2份、蜂蜜1-1.2份、食醋50份。
本发明还提供一种中药保健醋的生产方法，其特征在于，按如下步骤进行：
步骤1，将配方中药三七参、川芎、鸡血藤、丹参、枸杞子、藏红花、人参、生姜、红枣按等质量配比超声洗净，然后加入配比的蜂蜜混合制成中药混合物；
步骤2，将制得的中药混合物与醋按配比混合，加热100℃熬制30分钟，然后在密闭容器中炮制36小时；
步骤3，将炮制后的中药及醋的混合物进行过滤，然后进行巴氏消毒得到一种中药保健醋。

丹参：味苦，微寒。归心、肝经。活血祛瘀，通经止痛，清心除烦，凉血消痈；
枸杞子：甘，平，归肝、肾经。主治滋补肝肾，益精明目。用于肝肾阴虚证本品甘平质润，平补肝肾，有滋补强壮作用，凡肝肾阴虚诸证均可应用；
藏红花：甘，平。活血，祛瘀，止痛。用于瘀血作痛，跌打损伤，忧郁痞闷，胸胁胀闷；
人参：味甘、微苦，性温、平。归脾、肺经、心经。补气，固脱，生津，安神，益智。适用于调整血压、恢复心脏功能、神经衰弱及身体虚弱等症，也有祛痰、健胃、利尿、兴奋等功效；
生姜和红枣作为药引，蜂蜜调节口味。
本发明通过在醋中加入少量配方中药以改变醋的功效，通过醋泡中药能够更好的发挥中药有效成分；长期食用本发明提供的中药保健醋能够增强身体免疫和血液循环达到强身防病的作用；同时可补心益气、生津止咳、健胃和脾、清热解毒、平肝、解暑、止渴、抑制心律、扩张血管、活血、软化血管、增长红血球以及抗癌等效果，从而起到预防脑梗，心梗，降低胆固醇，降低血脂，降血压，抗衰老，护肾等作用。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明进一步的说明，本发明的实施例在以本发明的技术方案为前提下进行实施，给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程，但本发明的保护范围不限于下述实施例：
实施例1：
步骤1，将配方中药三七参1份、川芎1份、鸡血藤1份、丹参1份、枸杞子1份、藏红花1份、人参1份、生姜1份、红枣1份按等质量配比超声洗净，然后加入配比的蜂蜜1份混合制成中药混合物；
步骤2，将制得的中药混合物加入食醋50份混合，加热100℃熬制30分钟，然后在密闭容器中炮制36小时；
步骤3，将炮制后的中药及醋的混合物进行过滤，然后进行巴氏消毒得到一种中药保健醋。
实施例2：
步骤1，将配方中药三七参1.2份、川芎1.2份、鸡血藤1.2份、丹参1.2份、枸杞子1.2份、藏红花1.2份、人参1.2份、生姜1.2份、红枣1.2份按等质量配比超声洗净，然后加入配比的蜂蜜1.2份混合制成中药混合物；

Claims (2)
1.一种中药保健醋，其特征在于包括如下重量份组份制成：三七参1-1.2份、川芎1-1.2份、鸡血藤1-1.2份、丹参1-1.2份、枸杞子1-1.2份、藏红花1-1.2份、人参1-1.2份、蜂蜜1-1.2份、生姜1-1.2份、红枣1-1.2份、蜂蜜1-1.2份、食醋50份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种中药保健醋的生产方法，其特征在于，按如下步骤进行：
步骤1，将配方中药三七参、川芎、鸡血藤、丹参、枸杞子、藏红花、人参、生姜、红枣按等质量配比超声洗净，然后加入配比的蜂蜜混合制成中药混合物；
步骤2，将制得的中药混合物与醋按配比混合，加热100℃熬制30分钟，然后在密闭容器中炮制36小时；
步骤3，将炮制后的中药及醋的混合物进行过滤，然后进行巴氏消毒得到一种中药保健醋。
