本发明涉及一种甲醇柴油及其制备方法,甲醇柴油属于柴油替代燃料,本发明产品由工业甲醇,乳化剂,助溶剂,燃油助剂,燃烧催化剂所组成,本发明采用的乳化剂自行合成,较大幅度降低了产品成本。产品热值9800Cal/g左右,接近普通柴油热值,动力性好,产品清澈透明,外观同国标轻质柴油,其应用可达到节能减排之效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及燃料技术领域,具体是指一种甲醇柴油及其制备方法。
背景技术
柴油内燃机热效率高,爆发力大,马力大,结构精密紧凑,广泛应用于运输车辆,尤其是大马力大型载重车辆及船舶、农业、建筑、发电等行业工程机械。但其应用有三方面问题:
1、供应紧缺:炼油厂生产的柴油与汽油比例受原油本身组成和工艺流程方法制约,市场上,汽油过剩,柴油紧缺;
2、排放高:柴油机排放的炭烟颗粒物是汽油发动机的40~120倍,烟雾微粒表面吸附的杂环物是致癌物,国家强烈要求改善其排放污染;
3、不可再生:石油是不可再生物质,研究可再生物替代石油非常重要。国内外进行了大量研究与比较达成共识:甲醇是替代柴油较适宜的物质。
甲醇生产原料:煤、天然气、生物质,农、林废弃物、甚至造成湖泊生态环境恶化的速生藻类都是可再生资源可制取醇类物。我国煤炭资源丰富,甲醇生产总能力大于消耗量,产大于销,尤为适合做柴、汽油替代物。
现有技术中研发甲醇柴油取得了很好成绩,但也还存在一些问题,归纳起来如下:
1、贮存期短,放置时间不到一个月既出现分层,稳定性差;
2、采用的乳化剂和助溶剂价格较高,导致成本高,经济效益差;
3、要求甲醇原料纯度在99.5%以上,否则降低产品稳定性。纯度高必然价格贵,影响经济效益;
4、燃烧不充分,产生甲醛不达标,造成二次污染;
5、不能使甲醇与柴油任意比例混均生成微乳化甲醇柴油;
6、合成产品无法做到清澈透明;
7、柴油掺甲醇之后,闪点从50℃以上降至14℃左右并难以提升。
以上技术问题都亟待改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术缺点,提供一种甲醇柴油及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种甲醇柴油,所述甲醇柴油由以下重量百分比的组分制成:工业甲醇20%-50%、乳化剂20%-40%、助溶剂20%-40%、燃油助剂0.2%-3%、烃类燃烧催化剂0.02%-2%。
进一步的,所述乳化剂为脂肪酸胺盐、季胺盐、聚乙氧荃、脂肪胺、醇胺脂肪酸盐、脂肪酸和脂肪酰胺其中的两种或两种以上复配制得。
进一步的,所述助溶剂为C2-C8脂肪醇、脂肪酸酯、生物柴油其中的任一种。
进一步的,所述燃油助剂为十六烷值增值剂、消烟剂、缓蚀剂和降凝剂其中的两种或两种以上混合制得。
进一步的,所述烃类燃烧催化剂为铁/钴/镍的硝酸盐、醋酸盐、硫酸盐、氮化物和铁/钴/镍络合物其中的两种或两种以上混合制得。
一种甲醇柴油的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、将工业甲醇加入到复配的乳化剂和助溶剂中,搅拌至乳化剂完全溶解,得到清澈透明液体;
S2、向透明液体加入烃类燃烧催化剂和燃油助剂,搅拌均匀,制得改性甲醇液;
S3、将改性甲醇液与柴油以不同比例混和均匀,制得相应标号的甲醇柴油。
本发明具有如下优点:本发明用于制备微乳化甲醇柴油,属于柴油替代产品,即用甲醇替代部分柴油,达到节能减排之效果。
1、本发明甲醇柴油同国标柴油或商品柴油可以在≤45%比例情况下任意混融,混融物仍清澈透明,外观同原柴油一样;
2、普通柴油热值10000Cal/g左右,本产品加入柴油后M15,M20、M30的热值分别为9810、9690和9100cal/g左右,M15、M20与普通柴油热值相近;
3、改性甲醇最多可替代45%柴油;
4、有害物质排放减少,烟雾下降85%以上,CO下降79%、CO2下降8%,NOx下降30%左右,国3柴油加入改性甲醇后,可达到国5以上柴油排放标准;
5、产品稳定性高,常温阴凉通风处,贮存期一年以上不分层;
6、成本有所降低。

实施例1:
催化剂制备,组分及其重量百分比如下:

改性甲醇的制备,组分及其重量百分比如下:

常温常压下将乳化剂加入反应容器中,然后加入脂肪酸甲酯和正辛醇,搅拌至均匀,然后加硝酸异辛酯,二茂铁、缓蚀剂和催化剂,搅拌均匀,即得到清澈透明的添加剂,亦称改性甲醇。
甲醇柴油的制备,以重量百分比或体积百分比(两者差别较小)如下:
甲醇柴油制备剂(改性甲醇) 43.3%
O#号柴油 56.7%
将改性甲醇加入柴油中,搅拌均匀,即得清澈透明M15甲醇柴油。

常温常压下将主、助乳化剂加入反应容器中,然后加入助溶剂、脂肪酸甲酯及甲醇,搅拌至乳化剂完全溶解,然后加入硝酸异辛酯,二茂铁和催化剂,搅拌均匀即得透明清澈的添加剂,亦称改性甲醇。
甲醇柴油的制备,组分及其重量半分比如下:
添加剂(改性甲醇) 45%
0#柴油 55%
将改性甲醇加入柴油,即得到清澈透明M30甲醇柴油。
经化验检测,本发明甲醇柴油各项技术指标符合轻柴油GB252-2000标准,但闪点例外,因体系中存在甲醇,使闪点下降。
当然,因甲醇柴油究竟不同于纯柴油,自然不能完全套用轻柴油GB252-2000标准。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种甲醇柴油,其特征在于,所述甲醇柴油由以下重量百分比的组分制成:工业甲醇20%-50%、乳化剂20%-40%、助溶剂20%-40%、燃油助剂0.2%-3%、烃类燃烧催化剂0.02%-2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种甲醇柴油,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为脂肪酸胺盐、季胺盐、聚乙氧荃、脂肪胺、醇胺脂肪酸盐、脂肪酸和脂肪酰胺其中的两种或两种以上复配制得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种甲醇柴油,其特征在于:所述助溶剂为C2-C8脂肪醇、脂肪酸酯、生物柴油其中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种甲醇柴油,其特征在于:所述燃油助剂为十六烷值增值剂、消烟剂、缓蚀剂和降凝剂其中的两种或两种以上混合制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种甲醇柴油,其特征在于:所述烃类燃烧催化剂为铁/钴/镍的硝酸盐、醋酸盐、硫酸盐、氮化物和铁/钴/镍络合物其中的两种或两种以上混合制得。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种甲醇柴油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、将工业甲醇加入到复配的乳化剂和助溶剂中,搅拌至乳化剂完全溶解,得到清澈透明液体;
S2、向透明液体加入烃类燃烧催化剂和燃油助剂,搅拌均匀,制得改性甲醇液;
S3、将改性甲醇液与柴油以不同比例混和均匀,制得相应标号的甲醇柴油。
