本发明公开了一种龟纹粉末涂料,包括底粉和纹理剂,所述底粉包括户外聚酯树脂、固化剂、炭黑跟抗黄变安息香;所述纹理剂的组成按质量份数分为:正丙烯‑1‑丁烯无规共聚聚丙烯、L88流平剂、701增光剂。本发明提供的一种龟纹粉末涂料配方更为简单、稳定。生产的龟纹粉末涂料起纹效果好,且能够产生平整光滑的龟纹,最重要的是产生的龟纹连贯性比较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体的,涉及一种龟纹粉末涂料。
背景技术
粉末涂料是以固体树脂和颜料、填料及助剂等组成的固体粉末状合成树脂涂料。和普通溶剂型涂料及水性涂料不同,它的分散介质不是溶剂和水,而是空气。它具有无溶剂污染,100%成膜,能耗低的特点。粉末涂料有热塑性和热固性两大类。热塑性粉末涂料由于喷涂工艺以及自身性能的限制,在粉末涂料中比重较小;热固性粉末涂料是以热固性合成树脂为成膜物质,在烘干过程中树脂先熔融,再经化学交联后固化成平整坚硬的涂膜,由于其广泛的适用性,在粉末涂料中占据了核心地位。
涂料市场分类多样,按照使用范围可以分为户内粉和户外粉;按照原材料可以分为混合型粉末涂料,纯聚酯型粉末涂料,聚氨酯型等等;按照表面可以分为平面粉和纹理粉。纹理粉是目前使用较多的一类装饰性粉末涂料,常用于文件柜,门窗等工件,常用的纹理粉有绵绵纹,龟纹,浮花纹,纱纹,锤纹等。
不同纹理有不同的做法,其中龟纹纹理是一种相对比较难做的体系,传统的纹理剂用的是聚氨酯加117固化剂,外混118龟纹剂来做的,存在有时候不容易起纹且起纹后纹路看起来比较粗糙、内圈不平、连贯性容易变差、板面光泽不可调的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种龟纹粉末涂料,用以解决现有技术中不容易起纹且起纹后纹路看起来比较粗糙、内圈不平、连贯性容易变差的问题
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种龟纹粉末涂料,包括底粉和纹理剂,其特征在于;所述底粉包括户外聚酯树脂、固化剂、消光剂;所述纹理剂的组成按质量份数分为:正丙烯-1-丁烯无规共聚聚丙烯80-110份、L88流平剂1-5份、701增光剂2-8份;所述底粉与纹理剂的质量配比为3~6:1。
作为优选,所述底粉中还包括安息香。
作为优选,所述消光剂由丙烯酸树脂26-35份,超细双氰胺8-10份,甲壳素纳米晶须3-5份,纳米二氧化硅1-2份,二甲基咪唑啉0.1份、聚醚硅氧烷共聚物0.2-0.5份、二乙基咪唑啉0.001-0.003份组成;将上述组分分别进行粉碎后,进行分级过筛,然后在混料缸内进行充分混合,最后在60-90℃进行烘干,制得。
作为优选,所述底粉中户外聚酯树脂可以为氟改性羧基丙烯酸树脂、硅改性羧基丙烯酸树脂、羧基丙烯酸树脂中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述固化剂为TGIC固化剂和HAA固化剂中的一种或两种。
作为优选,所述底粉中还包括炭黑。
作为优选,所述龟纹粉末涂料的制备步骤是:
(1)将底粉按组份混合均匀后,经挤出机熔融挤出;
(2)将熔融后的挤出物经过冷却后,经粉碎成粉末状即成底粉;
(3)按底粉与纹理剂按照质量配比称取纹理剂,将纹理剂均匀混入底粉后既可生成一种龟纹粉末涂料。
作为优选,所述户外聚酯树脂与固化剂的比例为100:(1-2)。
本发明具有如下优点:本发明提供的一种龟纹粉末涂料配方更为简单、稳定。生产的龟纹粉末涂料起纹效果好,且能够产生平整光滑的龟纹,最重要的是产生的龟纹连贯性比较好。

本发明提供一种龟纹粉末涂料,包括底粉和纹理剂;
所述底粉包括户外聚酯树脂400-500份、固化剂4-10份、消光剂12-20份、炭黑2-4份跟抗黄变安息香1-2份;所述纹理剂的组成按质量份数分为:正丙烯-1-丁烯无规共聚聚丙烯80-110份、L88流平剂1-5份、701增光剂2-8份;
所述底粉中户外聚酯树脂可以为氟改性羧基丙烯酸树脂、硅改性羧基丙烯酸树脂、羧基丙烯酸树脂中的一种或几种。
所述固化剂可以是TGIC固化剂和HAA固化剂中的一种或两种。
所述龟纹粉末涂料的制备步骤是:
(1)将底粉按组份混合均匀后,经挤出机熔融挤出;
(2)将熔融后的挤出物经过冷却后,经粉碎成粉末状即成底粉;
(3)按底粉与纹理剂按照质量配比称取纹理剂,将纹理剂均匀混入底粉后既可生成一种龟纹粉末涂料。
实施例1
一种龟纹粉末涂料包括底粉和纹理剂,按质量份数所述底粉包括氟改性环氧基丙烯酸树脂210份、硅改性环氧基丙烯酸树脂120份、环氧基丙烯酸树脂136份、聚酯固化剂TGIC固化剂7份、消光剂12份、炭黑3份、L307安息香1.5份,所述纹理剂包括正丙烯-1-丁烯无规共聚聚丙烯100份、L88流平剂2份、701增光剂4.5份。
所述龟纹粉末涂料的制备步骤是:
(1)将底粉按组份混合均匀后,经挤出机熔融挤出;
(2)将熔融后的挤出物经过冷却后,经粉碎成粉末状即成底粉;
(3)按底粉与纹理剂按照质量配比称取纹理剂,将纹理剂均匀混入底粉后既可生成一种龟纹粉末涂料。
所述消光剂由丙烯酸树脂26份,超细双氰胺10份,甲壳素纳米晶须5份,纳米二氧化硅2份,二甲基咪唑啉0.1份、聚醚硅氧烷共聚物0.3份、二乙基咪唑啉0.003份组成;将上述组分分别进行粉碎后,进行分级过筛,然后在混料缸内进行充分混合,最后在60-90℃进行烘干,制得。
实施例2
一种龟纹粉末涂料包括底粉和纹理剂,按质量份数所述底粉包括氟改性环氧基丙烯酸树脂250份、硅改性环氧基丙烯酸树脂220份、聚酯固化剂TGIC固化剂6份、消光剂15份、炭黑3份、L307安息香2份,所述纹理剂包括正丙烯-1-丁烯无规共聚聚丙烯96份、L88流平剂2份、701增光剂4份。
所述龟纹粉末涂料的制备步骤同实施例1。
所述消光剂由丙烯酸树脂30份,超细双氰胺9份,甲壳素纳米晶须4份,纳米二氧化硅1份,二甲基咪唑啉0.1份、聚醚硅氧烷共聚物0.3份、二乙基咪唑啉0.002份组成。将上述组分分别进行粉碎后,进行分级过筛,然后在混料缸内进行充分混合,最后在60-90℃进行烘干,制得。
实施例3
一种龟纹粉末涂料包括底粉和纹理剂,按质量份数所述底粉包括氟改性环氧基丙烯酸树脂450份、聚酯固化剂TGIC固化剂6.5份、消光剂19份、炭黑3份、L307安息香2份,所述纹理剂包括正丙烯-1-丁烯无规共聚聚丙烯95份、L88流平剂2份、701增光剂4份。
所述龟纹粉末涂料的制备步骤同实施例1。
所述消光剂由丙烯酸树脂35份,超细双氰胺10份,甲壳素纳米晶须3份,纳米二氧化硅2份,二甲基咪唑啉0.1份、聚醚硅氧烷共聚物0.4份、二乙基咪唑啉0.001份组成;将上述组分分别进行粉碎后,进行分级过筛,然后在混料缸内进行充分混合,最后在60-90℃进行烘干,制得。
表1为实施例1-3制备的涂料性能测试。
相比于传统的龟纹粉末涂料,本发明提供的龟纹粉末涂料配方更为简单、稳定。在不降低生产的粉末涂料其余性能的同时,生产的龟纹粉末涂料起纹效果好。如图1所示是实施例2产生的龟纹平整光滑,最重要的是产生的龟纹连贯性比较好。

1.一种龟纹粉末涂料,包括底粉和纹理剂,其特征在于:所述底粉包括户外聚酯树脂、固化剂、消光剂,所述户外聚酯树脂与消光剂的配比为100:(3-5);所述纹理剂的组成按质量份数分为:正丙烯-1-丁烯无规共聚聚丙烯80-110份、L88流平剂1-5份、701增光剂2-8份;所述底粉与纹理剂的质量配比为3~6:1;所述消光剂由丙烯酸树脂26-35份,超细双氰胺8-10份,甲壳素纳米晶须3-5份,纳米二氧化硅1-2份,二甲基咪唑啉0.1份、聚醚硅氧烷共聚物0.2-0.5份、二乙基咪唑啉0.001-0.003份组成;将上述组分分别进行粉碎后,进行分级过筛,然后在混料缸内进行充分混合,最后在60-90℃进行烘干,制得;所述固化剂为HAA固化剂,所述龟纹粉末涂料的制备步骤是:(1)将底粉按组份混合均匀后,经挤出机熔融挤出;(2)将熔融后的挤出物经过冷却后,经粉碎成粉末状即成底粉;(3)按底粉与纹理剂质量配比称取纹理剂,将纹理剂均匀混入底粉后既可生成一种龟纹粉末涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种龟纹粉末涂料,其特征在于所述底粉中还包括安息香。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种龟纹粉末涂料,其特征在于所述底粉中户外聚酯树脂可以为氟改性羧基丙烯酸树脂、硅改性羧基丙烯酸树脂、羧基丙烯酸树脂中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种龟纹粉末涂料,其特征在于所述底粉中还包括炭黑。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种龟纹粉末涂料,其特征在于所述户外聚酯树脂与固化剂的比例为100:(1-2)。
