The mushroom dregs are the residual culture medium waste after the cultivation of edible mushrooms, and the main components comprise cellulose, lignin, hemicellulose, mycoprotein, vitamins, mineral elements and the like. China is a large country for producing edible fungi, a large amount of fungi residues are generated after the edible fungi are harvested every year, the fungi residues are generally discarded or burnt as wastes, and then the fungi residues are used for preparing fertilizers.
At present, research reports on the production of organic fertilizer by fermenting mushroom dregs serving as raw materials exist, and the treatment mode can realize harmless treatment and resource utilization of mushroom dregs and achieve the purposes of changing waste into valuable and protecting the environment. However, the current method of tank fermentation using mushroom dregs has too many sections of fermentation tank, each section must be strictly controlled in time, temperature and water content, and the production process is complicated. The organic fertilizer produced by using the fungus residues at present has large volume weight, small porosity and air permeability, and on the other hand, the organic matter content in the fertilizer is generally low, the rotten degree is low, the toxicity of the fertilizer is high, the number of viable bacteria is generally not contained or the content of the viable bacteria is low, so that the characteristics of the biological organic fertilizer cannot be effectively exerted.
On the other hand, the existing organic fertilizer acts on plants, and besides providing a fertilizer to promote the growth of the plants, the improvement of the growth level of the root systems of the crops is not obvious, so that an organic fertilizer product capable of promoting the growth of the root systems of the crops can be provided, and the technical problem to be solved urgently is solved.
