Abstract

一种水陆两栖车辆外置式换热系统,由换热器(1)、水流通道(2)、检修盖(3)、连接管路(4)构成;水流通道(2)位于两栖车辆两侧外部且于水位线以下,换热器(1)安装在水流通道(2)内,斜向安装,起到水流穿过换热器芯部的作用,检修盖(3)在水流通道(2)外部,便于检修换热器(1),连接管路(4)用于串联连接冷却系统其它管路,将换热器串联进冷却循环。本发明解决了现有两栖车辆采用车用散热器在水面工况应用则会有散热器重量大、因需要进空气导致密封性不佳的问题,本发明的外置式换热系统结构简化,重量轻。

技术领域
本发明涉及水陆两栖车辆技术领域,特别涉及一种水陆两栖车辆外置式换热系统。
技术背景
水陆两栖车辆属于专用车辆,由于其结构特殊、工作负荷大、工作条件恶劣,因此,其发动机的冷却问题尤为突出。特别是在复杂环境中工作的两栖车辆,其发动机持续高温,散热能力不足已成为影响两栖车辆性能的重要因素,因此需要有效地提高两栖车辆陆地、水上行驶工况的散热性能。水陆两栖车辆冷却系统主要问题在于:1、两栖车辆水上行驶工况采用车用散热器在水面工况应用则会有散热器重量大、因需要进空气导致密封性不佳的问题,影响水面行驶。2、两栖车辆水上行驶工况采用采用船用海水换热系统则会带来海底阀、海水泵、过滤器、排水管路等额外设备、零部件,使系统复杂化、增加重量。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述难点,解决水陆两栖车辆在水上行驶时散热问题,而提供的一种水陆两栖车辆外置式换热系统。
本发明所涉及的水陆两栖车辆外置式换热系统,由换热器1、水流通道2、检修盖3、连接管路4构成;水流通道2位于两栖车辆水位线以下的侧面,开有条状格栅孔,可根据需要布置在不同两栖车辆、船舶上;水流通道采用钛合金材质,厚度为5mm,与两栖车辆主体焊接;换热器1为钛合金材质,安装在水流通道2内,斜向布置,以使水流流经换热器时能够顺利通过换热器1芯体。检修盖3为钛合金材质,厚度为3mm,安装在水流通道2外侧。连接管路4为橡胶软管,将换热器1冷却液进出口与车辆内部舱室的冷却管路相连接。
本发明解决了现有两栖车辆采用车用散热器在水面工况应用则会有散热器重量大、因需要进空气导致密封性不佳的问题,系统结构简化,重量减轻。

实施例
本实施例为本发明的水陆两栖车辆外置式换热系统在“XXX型无人两栖战车”冷却系统的应用实例。
如图1至图4所示,本实施例的外置式换热系统由换热器1、水流通道2、检修盖3、连接管路4构成。水流通道2位于两栖车辆水位线以下的侧面,开有条状格栅孔,可根据需要布置在不同两栖车辆、船舶上。水流通道采用钛合金材质,厚度为5mm,与两栖车辆主体焊接。换热器1为钛合金材质,安装在水流通道2内,斜向布置,以使水流流经换热器时能够顺利通过换热器1芯体。检修盖3为钛合金材质,厚度为3mm,安装在水流通道2外侧。连接管路4为橡胶软管,将换热器1冷却液进出口与车辆内部舱室的冷却管路相连接。

1.一种水陆两栖车辆外置式换热系统,由换热器(1)、水流通道(2)、检修盖(3)、连接管路(4)构成,其特征是:水流通道(2)位于两栖车辆水位线以下的侧面,开有条状格栅孔,可根据需要布置在不同两栖车辆、船舶上;水流通道(2)采用钛合金材质,厚度为5mm,与两栖车辆主体焊接,换热器(1)为钛合金材质,安装在水流通道(2)内,斜向布置,以使水流流经换热器时能够顺利通过换热器(1)芯体,检修盖(3)为钛合金材质,厚度为3mm,安装在水流通道(2)外侧,连接管路(4)为橡胶软管,将换热器(1)冷却液进出口与车辆内部舱室的冷却管路相连接。
