The automatic welding process of each joint of each oxygen cylinder is realized by the action of the first ultrasonic welding machine and the second ultrasonic welding machine. The close matching and the connection of all the devices achieve the production line of automatic production, and achieve the purposes of liberating manpower and improving efficiency.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 11, the medical oxygen filter comprises a machine glass cover 100, a ceramic ring 200, a sealing umbrella 300, a conduit 400, a sealing rubber bowl 500, a sealing ring 600, a throat 700, a filter element 800 and a bottle body 900.
As shown in fig. 1, an automatic assembling apparatus for a medical oxygen filter includes a frame 1, a first production line 11, a second production line 12, and a third production line 13; the first production line 11 comprises an organic glass cover and ceramic ring feeding and assembling device 3, and the first production line 11 is used for assembling and hardening the finished bottle cover; the second production line 12 comprises a transmission device 2, a sealing umbrella and guide pipe feeding and assembling device 4, a sealing rubber bowl and sealing ring feeding and assembling device 5 and a throat pipe feeding and assembling device 6, and the second production line 12 is used for completing the assembly and welding of all sealing parts; the third production line 13 comprises a filter element and bottle body feeding and assembling device 7, a bottle cap and bottle body assembling device 8 and a discharging device 9, and the third production line 13 is used for completing the assembly, welding and discharging of the bottle cap and the bottle body; the transmission device 2 is arranged on the frame 1, and the organic glass cover and ceramic ring feeding assembly device 3 and the throat tube feeding assembly device 6 are arranged on one side of the transmission device 2; the sealing umbrella and guide pipe feeding assembly device 4 and the sealing rubber bowl and sealing ring feeding assembly device 5 are arranged on the other side of the transmission device 2; one feeding end of the bottle cap and body assembling device 8 is connected with the feeding end of the transmission device 2, and the other feeding end of the bottle cap and body assembling device 8 is connected with the feeding end of the filter element and body feeding assembling device 7; the blanking device 9 is arranged at the blanking end of the bottle cap and body assembling device 8; the transfer device 2 is used for the transport of workpieces and is provided with a first station 211, a second station 212 and a third station 213; the organic glass cover and ceramic ring feeding and assembling device 3 is used for assembling the organic glass cover and the ceramic ring together, enabling the organic glass cover to be hardened in a hardening furnace, and then conveying the hardened organic glass cover to a first station 211 through a manipulator; the sealing umbrella and guide pipe feeding and assembling device 4 is used for assembling the sealing umbrella and the guide pipe together, then pressing the guide pipe downwards to complete the assembling, then moving the assembled sealing umbrella to a first station through a manipulator, and completing the assembling with the organic glass cover; the sealing rubber bowl and sealing ring feeding and assembling device 5 is used for assembling the sealing rubber bowl and the sealing ring, tightly pressing the sealing rubber bowl and the sealing ring to complete assembling, moving the sealing rubber bowl and the sealing ring to the second station 212 through a manipulator, and assembling the sealing rubber bowl and the sealing ring on the organic glass cover; the throat pipe feeding and assembling device is used for moving the throat pipe to the third station 213 through a manipulator and assembling the throat pipe on a sealing rubber bowl; the filter element and bottle body feeding and assembling device is used for assembling the filter element and the bottle body together, and conveying the bottle body assembly to a feeding end of the bottle cap and bottle body assembling device 8 through a manipulator; one feeding end of the bottle cap and bottle body assembling device 8 is used for receiving a bottle body assembly, the other feeding end of the bottle cap and bottle body assembling device is used for receiving a bottle cap assembly, the bottle cap assembly is assembled with the bottle body assembly through a manipulator, and then the bottle body assembly and the bottle cap assembly are welded together; the blanking device 9 is used for conveying and blanking the welded medical oxygen filter.
As shown in fig. 2, the conveying device 2 includes a carrier block 21, a traverse cylinder 22, a traverse slide block 23, a slide rail 24, a U-shaped sheet 25, a support block 26, a pushing cylinder 27, a pushing block 28, and a first ultrasonic welding machine 29; the carrying block 21 is arranged on the frame 1, the carrying block 21 is strip-shaped, and the top of the carrying block 21 is provided with a horizontal through groove for placing a conduit; the first station 211, the second station 212 and the third station 213 are arranged on the object carrying block 21; the transverse air cylinder 22 is arranged on the frame 1; the bottom of the transverse sliding block 23 is connected with the rack 1 in a sliding manner through a sliding rail assembly, one end of the transverse sliding block 23 is fixedly connected with the moving end of the transverse air cylinder 22, the other end of the transverse sliding block 23 is connected with the sliding rail 24 in a sliding manner, and a plurality of transverse air cylinders 22 and transverse sliding blocks 23 are uniformly arranged; the U-shaped corrugated sheets 25 are uniformly arranged on the sliding rails 24, and U-shaped gaps matched with the outer edges of the organic glass covers are formed in the U-shaped corrugated sheets 25; the supporting block 26 is connected with the frame 1 in a sliding way; the pushing cylinder 27 is arranged on the supporting block 26; the pushing block 28 is connected with the supporting block 26 in a sliding manner, one end of the pushing block 28 is connected with the moving end of the pushing cylinder 27, and the other end of the pushing block 28 is connected with the end part of the sliding rail 24; the first ultrasonic welding machine 29 is arranged at the blanking end of the carrying block 21, and the first ultrasonic welding machine 29 is used for welding the bottle cap assembly. When the device works, the transverse air cylinder 22 extends to drive the sliding rail 24, the U-shaped wave slice 25 connected with the sliding rail 24 and the pushing air cylinder 27 to move backwards, after assembly is completed, the pushing air cylinder 27 extends to push the sliding rail 24 to move rightwards, then the transverse air cylinder 22 contracts to drive all parts to move backwards, then the pushing air cylinder 27 contracts to drive all parts to move leftwards, the overall movement track is a rectangle, and therefore the transportation process of materials is achieved. As shown in fig. 3, the organic glass cover and ceramic ring feeding and assembling device 3 includes an organic glass cover feeding mechanism 31, an organic glass cover transporting mechanism 32, a ceramic ring feeding mechanism 33, a first manipulator 34, a ceramic ring assembling station 35, a second manipulator 36 and a hardening furnace 37; the machine glass cover feeding mechanism 31 is used for feeding organic glass covers; the organic glass cover conveying mechanism 32 is connected with the organic glass cover feeding mechanism 31, and the organic glass cover conveying mechanism 32 is used for conveying the organic glass covers; the ceramic ring feeding mechanism 33 is used for feeding ceramic rings; the first mechanical arm 34 is connected with the ceramic ring feeding mechanism 33, and the first mechanical arm 34 is used for moving the ceramic ring at the discharging end of the ceramic ring feeding mechanism to the ceramic ring assembling station 35 and completing the assembling of the ceramic ring and the organic glass cover; the hardening furnace 37 is connected with the organic glass cover conveying mechanism 32, and the hardening furnace 37 is used for hardening the organic glass cover; the second mechanical arm 36 is connected with the discharging end of the hardening furnace 37, and the second mechanical arm 36 is used for moving the hardened organic glass cover to each U-shaped sheet 25 of the first station 211; the organic glass cover feeding mechanism 31 comprises a feeding motor 311, a butterfly-shaped rotating disc 312, a feeding cylinder 313, a feeding sliding sheet 314 and a supporting block 315; the feeding motor 311 is arranged on the frame; the butterfly-shaped turntable 312 is rotatably connected with the rack 1, the bottom of the butterfly-shaped turntable 312 is connected with the rotating end of the feeding motor 311 through a belt, four rods are arranged at four corners of the top of the butterfly-shaped turntable, and organic glass covers are sleeved on the rods; the feeding cylinder 313 is arranged at the tops of the two sliding rods; the feeding slide plate 314 is connected with the two slide rods in a sliding manner, and the top of the feeding slide plate is fixedly connected with the moving end of the feeding cylinder 313; the supporting block 315 is arranged on the feeding slide plate 314, and the supporting block 315 is provided with an arc-shaped notch corresponding to a rod on the butterfly-shaped turntable 312; the organic glass cover transporting mechanism 32 comprises an upper top air cylinder 321, an upper top sliding plate 322, a transverse top air cylinder 323, a transverse sliding plate 324 and a clamping jaw finger air cylinder 325; the upper jacking cylinder 321 is arranged on the frame 1; the upper top sliding plate 322 is connected with the frame 1 through two linear bearings at the bottom, and the bottom side of the upper top sliding plate 322 is fixedly connected with the moving end of the upper top cylinder 321; the transverse jacking cylinder 323 is arranged on the upper jacking sliding plate 322; the transverse sliding plate 324 is connected with the upper top sliding plate 322 in a sliding way through a sliding rail assembly, and one side of the transverse sliding plate 324 is fixedly connected with the moving end of the transverse top cylinder 323; two clamping jaw finger cylinders 325 are arranged on the transverse sliding plate 324, one clamping jaw finger cylinder corresponds to the supporting block 315, and the other clamping jaw finger cylinder corresponds to the ceramic ring assembling station 35; the second manipulator 36 comprises a manipulator frame 361, a first manipulator cylinder 362, a second manipulator cylinder 363 and a finger cylinder 364; the mechanical frame 361 is arranged on the frame; the first robot cylinder 362 is disposed on one side of the robot frame 361; the second manipulator cylinder 363 is connected with the manipulator frame 361 through a guide rod in a sliding manner, and one side of the second manipulator cylinder 363 is connected with the moving end of the first manipulator cylinder 362; the finger cylinder 364 is fixedly connected with the moving end of the second manipulator cylinder 363. When the device is in action, the organic glass cover is fed to the feeding end of the organic glass cover conveying mechanism 32 through the organic glass cover feeding mechanism 31. As shown in fig. 4, the ceramic ring feeding mechanism 33 includes a rotary motor 331, a rotary shaft 332, a material selecting plate 333, a ceramic ring feeding barrel 334, a ceramic ring displacement cylinder 335, and a material receiving plate 336; the rotating motor 331 is arranged on the frame; the material selecting plate 333 is arranged on the frame through a supporting block, and the material selecting plate 333 is provided with a central hole 3331 and a material selecting hole 3332; the rotating shaft 332 penetrates through the central hole 3331 to be rotatably connected with the material selecting plate 333, and the upper end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with four ceramic ring feeding barrels 334 through a connecting plate; the lower end is connected with the rotating end of the rotating motor 331 through a belt; the feeding barrel 334 of one ceramic ring corresponds to the material selecting hole 3332; the ceramic ring displacement cylinder 335 is arranged on the frame; the material receiving plate 336 is slidably connected with the bottom side of the material selecting plate 333 through a slide rail assembly, one side of the material receiving plate 336 is connected with the moving end of the ceramic ring displacement cylinder 335, and the material receiving plate 336 is provided with a sink groove matched with the ceramic ring, and the sink groove corresponds to the material selecting hole 3332. When the mechanism acts, the rotating motor 331 drives the ceramic ring feeding barrel 334 to rotate through the rotating shaft 332, so that the ceramic ring feeding barrel 334 corresponds to the material selecting hole 3331, and at the moment, the ceramic ring falls into the sinking groove of the material receiving plate 336 under the action of gravity; then the rotating motor 331 continues to rotate, so that the ceramic ring feeding barrel 334 does not correspond to the material selecting hole 3331 and then stops, and then the ceramic ring displacement cylinder 335 starts to move the material receiving plate 336 and the ceramic ring out. The mechanism is characterized in that the single feeding purpose is achieved through the intermittent correspondence of the ceramic ring feeding barrel 334 and the material selecting hole 3331.
As shown in fig. 5, the sealed umbrella and conduit feeding assembly device 4 includes a steering motor 41, a rotary table 42, a material receiving block 43, a sealed umbrella vertical vibration disc 44, a third grabbing mechanism 45, a conduit vertical vibration disc 46, a fourth grabbing mechanism 47, a pressing cylinder 48, a sliding sheet 49 and a fifth grabbing mechanism 410; the steering motor 41 is fixedly connected with the frame 1; the turntable 42 is fixedly connected with the rotating end of the steering motor 41, and four through holes are uniformly formed in the turntable 42; the material receiving blocks 43 are cylindrical, four material receiving blocks are uniformly arranged on the turntable 42, and the four material receiving blocks correspond to the four through holes one by one; the sealing umbrella vertical vibration disc 44 is arranged at the left side of the rotary disc 42 and is used for feeding the sealing umbrella; the third grabbing mechanism 45 is arranged between the rotary disc 42 and the straight vibrating disc 44 and is used for moving the sealed umbrella on the straight vibrating disc 44 to a material receiving block 43; the guide pipe straight vibration disc 46 is arranged at the rear side of the rotary disc 42 and is used for feeding the guide pipe; the fourth grabbing mechanism 47 is arranged between the guide pipe vertical vibration disc 46 and the rotary disc 42 and is used for moving and assembling the guide pipe on the sealed umbrella; the pressing air cylinder 48 is arranged on the right side of the turntable 42 through a guide rod; the sliding sheet 49 is connected with the guide rod in a sliding mode, the sliding sheet 49 is fixedly connected with the moving end of the pressing cylinder 48, and the sliding sheet 49 is connected with a pressing rod used for pressing down the guide pipe; the fifth grabbing mechanism 410 is arranged at the front side of the rotary disc 42 and is used for moving the assembled sealed umbrella and the conduit to the first station 211 and assembling the sealed umbrella and the conduit in the machine glass cover. When the device works, the third grabbing mechanism 45 grabs and conveys the sealed umbrella at the discharging end of the sealed umbrella straight vibrating disc 44 to the material receiving block 43, then the steering motor 41 is started to convey the material receiving block 43 and the sealed umbrella to the fourth grabbing mechanism 47, then the steering motor 41 stops rotating, then the fourth grabbing mechanism 47 is started to convey and assemble the guide pipe of the guide pipe straight vibrating disc 46 into the sealed umbrella, then the steering motor 41 is continuously started, the sealed umbrella with the guide pipe assembled is conveyed to the bottom of the sliding sheet 49, then the steering motor 41 stops rotating, at the moment, the pressing air cylinder 48 is started to move the sliding sheet 49 downwards, so that the guide pipe is pressed downwards by the pressing rod connected with the sliding sheet 49, and the assembly of the guide pipe and the sealed umbrella is completed. And then the fifth grabbing mechanism 410 grabs and conveys the assembled sealed umbrella to the first station 211, and the sealed umbrella grabbing and the assembly of the organic glass cover are completed. Four through holes are uniformly formed in the rotary disc 42, the material receiving block 43 is cylindrical, four through holes are uniformly formed in the rotary disc 42 and correspond to the four through holes one to one, and therefore the problem of positioning of the umbrella is solved, and the problem of blocking is prevented when the guide pipe descends in the later period.
As shown in fig. 6, the sealing rubber bowl and sealing ring feeding and assembling device 5 includes a rotating motor 51, a rotating disc 52, a receiving column 53, a high-speed sealing ring direct-vibration disc 54, a sixth grabbing mechanism 55, a sealing rubber bowl direct-vibration disc 56, a seventh grabbing mechanism 57, a sealing cylinder 58, a pressing block 59, and an eighth grabbing mechanism 510; the rotating motor 51 is arranged on the frame 1; the rotating disc 52 is connected with the rotating end of the rotating motor 51; four receiving posts 53 are uniformly arranged on the rotating disc 52, and a cylindrical bulge is arranged at the top of each receiving post 53 and used for positioning the high-speed sealing ring; the high-speed sealing ring vertical vibration disc 54 is arranged on the right side of the rotating disc 52 and is used for feeding the high-speed sealing ring; the sixth grabbing mechanism 55 is arranged between the high-speed sealing ring direct vibration disc 54 and the rotating disc 52 and is used for moving the high-speed sealing ring at the blanking end of the high-speed sealing ring direct vibration disc 54 to a material receiving column 53; the sealing rubber bowl straight vibration disc 56 is arranged at the rear side of the rotating disc 52 and is used for feeding the sealing rubber bowl; the seventh grabbing mechanism 57 is arranged between the sealing rubber bowl straight vibrating disc 56 and the rotating disc 52 and is used for moving and assembling the sealing rubber bowl at the discharging end of the sealing rubber bowl straight vibrating disc 56 to the high-speed sealing ring; the sealing cylinder 58 is fixedly connected with the frame 1 through a guide rod; the pressing block 59 is connected with the guide rod in a sliding mode, one side of the pressing block 59 is fixedly connected with the moving end of the sealing cylinder 58, and the other side of the pressing block 59 is provided with a pressing column which is used for pressing the high-speed sealing ring and the sealing rubber bowl together; the eighth grabbing mechanism 510 is arranged on the front side of the rotating disc 52 and used for moving the high-speed sealing ring and the sealing rubber bowl to the second station 212 and assembling the high-speed sealing ring and the sealing rubber bowl on the organic glass cover. When the device moves, the sixth grabbing mechanism 55 grabs and conveys the high-speed sealing ring at the blanking end of the high-speed sealing ring direct-vibration disc 54 to the material receiving column 53, then the material receiving column 53 is driven by the rotating motor 51 to convey the high-speed sealing ring to the seventh grabbing mechanism 57, the rotating motor 51 stops, then the seventh grabbing mechanism 57 grabs and assembles the sealing rubber bowl at the blanking end of the sealing rubber bowl direct-vibration disc 56 to the high-speed sealing ring, then the rotating motor 51 is continuously started to convey the assembled sealing rubber bowl and high-speed sealing ring to the bottom of the pressing block 59, the rotating motor 51 stops, then the sealing cylinder 58 is started to push the pressing block 59 downwards, and the pressing block 59 extrudes the sealing rubber bowl and the high-speed sealing ring to complete the assembly. A cylindrical bulge is arranged at the top of the material receiving column 53 and is matched with the high-speed sealing ring hole, so that the positioning problem of the high-speed sealing ring is solved. Secondly, through the effect of briquetting 59, solve the loose problem of high-speed sealing ring and the equipment of sealed rubber bowl.
As shown in fig. 7, the throat feeding and assembling device 6 comprises a throat straight vibrating disk 61 and a ninth grabbing mechanism 62; the throat pipe straight vibration disc 61 is arranged on the frame 1 and used for feeding throat pipes; the ninth grabbing mechanism 62 is arranged on one side of the throat straight vibrating plate 61 and used for moving the throat at the blanking end of the throat straight vibrating plate 61 to the third station 213 and assembling the throat on the organic glass cover. When the device works, the ninth grabbing mechanism 62 grabs and conveys the throat at the blanking end of the throat straight vibrating disc 61 to the third station 213, and the throat and the sealing rubber bowl are assembled.
As shown in fig. 8, the filter element and bottle body feeding and assembling device 7 includes a displacement motor 71, a displacement disc 72, a positioning material receiving block 73, a bottle body straight vibration disc 74, a tenth grabbing mechanism 75, a filter element straight vibration disc 76, an eleventh grabbing mechanism 77, and a twelfth grabbing mechanism 78; the displacement motor 71 is arranged on the frame 1, and the displacement disc 72 is fixedly connected with the rotating end of the displacement motor 71; four positioning material receiving blocks 73 are uniformly arranged on the displacement disc 72, and a cylindrical notch matched with the excircle of the bottle body is formed in each positioning material receiving block 73; the straight bottle body vibration disc 74 is arranged on the right side of the displacement disc 72 and is used for feeding the bottle body; the tenth grabbing mechanism 75 is arranged between the bottle body straight vibrating disc 74 and the displacement disc 72 and is used for moving the bottle body into the cylindrical gap of the positioning material receiving block 73; the filter element straight vibration disc 76 is arranged on the front side of the displacement disc 72; the eleventh grabbing mechanism 77 is arranged between the filter element straight vibrating disc 76 and the displacement disc 72, and is used for moving the filter element at the blanking end of the filter element straight vibrating disc 76 to be above one positioning material receiving block 73 and assembling the filter element in the bottle body; the twelfth gripping mechanism 78 is disposed at the rear side of the displacement plate 72, and is used for moving the body assembly to a loading end of the bottle cap and body assembly device 8. When the device is in action, the tenth grabbing mechanism 75 grabs and conveys the bottle body at the discharging end of the bottle body straight vibrating disk 74 to the positioning material receiving block 73, then the displacement disk 72 rotates clockwise under the driving of the displacement motor 71 to convey the bottle body to the eleventh grabbing mechanism 77, the displacement motor 71 stops, at the moment, the eleventh grabbing mechanism 77 grabs and assembles the filter element at the discharging end of the filter element straight vibrating disk 76 in the bottle body, then the displacement motor 71 is started again to convey the assembled bottle body to the twelfth grabbing mechanism 78, and then the twelfth grabbing mechanism 78 conveys the assembled bottle body to the second material receiving groove 82 of the bottle cap and bottle body assembling device 8.
As shown in fig. 9, the bottle cap and body assembling apparatus 8 includes a first receiving groove 81, a second receiving groove 82, a twelfth manipulator 83, and a second ultrasonic welding machine 84; the first receiving groove 81 and the second receiving groove 82 are both arranged on the rack, a groove matched with the bottle body is formed in the second receiving groove 82, the second receiving groove 82 is provided with a right-angle turning part 821, the right-angle turning part 821 is used for limiting the movement of the bottle body, the second receiving groove 82 is used for receiving the bottle body assembly, one end of the first receiving groove 81 is connected with the discharging end of the object carrying block 21, the other end of the first receiving groove is abutted against the outer end of the turning part of the right-angle turning part 821, and the first receiving groove 81 is used for receiving the bottle cap assembly and positioning the bottle cap assembly; the twelfth manipulator 83 is arranged at the rear side of the right-angle turning part 821, and the twelfth manipulator 83 is used for moving the bottle cap assembly of the first material receiving groove 81 to the right-angle turning part 821, assembling the bottle cap assembly on the bottle body, and pushing the assembled medical oxygen filter to the feeding end; a second ultrasonic welding machine 84 is disposed at the discharge end of the second receiving channel 82 and is used for welding the bottle cap assembly and the bottle body assembly together. When the device is operated, the first receiving groove 82 is used for receiving bottle cap assemblies conveyed from the conveying device 2, and the bottle cap assemblies on the first receiving groove 82 horizontally move rightwards under the pushing of the subsequent bottle cap assemblies. In addition, the second receiving channel 82 will be used to receive the body assembly, and similarly, under subsequent pushing, the front body assembly will be clamped at the right angle bend 821. Then the twelfth grabbing mechanism 83 grabs the bottle cap assembly and assembles the bottle cap assembly together, and pushes the assembled oxygen bottle horizontally to make it leave the right angle turning 821, then completes the welding of the bottle cap assembly and the bottle body assembly when passing through the second ultrasonic welding machine 84, and solves the positioning problem of the bottle body by the second material receiving groove 82 being provided with a groove matched with the bottle body, the second material receiving groove 82 having a right angle turning 821. The second ultrasonic welder 84 addresses the automatic welding process of each junction of each oxygen cylinder.

assembling and feeding the organic glass cover and the ceramic ring: the method comprises the steps that an organic glass cover at the blanking end of an organic glass cover feeding mechanism 31 is conveyed to a ceramic ring assembling station 35 on a first production line through an organic glass cover conveying mechanism 32, then a ceramic ring at the blanking end of a ceramic ring feeding mechanism 33 is moved and assembled to the organic glass cover through a first manipulator 34, the assembled organic glass cover is conveyed to a hardening furnace 37 through the organic glass cover conveying mechanism 32, the organic glass cover is hardened, and then the hardened organic glass cover is moved to a first station 121 through a second manipulator 36, so that the organic glass cover is assembled and hardened;
(II) assembling, transporting and welding the sealing element; in the second production line 112, the sealed umbrella on the sealed umbrella vertical vibration disc 44 is moved to the material receiving block 43 by the third manipulator 45 in the sealed umbrella and conduit feeding and assembling device 4, the sealed umbrella is conveyed to the conduit vertical vibration disc 46 by the rotary disc 42, and the conduit is assembled on the sealed umbrella by the fourth manipulator 47; the assembled sealed umbrella is conveyed to a compaction cylinder 48 through a turntable, and the guide pipe is pressed downwards through a pressure rod on a sliding sheet 49 to complete assembly; the sealed umbrella which is pressed and mounted is conveyed to a fifth manipulator 410 through a turntable, the sealed umbrella is moved to a first station 121 through the fifth manipulator 410, and the assembly of the sealed umbrella and the organic glass cover is completed; then the organic glass cover assembled with the sealing umbrella is conveyed to a second station 122 through the conveying device 2, the action mode of the sealing rubber bowl and the sealing ring feeding and assembling device 5 is the same as that of the sealing umbrella and the guide pipe feeding and assembling device 4, the sealing rubber bowl assembled with the high-speed sealing ring is moved to the second station 122 and is not assembled with the organic glass, and then the organic glass cover is conveyed to a third station 123 through the conveying device 2; then the throat is moved to a third station 123 through the throat feeding and assembling device 6 and is assembled on the organic glass cover; then conveying the assembled bottle cap assembly to a first ultrasonic welding machine 29, and welding all the parts and the bottle cap together; completing the assembly, transportation and welding of each sealing element;
and (III) assembling and welding the bottle cap assembly and the bottle body assembly: the action mode of the bottle cap and body assembling device 8 is the same as that of the sealing umbrella and guide pipe feeding assembling device 4, the bottle cap and body assembling device 8 assembles the body and the filter element together and conveys the body to the position of the right-angle turning part 821, and the body assembly is assembled; then the welded medical oxygen filter is moved and centrifuged by a blanking device 9, and then moved and blanked.
The device is characterized in that the U-shaped notch matched with the outer edge of the organic glass cover is formed by the U-shaped wave sheet 25, so that each degree of freedom of the organic glass cover can be limited, and the problem of positioning of the organic glass cover is solved. The effect of UV hardening furnace 320 has solved the not high problem of organic glass lid surface hardness, easily damaged to improve the quality of product. The intermittent corresponding process of the material selecting hole 3132 and the ceramic ring storage vat 317 solves the problem of single feeding of the ceramic rings. A cylindrical bulge is arranged at the top of the material receiving column 53 and is matched with the high-speed sealing ring hole, so that the positioning problem of the high-speed sealing ring is solved. The first ultrasonic welding machine 83 and the second ultrasonic welding machine 85 are used for solving the automatic welding process of each joint of each oxygen cylinder. The close matching and the connection of all the devices achieve the production line of automatic production, and achieve the purposes of liberating manpower and improving efficiency.

assembling and feeding an organic glass cover and a ceramic ring: the method comprises the steps that an organic glass cover at the blanking end of an organic glass cover feeding mechanism (31) is conveyed to a ceramic ring assembling station (35) on a first production line through an organic glass cover conveying mechanism (32), then a ceramic ring at the blanking end of a ceramic ring feeding mechanism (33) is moved and assembled to the organic glass cover through a first manipulator (34), the assembled organic glass cover is conveyed to a hardening furnace (37) through the organic glass cover conveying mechanism (32), the organic glass cover is hardened, and then the hardened organic glass cover is moved to a first station (121) through a second manipulator (36), so that the organic glass cover is assembled and hardened;
