Abstract
The invention relates to an externally applied essential oil of cassia bark, pine bark and ginseng for treating alopecia and promoting hair growth, which can effectively solve the problems of the externally applied essential oil for treating alopecia and promoting hair growth, and adopts the technical scheme that the externally applied essential oil of cassia bark, pine bark and ginseng comprises the following components: the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared by dissolving and uniformly mixing 4-6mL of cacumen biotae essential oil, 4-6mL of saponin essential oil, 4-6mL of pepper essential oil, 4-6mL of salvia miltiorrhiza essential oil, 4-6mL of rose essential oil and 2.5-3.5g of borneol.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medicine, in particular to an externally applied Guisong Shen essential oil for treating alopecia and promoting hair growth.
Background
Alopecia refers to the phenomenon of hair loss. The normal hair loss is the hair in the catagen and telogen phases, and the normal amount of hair can be maintained because the hair entering the catagen phase and the hair newly entering the anagen phase are constantly in dynamic balance. Pathological hair loss refers to abnormal or excessive loss of hair for a number of reasons.
Male Pattern Alopecia (MPA), also known as seborrheic alopecia and androgenetic alopecia, is a common hair disease caused by multiple factors, is frequently found in the vertex of the head and the frontotemporal region of young and old men (20-30 years old), develops gradually, is often accompanied by symptoms such as greasy skin, desquamation, pruritus and the like, and accounts for about 95% of all alopecia patients. Genetics, endocrine, occupation, diet, and stress are all causative factors of MPA.
The existing medicines for treating alopecia and promoting hair growth are various, such as minoxidil tincture for external application, finasteride for oral administration, octopus 101, kangwang and the like, and the use and the curative effect are not satisfactory for various reasons, so the improvement and innovation of the treatment medicines are imperative.

Second, clinical application
Under the condition of ensuring safety in animal experiments, the composition is clinically applied to patients suffering from alopecia, and a very satisfactory curative effect is obtained, and specific data are as follows (taking example 1 as an example):
male Pattern Alopecia (MPA), also known as seborrheic alopecia and androgenetic alopecia, is a common hair disease caused by multiple factors, is frequently found in the vertex of the head and the frontotemporal region of young and old men (20-30 years old), develops gradually, is often accompanied by symptoms such as greasy skin, desquamation, pruritus and the like, and accounts for about 95% of all alopecia patients. Genetics, endocrine, occupation, diet, and stress are all causative factors of MPA.
20 male pattern alopecia patients have the onset age of 20-32 years and the disease course of 5 months-8 years. The inclusion standard meets the diagnosis standard of Chinese clinical dermatology and Chinese medicine dermatosis, and the patients do not use any hair growth promoting medicine and other local treatment within half a year before treatment. Exclusion criteria: infectious diseases or eczema exist in scalp, and organic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hypertension and the like are combined; other types of alopecia, such as alopecia areata, tinea capitis, trauma, etc.
The treatment scheme comprises the following steps: smearing the essential oil of radix Codonopsis Lanceolatae with a volume of 0.15mL/cm in a hair-shedding area every day2Externally applying the essential oil for 2 times every day, and massaging the local skin for 3-5 min by hands after applying the essential oil, wherein the treatment course is 21 d;
the therapeutic effect judgment standard is as follows: and (3) healing: the hair stops falling off, the new hair is complete and uniform in length, the glossiness of hair scales, the thickness of the hair and the distribution density of the hair scales are the same as those of a hair-care area, and sebum secretion is normal; the effect is shown: the disease condition is controlled, the new hair part grows (70%), the glossiness, the hair thickness and the distribution density of the hair scales are close to those of a hair-care area, and the sebum secretion is obviously reduced; the method has the following advantages: the disease condition is controlled, but only 30% of bald areas have new hair growth; and (4) invalidation: the hair continues to fall off and the hair loss is regenerated by less than 30%.
Statistical treatment results: 20 male alopecia patients are cured, 11 patients are cured, 6 patients are effective, 2 patients are effective, 1 patient is ineffective, and the total effective rate is 95%.
The same experiment is carried out on the example 1 and the examples 2 and 3 at the same time, and the same and similar results are obtained, which shows that the product has good quality and stable and reliable curative effect, and are not listed any more.
Conclusion
The medicine has the effects of preventing alopecia and promoting production, can be effectively used for treating alopecia and promoting hair growth, is easy to produce and prepare, convenient to use and good in effect, is an innovation in the medicine for treating alopecia and promoting hair growth, and has remarkable economic and social benefits.
