Abstract
本发明公开了一种保鲜面膜贴,其原料按重量份包括:聚乙烯30‑40份,壳聚糖20‑30份,聚乳酸40‑60份,保温物质10‑15份,甘油0.5‑1.5份,司盘40 0.5‑1.5份,水100‑150份。通过在敷面膜后,于面膜表面再贴敷本发明,可以减少面膜水分的挥发,提高保水率,并且可以保持面部皮肤和面膜的温度,使得皮肤毛孔扩张,促进代谢物的排出和营养物质的进入,本发明可以作为面膜的辅助工具。

技术领域
本发明涉及面膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种保鲜面膜贴。
背景技术
面膜是涂或敷于人体皮肤表面,经过一段时间后揭离、擦洗或保留,能起到集中护理或清洁作用的产品。面膜的原理,就是利用覆盖在脸部的短暂时间,暂时隔离外界的空气与污染,提高肌肤温度,皮肤的毛孔扩张,促进汗腺分泌与新陈代谢,使肌肤的含氧量上升,有利于肌肤排除表皮细胞新陈代谢的产物和累积的油脂类物质,面膜中的水分渗入表皮的角质层,皮肤变得柔软,肌肤自然光亮有弹性。
目前在使用面膜时,常存在面膜中的水分会逐步挥发,影响皮肤补水效果;在较冷的环境下,面膜温度不易保持,导致皮肤毛孔收紧,不利于代谢物排出和营养物质进入等问题。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种保鲜面膜贴,通过在敷面膜后,于面膜表面再贴敷本发明,可以减少面膜水分的挥发,提高保水率,并且可以保持面部皮肤和面膜的温度,使得皮肤毛孔扩张,促进代谢物的排出和营养物质的进入,本发明可以作为面膜的辅助工具。
本发明提出的一种保鲜面膜贴,其原料按重量份包括:聚乙烯30-40份,壳聚糖20-30份,聚乳酸40-60份,保温物质10-15份,甘油0.5-1.5份,司盘40 0.5-1.5份,水100-150份。
优选地,保温物质为蛭石粉和滑石粉。
优选地,蛭石粉和滑石粉的重量比为4-6:1。
优选地,蛭石粉的粒径为2-3μm,滑石粉的粒径为0.5-1μm。
优选地,聚乙烯为低密度聚乙烯。
优选地,所述保鲜面膜贴的厚度为0.4-0.5丝。
优选地,在保鲜面膜贴的制备过程中,将聚乙烯、壳聚糖、聚乳酸在水中分散均匀,加入保温物质、甘油、司盘40,加热至90-100℃,搅拌混匀,降温至50-60℃得到粘液;将粘液流延于钢带基片表面,干燥,剪切得到保鲜面膜贴。
优选地,在烘道中干燥,烘道分为5个部分,从烘道入口到烘道出口,各部分的温度依次为110-130℃、140-160℃、180-200℃、170-190℃、130-150℃。
优选地,在敷面膜后,将所述保鲜面膜贴敷于面膜表面。
本发明所述保鲜面膜贴敷与面膜形状相同。
通过在敷面膜后,于面膜表面再贴敷本发明,可以减少面膜水分的挥发,提高保水率,并且可以保持面部皮肤和面膜的温度,使得皮肤毛孔扩张,促进代谢物的排出和营养物质的进入;本发明通过聚乙烯、壳聚糖、聚乳酸作为面膜贴的基料,壳聚糖可以增加本发明抗菌性能,聚乙烯、聚乳酸相互配合,使得本发明在具有适宜的防潮性,可以防止面膜水分的挥发,并且具有适宜的透气性,可以避免皮肤感到憋闷不适,不会影响皮肤的呼吸;蛭石粉具有吸水保湿且保温的作用,与滑石粉以适宜比例相互配合,可以进一步增加本发明的保水透气性能,防止面膜水分的挥发且透气,并且可以起到保温作用,避免温度的流失,促进养分进入皮肤;且本发明贴敷面膜表面,不与皮肤直接接触,本发明厚度很薄,可与面膜紧密贴敷,作用均匀,本发明可以生物降解不会污染环境;本发明是面膜的辅助工具。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种保鲜面膜贴,其原料按重量份包括:聚乙烯30份,壳聚糖30份,聚乳酸40份,保温物质15份,甘油0.5份,司盘40 1.5份,水100份,其中,保温物质为蛭石粉和滑石粉。
实施例2
一种保鲜面膜贴,其原料按重量份包括:低密度聚乙烯40份,壳聚糖20份,聚乳酸60份,保温物质10份,甘油1.5份,司盘40 0.5份,水150份;
其中,保温物质为粒径为2μm蛭石粉和粒径为1μm滑石粉,其中,蛭石粉和滑石粉的重量比为4:1;
保鲜面膜贴的厚度为0.4丝;
在保鲜面膜贴的制备过程中,将聚乙烯、壳聚糖、聚乳酸在水中分散均匀,加入保温物质、甘油、司盘40,加热至90℃,搅拌混匀,降温至60℃得到粘液;将粘液流延于钢带基片表面,干燥,剪切得到保鲜面膜贴,其中,在烘道中干燥,烘道分为5个部分,从烘道入口到烘道出口,各部分的温度依次为110℃、140℃、180℃、170℃、130℃。
实施例3
一种保鲜面膜贴,其原料按重量份包括:低密度聚乙烯32份,壳聚糖28份,聚乳酸45份,保温物质13份,甘油0.8份,司盘40 1.3份,水120份;
其中,保温物质为粒径为3μm蛭石粉和粒径为0.5μm滑石粉,其中,蛭石粉和滑石粉的重量比为6:1;
保鲜面膜贴的厚度为0.5丝;
在保鲜面膜贴的制备过程中,将聚乙烯、壳聚糖、聚乳酸在水中分散均匀,加入保温物质、甘油、司盘40,加热至100℃,搅拌混匀,降温至50℃得到粘液;将粘液流延于钢带基片表面,干燥,剪切得到保鲜面膜贴,其中,在烘道中干燥,烘道分为5个部分,从烘道入口到烘道出口,各部分的温度依次为130℃、160℃、200℃、190℃、150℃。
实施例4
一种保鲜面膜贴,其原料按重量份包括:低密度聚乙烯35份,壳聚糖25份,聚乳酸50份,保温物质12份,甘油1份,司盘40 1份,水130份;
其中,保温物质为粒径为2.5μm蛭石粉和粒径为0.8μm滑石粉,其中,蛭石粉和滑石粉的重量比为5:1;
保鲜面膜贴的厚度为0.45丝;
在保鲜面膜贴的制备过程中,将聚乙烯、壳聚糖、聚乳酸在水中分散均匀,加入保温物质、甘油、司盘40,加热至95℃,搅拌混匀,降温至55℃得到粘液;将粘液流延于钢带基片表面,干燥,剪切得到保鲜面膜贴,其中,在烘道中干燥,烘道分为5个部分,从烘道入口到烘道出口,各部分的温度依次为120℃、150℃、190℃、180℃、140℃。
试验例1
取两片温度和含水率相同的面膜,分别贴敷于温度为37℃的基板表面,然后一片表面贴敷有实施例4记为试验面膜,另一片不贴敷记为对照面膜;将试验面膜、对照面膜置于37℃的环境中,放置1h,称重并记录;另取试验面膜和对照面膜,置于15℃的环境中,放置20min,测量面膜温度并记录,结果如下表所示:
由上表可以看出本发明具有良好的保湿和保温性能。

1.一种保鲜面膜贴,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:聚乙烯30-40份,壳聚糖20-30份,聚乳酸40-60份,保温物质10-15份,甘油0.5-1.5份,司盘40 0.5-1.5份,水100-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述保鲜面膜贴,其特征在于,保温物质为蛭石粉和滑石粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述保鲜面膜贴,其特征在于,蛭石粉和滑石粉的重量比为4-6:1。
4.根据权利要求2所述保鲜面膜贴,其特征在于,蛭石粉的粒径为2-3μm,滑石粉的粒径为0.5-1μm。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述保鲜面膜贴,其特征在于,聚乙烯为低密度聚乙烯。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述保鲜面膜贴,其特征在于,所述保鲜面膜贴的厚度为0.4-0.5丝。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述保鲜面膜贴,其特征在于,在保鲜面膜贴的制备过程中,将聚乙烯、壳聚糖、聚乳酸在水中分散均匀,加入保温物质、甘油、司盘40,加热至90-100℃,搅拌混匀,降温至50-60℃得到粘液;将粘液流延于钢带基片表面,干燥,剪切得到保鲜面膜贴。
8.根据权利要求7所述保鲜面膜贴,其特征在于,在烘道中干燥,烘道分为5个部分,从烘道入口到烘道出口,各部分的温度依次为110-130℃、140-160℃、180-200℃、170-190℃、130-150℃。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述保鲜面膜贴,其特征在于,在敷面膜后,将所述保鲜面膜贴敷于面膜表面。
