Abstract

隔板装置包括两个边板(1)和将其相连的横板(2),横板(2)宽度比其间距大得多,并且其纵向沿水平面延伸。横板(2)与边板构成一锐角(α),一些横板在其下侧具有一锯齿形的横截面。由此可达到,在太阳较高时大部份光线向外偏转。通过横板(2)之间扁平且水平的空间(3)可使由对流产生的热损失达最小,从而可达到一个很好的隔热效果。

透明隔板装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种透明隔板装置,其主要用于暖房或温室的隔热。
背景技术
在暖房或温室的隔热中已公知有塑料制的透明隔板装置。它具有两个相距不远且通过多个横板相连的透明边板。在壁垂直时横板也垂直延伸,以使必要时所生成的冷凝水能流出。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,改善这种透明隔板装置的隔热能力。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种透明隔板装置,包括至少一个其上伸出有多个横板的边板,其中所述的横板的宽度明显大于相邻横板的间距。
有利地,在安装态时所述的横板的纵向沿水平面延伸。
优选地,所述的横板宽度大于40mm。
优选地,所述的横板设置在两个相互平行的透明边板之间。
优选地,在面向绝热壁的所述的边板上伸有另外的宽度大于横板间距的横板。
优选地,所述的横板与一个或多个边板形成一个锐角,并且所有横板的平面相互平行。
优选地,多个所述的横板在其一侧具有一锯齿形横截面。
优选地,多个所述的边板或至少一个所述的边板或其局部,在其一侧具有一个锯齿形的横截面。
优选地,所述的横板具有凹口以排出冷凝水。
通过使横板的宽度明显大于相邻横板的间距和在安装态时横板水平设置,可显著降低在横板之间空腔中的对流。由此按本发明的隔板装置可得到一个比传统隔板装置好得多的隔热效果。

实施例说明
按图1的隔板装置具有一透明的边板1,其上突出有多个横板2。边板1之间的宽度B比相邻横板之间的距离A大得多,最好宽度B在40~200mm之间。该隔板装置安装成其横板2的自由边缘到壁5有尽可能小的距离,壁5外侧4涂有吸光材料例如涂为黑色。在装入状态时横板2的纵向沿水平面延伸。因为在横板2之间扁平且水平延伸的空腔3中几乎不可能形成对流,因而可达到一个很好的隔热效果。横板2之间距A应这样大,使可得到一个最小的对流和最少的横板2数目之间的优化,从而通过隔板系统使热量传导最少和使总的能量传送率最大。此外为使总的能量传送率最大,隔板系统还必须具有静态最小必须的边板数,因而在按图1的实施例中在隔板系统内侧不包括终端的边板。隔板装置可由透明的塑料或玻璃组成,最好可为整体挤压成形而得。
在按图2的实施例中,多个横板2两端连接在每个边板1上,因而空腔3是闭合的。该实施例既适用于一壁的绝热又适用于房间的日光照明,例如用于暖房。在图3的实施例中在内边板1上成形为另外带有和图1中实施例相同尺寸的横板2。
按图4和5的实施例横板2与边板1构成一锐角α。该角α应这样选择,使得冬天在朝南的正面上太阳光大致与横板平面平行。一些横板2在其下侧具有锯齿形的,即周期棱形的横截面,这样在夏季太阳较高和其光线入射角β例如50°时,大部分入射的光线由于折射而向外偏转,因而在夏天就不要求对隔板装置或壁5进行遮蔽,通过横板的角度α可确定,太阳光线以哪个角度β入射时可无阻挡地穿透进入隔板系统。由此,横板在加热期间相应地按太阳光入射角度来定向。通过设置在横板上的棱形体的角度γ,按图4可确定,每个横板2上偏转多少光线。该锯齿形的界限非常精细。其结果是,几乎不会产生横板2横截面的受损。总的来说,可通过距离A,角度α,棱形体角度γ和材料的折射率来确定,太阳光以多大的入射角β照射时可穿过隔板装置和到哪个入射角度β为止太阳光局部进入隔板装置和到哪个入射角度β为止入射的太阳光几乎全部向外偏转(图5)。这样就有可能来最佳地设计隔板装置。
光的折射和由此造成的在太阳较高时光线向外的偏转也可通过一个边板1的一个单侧棱形横截面来实现。
虽然横板水平设置,但在隔板装置中产生的冷凝水也可通过在横板2的下缘开有的凹口6排出。因而即使横板2不直接照射有太阳光,将其略微倾斜也是有利的。通过涂层可减少光的反射,因为该涂层通过铺开冷凝水从而阻止在隔板装置的整个表面上形成冷凝水液滴。其结果是提高了总的能量传送率。

Claims (9)

1.一种透明隔板装置,包括至少一个其上伸出有多个横板(2)的边板(1),其中所述的横板(2)的宽度(B)明显大于相邻横板(2)的间距(A)。
2.按权利要求1所述的隔板装置,其特征在于在安装态时所述的横板(2)的纵向沿水平面延伸。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的隔板装置,其特征在于所述的横板(2)宽度(B)大于40mm。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的隔板装置,其特征在于所述的横板(2)设置在两个相互平行的透明边板(1)之间。
5.按权利要求4所述的隔板装置,其特征在于所述的边板(1)之一面向一个待绝热的壁(5),这个边板上伸有另外的宽度(B)大于横板间距(A)的横板(2)。
6.按权利要求1或2所述的隔板装置,其特征在于所述的横板(2)与一个或多个边板(1)形成一个锐角(α),并且所有横板的平面相互平行。
7.按权利要求1或2所述的隔板装置,其特征在于,多个所述的横板(2)在其一侧具有一锯齿形横截面。
8.按权利要求1或2所述的隔板装置,其特征在于,多个所述的边板或至少一个所述的边板或其局部,在其一侧具有一个锯齿形的横截面。
9.按权利要求1或2所述的隔板装置,其特征在于所述的横板(2)具有凹口(6)以排出冷凝水。
