Yolk grading, drying and oil immersion device, which is characterized in that: comprises a grading device, a drying device, a cooling wine spraying system and an oil immersion system; the grading device is connected with a feed inlet of the drying device, a discharge outlet of the drying device is connected with one end of the cooling wine spraying system, and the other end of the cooling wine spraying system is connected with the oil immersion system;
the grading device is provided with a material conveying channel, a screening opening, a first-stage feeding channel, a material distributing channel and a second-stage feeding channel; the material conveying channel is obliquely arranged, a screening opening is formed in the lower end of the material conveying channel, a first-stage feeding channel is arranged on the other side of the screening opening, the inclination of the first-stage feeding channel is consistent with that of the material conveying channel, a material distributing channel which is obliquely arranged is arranged on the side edge of the joint of the material conveying channel and the screening opening, the material distributing channel is communicated with a second-stage feeding channel, the second-stage feeding channel is parallel to the first-stage feeding channel, and the first-stage feeding channel and the second-stage feeding channel are respectively communicated with the drying device;
the drying device is provided with an upper layer and a lower layer, the upper layer and the lower layer are respectively connected with the first-stage feeding channel and the second-stage feeding channel, the upper layer and the lower layer are respectively provided with a supporting device for supporting the first drying cylinder and the second drying cylinder, the first drying cylinder and the second drying cylinder are respectively communicated with the first-stage feeding channel and the second-stage feeding channel, and the drying device is provided with an outlet for outputting the first drying cylinder and the second drying cylinder;
the cooling wine spraying system is provided with a spraying device, a first lifting device, a second lifting device and a supporting plate; the spraying devices are provided with an upper group and a lower group, which respectively correspond to the first drying cylinder and the second drying cylinder, the upper layer and the lower layer of the cooling wine spraying system are respectively provided with a first lifting device for driving the first drying cylinder to lift and a second lifting device for driving the second drying cylinder to lift, and the tops of the first lifting device and the second lifting device respectively support the first drying cylinder and the second drying cylinder through a supporting plate;
the oil immersion system comprises an oil immersion cylinder and a leakage frame, the top of the leakage frame is provided with an edge extending outwards, the leakage frame is arranged on the oil immersion cylinder through the edge, the outer side of the oil immersion cylinder is provided with a third lifting device for driving the leakage frame to lift, and the oil immersion cylinder is provided with an upper feeding interface and a lower feeding interface.
