Background
The water-removing and drying operation is a common operation mode in the agricultural product processing process, and along with the industrial development of agricultural products, the water-removing and drying operation of the agricultural products is increasingly required. However, most of the devices for water-removing and drying in the prior art operate in an independent operation mode, are limited by the quantity and power of the devices, have limited processing scale, and are difficult to realize large-scale continuous processing operation. In addition, crops needing to be subjected to fixation and drying, such as daylily, dehydrated fruits and vegetables and other agricultural products, cannot be extruded and conveyed with high difficulty, the crops needing to be subjected to fixation and drying are required to be palletized and operated in a static drying mode, and continuous operation cannot be realized by adopting equipment transmission such as a belt, a lifting machine and the like continuous drying of grain grains, so that fixation equipment and drying equipment which can only independently operate, one technological process operation, pre-treatment processes such as cleaning before fixation and drying and post-treatment processes such as screening and sorting after drying are only adopted, the whole fixation and drying production process is low in efficiency and high in drying cost, and the excessively separated technological link has high requirements on product processing quality control, and the product quality is easy to cause instability.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that agricultural products cannot be subjected to large-scale continuous enzyme deactivating and drying operation, and provides a continuous enzyme deactivating and drying operation assembly line capable of enabling materials to be conveyed statically to complete enzyme deactivating and drying.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme includes that a rolling rod type conveying belt is respectively provided with a pretreatment conveying belt, a fixation conveying belt, a drying conveying belt and an empty tray conveying belt, a tray placing device and a tray detaching device are configured, the conveying belts are correspondingly arranged end to end in sequence to form a material tray transmission operation assembly line capable of continuously transmitting, and then a material drying pretreatment device, a fixation device, a drying device and a material drying post-treatment device are arranged on the basis of the pretreatment conveying belt, the tray placing device, the fixation conveying belt, the drying conveying belt, the tray detaching device and the empty tray conveying belt to form the assembly line capable of continuously performing fixation and drying operation.
The continuous water-removing and drying production line comprises a material drying pretreatment device, a tray placing device, a water-removing device, a drying device, a tray detaching device, an empty tray conveying belt and a material drying aftertreatment device; the material drying pretreatment device comprises a cleaning machine, a draining and tray placing machine and a pretreatment conveyer belt, wherein the cleaning machine, the draining and tray placing machine and the pretreatment conveyer belt are sequentially arranged and installed; the water-removing device comprises a water-removing room, a water-removing conveying belt and a steam generator, wherein openings at two ends of the water-removing room are arranged in a full-length mode, the water-removing conveying belt is laid along the openings at two ends of the water-removing room from front to back, and the steam generator and the water-removing room are installed in a matched mode; the drying device comprises a drying room, a drying conveyer belt and a dryer, wherein openings at two ends of the drying room are arranged in a full-length mode, the drying conveyer belt is laid along the openings at two ends of the drying room from front to back, and the dryer is uniformly laid and fixedly installed along the side wall of the drying room; the system comprises a pretreatment conveying belt, a fixation conveying belt, a drying conveying belt and an empty tray conveying belt, wherein the pretreatment conveying belt, the fixation conveying belt, the drying conveying belt and the empty tray conveying belt are sequentially arranged end to form a closed assembly line; the material drying post-processing device and the disc detaching device are arranged and installed.
The pretreatment conveyer belt, the de-enzyming conveyer belt, the drying conveyer belt and the empty tray conveyer belt adopt rolling rod type conveyer belt mechanisms.
The de-enzyming conveyer belt and the drying conveyer belt are respectively arranged into a multi-layer multi-row structure along the de-enzyming room and the drying room from bottom to top, and each layer is independently driven forwards along the conveyer belt.
The house body and the drying conveyer belt can be arranged in a U-shaped plane, and the empty tray conveyer belt can also be arranged in a U-shaped plane, so that a production line formed by the pretreatment conveyer belt, the enzyme-deactivating conveyer belt, the drying conveyer belt and the empty tray conveyer belt is annularly arranged.
The tray swinging device and the tray detaching device can be replaced manually.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: in the conveying process, the materials are conveyed in the material tray along with the material tray, so that the materials are not extruded and damaged, and the static drying requirement of the fruits and vegetables is met; the whole assembly line can continuously and uninterruptedly operate, and can realize large-scale green removing and drying operation of agricultural products; in the production operation process, the working efficiency and parameters of the equipment are constant, and the stability and controllability of the quality of the processed product are improved, so that the production quality is improved.

The pretreatment conveyer belt 13, the enzyme deactivating conveyer belt 32, the drying conveyer belt 42 and the empty tray conveyer belt 6 adopt a rolling rod type conveyer belt mechanism.
The green removing conveyer belt 32 and the drying conveyer belt 42 are respectively arranged into a multi-layer and multi-column structure from bottom to top along the green removing room 31 and the drying room 41, and each layer is independently driven forwards along the conveyer belt.
The drying room 41 and the drying conveyer belt 42 can be arranged in a U-shaped plane, and the empty tray conveyer belt 6 can also be arranged in a U-shaped plane, so that a production line formed by the pretreatment conveyer belt 13, the enzyme-deactivating conveyer belt 32, the drying conveyer belt 42 and the empty tray conveyer belt 6 is annularly arranged.
The wobble plate device 2 and the disc dismounting device 5 can be replaced by manpower.
Example 2
The invention relates to a working process and a principle of a continuous water-removing and drying production line.
The continuous water-removing and drying production line is mainly used for water-removing and drying operation of agricultural products such as daylily, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, the whole process of the water-removing and drying operation comprises cleaning, tray loading, water-removing and drying, and required equipment comprises a cleaning machine 11, a draining and tray placing machine 12, a water-removing room 31 and a drying room 41. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a cleaning machine 11, a draining swing disc machine 12, a water-removing room 31 and a drying room 41 are sequentially arranged, wherein the draining swing disc machine 12, the water-removing room 31 and the drying room 41 are respectively provided with a pretreatment conveyer belt 13, a water-removing conveyer belt 32 and a drying conveyer belt 42, which are sequentially connected to form a production line, and the drying conveyer belt 42 is communicated with the draining swing disc machine 12 by arranging an empty disc conveyer belt 6, so that a conveying production line loop of a material disc 8 is formed, and continuous water-removing and drying operations of the cleaning machine 11, the draining swing disc machine 12, the water-removing room 31 and the drying room 41 are realized by using a material tray conveyer belt circulation production line consisting of the pretreatment conveyer belt 13, the water-removing conveyer belt 32, the drying conveyer belt 42 and the empty disc conveyer belt 6, so that the problem that agricultural products cannot be continuously water-removed and dried on a large.
Each conveying belt of the continuous water-removing and drying operation assembly line adopts a rolling rod type conveying structure, the rolling rod is low in transmission power consumption and easy to drive, the tray runs stably along the rolling rod conveying belt, the problem that the materials roll out or roll back and forth in the tray in the conveying process after dried materials such as fruits and vegetables are placed is solved, and damage caused by material conveying is avoided. The empty material tray 8 is conveyed back to the draining and tray placing machine 12 of the material drying pretreatment device 1 through the empty tray conveyer belt 6 for tray loading, and then is continuously put back to the pretreatment conveyer belt 13 to be conveyed to the tray placing device 2 after tray loading, and the operation is repeated.
Each conveyer belt of the continuous enzyme-deactivating and drying production line of the invention can be combined with the pre-treatment conveyer belt 13 and the empty tray conveyer belt 6 as shown in figure 3, and the draining and tray placing machine 12 of the material drying pre-treatment device 1 is arranged on the pre-treatment conveyer belt 13. The drying room 41 and the drying conveyer belt 42 may be arranged in a U-shaped plane, and the empty tray conveyer belt 6 may be arranged in a U-shaped plane, so that the assembly line formed by the pretreatment conveyer belt 13, the enzyme-deactivating conveyer belt 32, the drying conveyer belt 42 and the empty tray conveyer belt 6 is annularly arranged.
