Background
The de-enzyming and drying operation is a common operation mode in the agricultural product processing process, and along with the industrialized development of agricultural products, the demand for the agricultural product de-enzyming and drying operation is increasing. However, most of the devices for deactivating enzymes and drying in the prior art operate in an independent operation mode, and are limited by the limitations of the body quantity and the power of the devices, so that the processing scale is limited, and large-scale continuous processing operation is difficult to realize. Besides, agricultural products such as daylily, dehydrated fruits and vegetables needing to be deactivated and dried cannot be extruded and conveyed with high difficulty, the agricultural products must be palletized and subjected to static drying operation in the deactivation and drying process, continuous drying of grains and grains cannot be realized by adopting equipment such as a belt and a lifter for transmission, so that the continuous operation can be realized only by independently operating deactivation equipment and drying equipment, one-step technological process operation, and the pretreatment processes such as cleaning before deactivation and drying and the post-treatment processes such as screening and sorting after drying.

The invention aims to solve the problem that the agricultural products cannot be subjected to large-scale continuous fixation and drying operation, and provides a continuous fixation and drying operation assembly line capable of enabling materials to be conveyed statically to finish fixation and drying.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that a roller type conveyor belt is used for respectively arranging a pretreatment conveyor belt, a de-enzyming conveyor belt, a drying conveyor belt and an empty disc conveyor belt, a disc arranging device and a disc dismantling device are arranged, the conveyor belts are sequentially and correspondingly arranged and connected end to form a material disc transmission operation assembly line capable of continuously transmitting, and then a material drying pretreatment device, a de-enzyming device, a drying conveyor belt, a disc dismantling device and an empty disc conveyor belt are arranged by depending on the pretreatment conveyor belt, the disc arranging device, the de-enzyming device, the drying device and the material drying post-treatment device to form the assembly line capable of continuously de-enzyming and drying operation.
The continuous enzyme deactivating and drying operation assembly line comprises a material drying pretreatment device, a tray arranging device, an enzyme deactivating device, a drying device, a tray disassembling device, an empty tray conveying belt and a material drying post-treatment device; the material drying pretreatment device comprises a cleaning machine, a draining tray arranging machine and a pretreatment conveying belt, which are sequentially arranged and installed; the water-removing device comprises a water-removing room, a water-removing conveying belt and a steam generator, wherein openings at two ends of the water-removing room are arranged in a through length mode, the water-removing conveying belt is paved along the openings at two ends of the water-removing room from front to back, and the steam generator is arranged and installed with the water-removing room; the drying device comprises a drying room, a drying conveyer belt and a dryer, wherein openings at two ends of the drying room are arranged in a through length mode, the drying conveyer belt is paved from front to back along the openings at two ends of the drying room, and the dryer is uniformly and fixedly arranged along the side wall of the drying room; the pretreatment conveying belt, the de-enzyming conveying belt, the drying conveying belt and the empty disc conveying belt are sequentially and correspondingly arranged from beginning to end to form a closed assembly line, a disc arranging device is arranged between the pretreatment conveying belt and the de-enzyming conveying belt, the de-enzyming conveying belt is connected with the drying conveying belt in a long way, a disc disassembling device is arranged between the drying conveying belt and the empty disc conveying belt, and a draining disc arranging machine is arranged between the empty disc conveying belt and the pretreatment conveying belt; the material drying post-treatment device and the disc disassembling device are configured and installed.
The pretreatment conveying belt, the fixation conveying belt, the drying conveying belt and the empty disc conveying belt adopt roller type conveying belt mechanisms.
The de-enzyming conveying belt and the drying conveying belt are respectively arranged into a multi-layer multi-row structure from bottom to top along the de-enzyming room and the drying room, and each layer is independently driven forwards along the conveying belt.
The house body and the drying conveyer belt can be arranged in a U-shaped plane, and the empty tray conveyer belt can also be arranged in the U-shaped plane, so that the production line formed by the pretreatment conveyer belt, the fixation conveyer belt, the drying conveyer belt and the empty tray conveyer belt is annularly arranged.
The swaying device and the disc disassembling device can be replaced by manual work.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: in the conveying process, the materials are conveyed in the material tray along with the movement of the material tray, so that extrusion damage is avoided, and the static drying requirement of fruit and vegetable crops is met; the whole assembly line can continuously operate, and the large-scale agricultural product fixation and drying operation can be realized; in the production operation process, the working efficiency and parameters of the equipment are constant, and the stability and controllability of the quality of processed products are improved, so that the production quality is improved.

As shown in figures 1-2, the continuous enzyme deactivating and drying operation assembly line comprises a material drying pretreatment device 1, a swinging disc device 2, an enzyme deactivating device 3, a drying device 4, a disc disassembling device 5, an empty disc conveying belt 6 and a material drying post-treatment device 7; the material drying pretreatment device 1 comprises a cleaning machine 11, a draining tray machine 12 and a pretreatment conveying belt 13, wherein the cleaning machine 11, the draining tray machine 12 and the pretreatment conveying belt 13 are sequentially arranged and installed; the de-enzyming device 3 comprises a de-enzyming room 31, a de-enzyming conveying belt 32 and a steam generator 33, wherein openings at two ends of the de-enzyming room 31 are arranged in a full-length mode, the de-enzyming conveying belt 32 is paved from front to back along the openings at two ends of the de-enzyming room 31, and the steam generator 33 and the de-enzyming room 31 are configured and installed; the drying device 4 comprises a drying room 41, a drying conveyer belt 42 and a dryer 43, wherein openings at two ends of the drying room 41 are arranged in a full length mode, the drying conveyer belt 42 is paved from front to back along the openings at two ends of the drying room 41, and the dryer 43 is uniformly and fixedly arranged along the side wall of the drying room 41; the pretreatment conveying belt 13, the fixation conveying belt 32, the drying conveying belt 42 and the empty disc conveying belt 6 are correspondingly arranged in sequence from beginning to end to form a closed assembly line, a disc arranging device 2 is arranged between the pretreatment conveying belt 13 and the fixation conveying belt 32, the fixation conveying belt 32 is connected with the drying conveying belt 42 in a through length manner, a disc disassembling device 5 is arranged between the drying conveying belt 42 and the empty disc conveying belt 6, and a draining disc arranging machine 12 is arranged between the empty disc conveying belt 6 and the pretreatment conveying belt 13; the material drying post-treatment device 7 and the tray removing device 5 are configured and installed.
The pretreatment conveyor belt 13, the enzyme deactivation conveyor belt 32, the drying conveyor belt 42 and the empty disc conveyor belt 6 adopt a roller type conveyor belt mechanism.
The de-enzyming conveyer belt 32 and the drying conveyer belt 42 are respectively arranged into a multi-layer multi-row structure from bottom to top along the de-enzyming room 31 and the drying room 41, and each layer is independently driven forwards along the conveyer belt.
The drying room 41 and the drying conveyer belt 42 can be arranged in a U-shaped plane, and the empty tray conveyer belt 6 can also be arranged in a U-shaped plane, so that the production line formed by the pretreatment conveyer belt 13, the fixation conveyer belt 32, the drying conveyer belt 42 and the empty tray conveyer belt 6 is annularly arranged.
The swaying device 2 and the disc disassembling device 5 can be replaced by manual work.
Example 2
The invention relates to a working process and a principle of a continuous fixation and drying operation assembly line.
The continuous enzyme deactivating and drying operation assembly line is mainly used for enzyme deactivating and drying operations of agricultural products such as day lily, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, the whole enzyme deactivating and drying operation comprises the processes of cleaning, dishing, enzyme deactivating and drying, and the required equipment comprises a cleaning machine 11, a draining dishing machine 12, an enzyme deactivating room 31 and a drying room 41. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cleaning machine 11, the draining and placing machine 12, the enzyme-deactivating room 31 and the drying room 41 are sequentially arranged, wherein the draining and placing machine 12, the enzyme-deactivating room 31 and the drying room 41 are respectively provided with a pretreatment conveying belt 13, an enzyme-deactivating conveying belt 32 and a drying conveying belt 42, and are sequentially connected to form a production line, and the drying conveying belt 42 is communicated with the draining and placing machine 12 by arranging the empty tray conveying belt 6, so that a conveying pipeline loop of the material tray 8 is formed, and the continuous enzyme-deactivating and drying operation of the cleaning machine 11, the draining and placing machine 12, the enzyme-deactivating room 31 and the drying room 41 is realized by utilizing a material tray conveying belt circulation pipeline formed by the pretreatment conveying belt 13, the enzyme-deactivating conveying belt 32, the drying conveying belt 42 and the empty tray conveying belt 6, so that the problem that agricultural products cannot be continuously deactivated and dried in a large scale is solved.
According to the continuous de-enzyming and drying operation assembly line, the roller type conveying structure is adopted, the roller type conveying structure is small in power consumption and easy to drive, the tray runs stably along the roller type conveying belt, after dried materials such as fruits and vegetables are placed, the problem that the materials roll out or roll back and forth in the tray in the conveying process is avoided, and damage caused by material conveying is avoided. The pretreatment conveyor 13, the deactivation conveyor 32, the drying conveyor 42 and the empty tray conveyor 6 are not completely closed through conveyor lines, the primary purpose of which is to transfer trays to the next plant for the next process. The pretreatment conveyor belt 13 and the empty disc conveyor belt 6 adopt a continuous single-layer transmission roller structure, and the de-enzyming conveyor belt 32 and the drying conveyor belt 42 have very low speed in the running process according to the production line requirement, so the pretreatment conveyor belt 13 and the empty disc conveyor belt 6 are arranged into a plurality of rows and a plurality of layers under the setting of increasing the processing scale, and two rows and sixteen layers are shown in the drawings shown in figures 1 and 2. When the material disc 8 is conveyed to the front end of the fixation conveying belt 32 from the pretreatment conveying belt 13, a wobble plate device 2 is arranged between the pretreatment conveying belt 13 and the fixation conveying belt 32, the material disc 8 is placed on the fixation conveying belt 32 from the pretreatment conveying belt 13 through the wobble plate device 2, the wobble plate device 2 is completed by adopting intelligent control equipment to be matched with a disc taking device, and under the condition that the intelligent degree of the wobble plate device 2 is insufficient, manual wobble plate operation can be selected. The de-enzyming conveyer belt 32 and the drying conveyer belt 42 are arranged in the same way and are completely correspondingly communicated, the material disc 8 is conveyed along the de-enzyming conveyer belt 32 and the drying conveyer belt 42, the de-enzyming process is completed in the de-enzyming room 31, and the drying operation is completed in the drying room 41. When the material dish 8 is carried to empty tray conveyer belt 6 front end from stoving conveyer belt 42, be provided with between stoving conveyer belt 42 and the empty tray conveyer belt 6 and tear open a set device 5, take off material dish 8 from stoving conveyer belt 42 through tearing open a set device 5, pour the material in the material dish 8 into material stoving aftertreatment device 7, then put empty material dish 8 on empty tray conveyer belt 6, tear open a set device 5 and adopt intelligent control equipment to cooperate the dish ware to accomplish, under the condition that tear open a set device 5 intelligent degree is not enough, can select the manual operation of tearing open a set here. The empty material trays 8 are transported back to the draining tray arranging machine 12 of the material drying pretreatment device 1 through the empty tray conveyor belt 6 for tray filling, and are continuously placed back to the pretreatment conveyor belt 13 for transporting to the tray arranging device 2 after tray filling, and the operation is repeated.
The conveying belts of the continuous de-enzyming and drying operation assembly line can be combined with the pretreatment conveying belt 13 and the empty tray conveying belt 6 as shown in figure 3, and the draining tray arranging machine 12 of the material drying pretreatment device 1 is arranged on the pretreatment conveying belt 13. And the drying room 41 and the drying conveyer belt 42 can be arranged in a U-shaped plane, and the empty tray conveyer belt 6 can also be arranged in a U-shaped plane, so that the production line formed by the pretreatment conveyer belt 13, the fixation conveyer belt 32, the drying conveyer belt 42 and the empty tray conveyer belt 6 is annularly arranged.
