When the corrugated case moves backwards and contacts with the left second rotating plate 23, the left second rotating plate 23 rotates anticlockwise, the left second rotating plate 23 drives the left second push rod 27 to move leftwards through the left first connecting rod 24, the left second spring 29 is stretched, the left second push rod 27 drives the left second connecting rod 33 to rotate clockwise with the fixing sleeve 28 as a central point, the left second connecting rod 33 drives the left first sliding sleeve 32 to move downwards, the left first sliding sleeve 32 drives the left third connecting rod 34 and the left fourth connecting rod 42 to move downwards, the left fourth connecting rod 42 drives the left third rotating plate 36 to rotate clockwise with the lower end joint as a central point, the left third rotating plate 36 drives the left fourth rotating plate 38 to rotate clockwise, so as to flatten the left cover of the corrugated case, when the corrugated case moves backwards and contacts with the right second rotating plate 23, the right second rotating plate 23 rotates clockwise, the right second rotating plate 23 drives the right second push rod 27 to move rightwards through the right first connecting rod 24, the right second spring 29 is stretched, the right second push rod 27 drives the right second connecting rod 33 to rotate anticlockwise by taking the fixed sleeve 28 as a central point, the right second connecting rod 33 drives the right first sliding sleeve 32 to move downwards, the right first sliding sleeve 32 drives the right third connecting rod 34 and the right fourth connecting rod 42 to move downwards, the right fourth connecting rod 42 drives the right third rotating plate 36 to rotate anticlockwise by taking the lower end joint of the right third rotating plate 36 as a central point, and the right third rotating plate 36 drives the right fourth rotating plate 38 to rotate anticlockwise, so that the rocking covers on the two sides of the corrugated carton can be flattened.
When the corrugated case continues to move backwards and touches the film 44 and the fifth rotating plate 47, the fifth rotating plate 47 adheres the film 44 to the rear side of the corrugated case, the corrugated case continues to move backwards to drive the fifth rotating plate 47 to rotate backwards and tear out the film 44, the third spring 48 is compressed, the film 44 contacting the corrugated case is adhered to the closed position of the left and right swing covers under the action of the third spring 48, the fourth push rod 58 and the hollow sleeve 56 rotate backwards when the corrugated case continues to move backwards and touch the fourth push rod 58, the fourth push rod 58 drives the second sliding sleeve 61 to move upwards along the inclined rod 60 through the fifth connecting rod 62, the second sliding sleeve 61 drives the fourth push rod 58 to move inwards the hollow sleeve 56 through the fifth connecting rod 62, the fifth spring 57 is compressed, and when the corrugated case continues to move backwards and touch the sixth rotating plate 64, the corrugated case drives the sixth rotating plate 64 to rotate clockwise, the sixth rotating plate 64 drives the second vertical rod 65 to rotate clockwise, the second vertical rod 65 drives the connecting frame 69 to move forward through the sixth connecting rod 66, the sixth spring 71 is compressed, the connecting frame 69 drives the third push rod 54 to move forward, the third push rod 54 drives the blade 51 to move downward, the film 44 is cut, the fourth spring 52 is stretched, the fifth rotating plate 47 rotates forward to reset under the reset action of the third spring 48, when the corrugated case continues to move backward and the fourth push rod 58 is not in contact, under the reset action of the fifth spring 57, the fourth push rod 58 is jointed with the film 44 on the front side of the corrugated case, when the corrugated case continues to move backward and is not in contact with the sixth rotating plate 64, under the reset action of the sixth spring 71, the connecting frame 69 moves backward, when the third push rod 54 is not in contact with the blade 51, under the reset action of the fourth spring 52, the blade 51 moves upward, thus, the corrugated case can be packaged.

Claims (5)

1. A full-automatic adhesive tape pasting packaging device for corrugated cartons comprises a bottom plate (1) and is characterized by further comprising supporting seats (101), rotating rods (2), a motor (3), a conveying belt (4), a chain wheel (5), a chain (6), a first push rod (7), first supporting frames (8), limiting plates (9), front and rear cover rocking closing assemblies, left and right cover rocking closing assemblies, packaging assemblies and a guide piece, wherein the front side and the rear side of the top of the bottom plate (1) are respectively provided with the two supporting seats (101) and the first supporting frames (8), the first supporting frames (8) on the front side and the rear side are positioned between the supporting seats (101) on the front side and the rear side, the rotating rods (2) are rotatably connected between the two supporting seats (101) on the front side and the rear side, the conveying belt (4) is arranged between the two rotating rods (2), the motor (3) is installed at the top of the bottom plate (1, motor (3) output shaft and front side bull stick (2) right-hand member are connected, the left and right sides all is equipped with sprocket (5) on front and back both sides bull stick (2), around being equipped with chain (6) between sprocket (5) of front and back both sides, be equipped with a plurality of first push rod (7) between two chain (6), first support frame (8) upper portion is equipped with limiting plate (9), limiting plate (9) front portion is equipped with the front and back and shakes lid closed component, limiting plate (9) middle part is equipped with and controls and shakes lid closed component, limiting plate (9) rear portion is equipped with the package assembly, bottom plate (1) top fixedly connected with guide of conveyer belt (4) rear side, the guide is used for playing the guide effect to corrugated box.
2. The fully automatic taping and packaging device for corrugated containers as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guide member is a ramp (72), and the ramp (72) is fixedly attached to the top of the bottom plate (1) at the rear side of the conveyor (4).

The fully automatic adhesive tape packaging device for corrugated paper boxes according to claim 2, wherein the front and rear cover-rocking closing assembly comprises a first rotating plate (11), a fixed rod (12), a first supporting plate (13), a first sliding rod (14), a limiting rod (15), a first limiting block (16), a pressing plate (17), a first spring (18), a first supporting rod (19), a guide wheel (20) and a pull rope (21), a first opening (10) is formed in the front part of the left limiting plate (9), the first rotating plate (11) is rotatably arranged in the first opening (10), the fixed rod (12) is fixedly connected to the first rotating plate (11), the first supporting plate (13) is arranged between the two limiting plates (9), the first sliding rod (14) and the limiting rod (15) are arranged at the bottom of the first supporting plate (13), the first sliding rod (14) is arranged at the front side of the limiting rod (15), the first limiting block (16) is arranged at the bottom ends of the first sliding rod (14) and the limiting rod (15), pressing plate (17) slidingtype is established on first slide bar (14) and gag lever post (15), be connected with first spring (18) between first backup pad (13) and pressing plate (17), first spring (18) are around establishing on first slide bar (14), first backup pad (13) bottom rear side is equipped with first bracing piece (19), first bracing piece (19) lower part, first backup pad (13) top, left side limiting plate (9) upper portion and middle part all are equipped with leading wheel (20), stay cord (21) one end is connected on pressing plate (17) rear side upper portion, stay cord (21) other end is connected on dead lever (12), all leading wheels (20) are walked around in stay cord (21).

The fully automatic adhesive tape packaging device for corrugated cases according to claim 3, wherein the left and right flap closure assembly comprises a second rotating plate (23), a first connecting rod (24), a second supporting rod (25), a first guiding sleeve (26), a second pushing rod (27), a fixed sleeve (28), a second spring (29), a third supporting rod (30), a second sliding rod (31), a first sliding sleeve (32), a second connecting rod (33), a third connecting rod (34), a fourth supporting rod (35), a third rotating plate (36), a fourth rotating plate (38), a third sliding rod (39), a sliding block (40), a fixed block (41) and a fourth connecting rod (42), wherein the lower side of the middle part of the limiting plate (9) is provided with second openings (22), the two second openings (22) are internally provided with the second rotating plate (23) in a rotating manner, the second rotating plate (23) is rotatably provided with the first connecting rod (24), the lower part of the outer side of the limiting plate (9) is fixedly connected with a second supporting rod (25), the bottom ends of the two second supporting rods (25) are respectively provided with a first guide sleeve (26), a second push rod (27) is movably sleeved in the first guide sleeve (26), the second push rod (27) is rotatably connected with a first connecting rod (24), the second push rod (27) is connected with a fixed sleeve (28), a second spring (29) is connected between the first guide sleeve (26) and the fixed sleeve (28), the second spring (29) is wound on the second push rod (27), the middle part of the outer side of the limiting plate (9) is connected with a third supporting rod (30), the two third supporting rods (30) are respectively provided with a second sliding rod (31), the second sliding rod (31) is provided with a first sliding sleeve (32) in a sliding manner, the lower part of the first sliding sleeve (32) is rotatably connected with a second connecting rod (33), and the second connecting rod (33) is rotatably, first sliding sleeve (32) upper portion rotary type is connected with third connecting rod (34), limiting plate (9) outside upper portion is connected with fourth bracing piece (35), the last rotary type of fourth bracing piece (35) is equipped with third revolving plate (36), third opening (37) have all been opened to two limiting plate (9) middle part upsides, equal rotary type is equipped with fourth revolving plate (38) in two third openings (37), be connected with third slide bar (39) on fourth revolving plate (38), the last rotary type of third slide bar (39) is equipped with slider (40), third revolving plate (36) are connected with slider (40) rotary type, both sides third revolving plate (36) inboard all is equipped with fixed block (41), equal rotary type is equipped with fourth connecting rod (42) on two fixed blocks (41), fourth connecting rod (42) are connected with third connecting rod (34) rotary type.
