A movable fermented material bagging machine comprises a frame, a main feeding conveyor, a bagging feeding device, a movable walking device and a controller; the main feeding conveyor, the bagging feeding device, the moving walking device and the controller are arranged on the rack, wherein the main feeding conveyor is arranged above the rack, the bagging feeding device is connected and arranged in front of the output end of the main feeding conveyor, the moving walking device is arranged below the rack, and the main feeding conveyor, the bagging feeding device and the moving walking device are electrically connected with the controller; the method is characterized in that: the bagging feeding device is composed of a transverse distribution conveyor and a bagging feeding conveyor, wherein the transverse distribution conveyor is connected and mounted in front of and below the output end of the main feeding conveyor, and the conveying direction of the transverse distribution conveyor is perpendicular to that of the main feeding conveyor; the bagging feeding conveyor is connected and arranged at the output end of the transverse distributing conveyor;
the transverse material distribution conveyor is provided with a plurality of transverse material distribution ports, and the bagging material feeding conveyor correspondingly connected and installed at the rear end of each transverse material distribution port is provided with a plurality of material distribution ports;
the transverse distribution conveyor and the bagging feeding conveyor are any one of a spiral conveyor, a scraper conveyor or a belt conveyor.
2. The fermentation material moving bagging machine according to claim 1, wherein: the input end of the bagging feeding conveyor is connected and installed on the rack below the transverse material distributing port of the transverse material distributing conveyor through a rotary supporting seat.
3. The fermentation material moving bagging machine according to claim 2, wherein: the rotary support seat is provided with a rotary pneumatic locking mechanism.
4. The fermentation material moving bagging machine according to claim 1, wherein: the bagging and feeding conveyor is installed in an inclined mode that the output end is higher than the input end.
5. The fermentation material moving bagging machine according to claim 1, wherein: a rotary operating rod is arranged below the front part of the bagging and feeding conveyor;
and a swinging feeding pipe is arranged below the bagging conveying discharge port of the bagging feeding conveyor.
6. The fermentation material moving bagging machine according to claim 5, wherein: and control handles are arranged on two sides of the lower part of the swing feeding pipe.
7. The fermentation material moving bagging machine according to claim 2, wherein: an electric fan is arranged below the bagging and feeding conveyor or on the rotary supporting seat.
8. The fermentation material moving bagging machine according to claim 1, wherein: the main feeding conveyor is a belt conveyor or a chain plate conveyor with an output end higher than an input end and installed in an inclined mode.
9. The fermentation material moving bagging machine according to claim 1, wherein: the width of a conveying surface of the main feeding conveyor is 1000-4000 mm;
the material stopping plates are arranged on two sides of the main feeding conveyor and at the input end and the output end respectively, and the discharging adjusting door is arranged below the material stopping plate at the output end.
10. The bagging application method of the fermentation material moving bagging machine according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: starting the equipment: starting a fermented material moving bagging machine through a controller, wherein the controller controls the main feeding conveyor, the bagging feeding device and the moving walking device to be in a starting running or standby state;
s2: feeding by equipment: loading the prepared fermentation material to be fermented onto the conveying surface of the main feeding conveyor through other mechanical equipment, and conveying the fermentation material forwards by the main feeding conveyor and outputting the fermentation material through a discharging adjusting door;
s3: transversely distributing materials: fermented materials are conveyed into a transverse distribution conveyor of the bagging feeding device through a discharge adjusting door of the main feeding conveyor, and the transverse distribution conveyor transversely conveys the fermented materials to a transverse distribution port for discharging;
s4: bagging and feeding: the bagging and feeding conveyor of the bagging and feeding device conveys the fermentation materials forwards, and the fermentation materials are loaded into the fermentation bags placed below the bagging and feeding conveyor through the swinging feeding pipe below the bagging and feeding discharge port;
s5: moving and bagging: the left and right rotation of the bagging and feeding conveyor and the left and right back and forth swinging adjustment of the swinging feeding pipe are used for bagging a row of transverse fermentation bags one by one, after a row of transverse fermentation bags are bagged, the moving and traveling device moves backwards by a diameter distance of the fermentation bags, the feeding conveyor is used for bagging another row of longitudinal fermentation bags one by one, and the repeated circulation in the manner of transverse-longitudinal is adopted to realize the row-row moving and bagging operation of the fermentation materials.
11. The bagging application method of the fermented material moving bagging machine according to claim 10, wherein: s2, the method further comprises the step of adjusting the conveying speed of the main feeding conveyor or/and the size of a main discharging adjusting door to realize the conveying amount of the main feeding conveyor to the transverse distribution conveyor.
