Abstract
本发明提供一种旋转伸缩式信号同步美容仪,包括主体,主体的侧壁卡接有主体上盖,主体头部配套装有可卸式主体定位头盖,主体头部与可卸式主体定位头盖之间依次设有同步旋转盘、金属散热片、升降伸缩体、活性橡胶软体,主体内安装有电气主板控制部件,电气主板控制部件包括电源开关、功能开关、锂电池、USB充电插口、LCD显示屏和直流减速电机,同步旋转盘的A面装有同步传送电路板部件和B面上端装有升降伸缩体和升降伸缩弹簧,升降伸缩体与同步旋转盘之间形成自动升降伸缩。本发明的有益效果是:伸缩和旋转时与信号同步,升降伸缩体的顶端导光面安置了活性橡胶体,由于使用柔软的耐磨活性橡胶体,模拟人工按摩方式,具高效、快捷、方便、舒适效果。

本发明涉及美容仪领域,具体涉及一种旋转伸缩式信号同步美容仪。
背景技术
美容仪是市面上常见的一种美容器械,随着美容器械的技术不断的更新和改进,但是在现有的美容仪技术中存在以下不足:(1)现有美容仪的美容头活动体在旋转同时不具有自动升降伸缩功能。(2)现有的美容仪的美容头工作体只是单一定型式结构,而且不能随之旋转的同时跟随传送光源。(3)现有美容仪的美容头工作体表面不具备有模拟人体的活性橡胶软体作为美容的主要部件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种旋转伸缩式信号同步美容仪,其结构简单、操作简单,可卸式主体定位头盖,伸缩体在旋转同时和信号同步跟随旋转,实现了光、电、伸缩、旋转一体化功能,尤其适合用在各种美容场所中。
本发明的技术方案是:一种旋转伸缩式信号同步美容仪,包括主体,所述的主体的侧壁卡接有主体上盖,所述的主体1头部配套装有可卸式主体定位头盖,所述的主体头部与可卸式主体定位头盖之间依次设有同步旋转盘、金属散热片、升降伸缩体、活性橡胶软体,所述的主体内安装有电气主板控制部件,所述的电气主板控制部件包括电源开关、功能开关、锂电池、USB充电插口、LCD显示屏和直流减速电机,
所述的主体头部内端装有运转工作的直流减速电机,所述的主体头部的上端和可卸式主体定位头盖的内端设有(A)路叶片电刷触头、(B)路叶片电刷触头,所述的(A)路叶片电刷触头、(B)路叶片电刷触头的电流信号源与同步传送电路板部件的控制信号源相连,所述的直流减速电机的电机传动轴上装有电流信号传导的(A)无极电流换向铜管、同步信号的同步旋转盘,所述的同步旋转盘的A面安装有(B)无极电流换向铜管和同步传送电路板部件,所述同步旋转盘的B面配置有光电(激光)同步器件及散热片;(A)路叶片电刷触头接触至直流减速电机的电机传动轴上的(A)无极电流换向铜管,(B)路叶片电刷触头接触至同步旋转盘上的A面的(B)无极电流换向铜管;由叶片电刷触头通过直流减速电机的电机传动轴上的无极电流换向(片)管传导至同步信号传递同步旋转盘的A面的同步传送电路板部件,通过同步传送电路板部件传输给同步旋转盘的B面的光电(激光)同步器件工作;
所述的光电(激光)同步器件外侧设有散热片,所述的的光电(激光)同步器件的引脚通过信号传递到同步旋转盘的通孔,且焊接在同步旋转盘的A面的同步传送电路板部件上;
所述的同步旋转盘的B面上端装有升降伸缩体和升降伸缩弹簧,升降伸缩体与同步旋转盘之间形成升降伸缩功能,在升降伸缩体的尾部外端设有多个定位脚,在每个定位脚上套设有升降伸缩弹簧,在同步旋转盘的B面处设有多个与定位脚相对应的定位脚孔,定位脚设在定位脚孔内,所述升降伸缩体的头部外端安置有活性橡胶软体。
进一步,所述的同步旋转盘的材质为塑胶。
进一步,所述的活性橡胶软体为飞碟片状弧形设计,表面R角半径为R60-120。
进一步,所述的升降伸缩体的顶端表面R角半径为R60-120。
进一步,在升降伸缩体中心位置设有升降伸缩弹簧,所述的升降伸缩弹簧的另一端设在同步旋转盘的B面。

所述的同步传送电路板部件的控制信号源与主体1头部上端装有的(A)路叶片电刷触头4、(B)路叶片电刷触头5相连,其中(A)路叶片电刷触头4为(VCC+)电流信号源,(B)路叶片电刷触头5为(VCC-)电流信号源。

二:(B路)由(B)路叶片电刷触头5的电流信号源(VCC-)通过同步旋转盘7的A面转盘上装有的(B)无极电流换向铜管15传递至连接在同步旋转盘7的A面上的同步传送电路板部件6,通过同步传送电路板部件6传输给同步旋转盘7的A面与B面中间的光电(激光)同步器件8,因此所有在同步旋转盘上A面与B面的电流信号源(VCC+)、电流信号源(VCC-)以及光电(激光)同步器件8,均围绕着同步旋转盘7的旋转运行,同步的跟随工作,其产生的信号通过升降伸缩体10的透视面进行发射和传导;A路和B路的两路叶片电刷触头通过围绕在旋转的直流减速电机3传动轴上的金属无极电流换向铜管14和同步旋转盘上装有的无极电流换向铜管15而组成的电路信号传送运行工作。
所述的升降伸缩体10安置在同步旋转盘7的B面处,在升降伸缩体10尾部外端设有多个定位脚,在每个定位脚上套设有升降伸缩弹簧11,在同步旋转盘7的B面处设有多个与定位脚相对应的定位脚孔,定位脚设在定位脚孔内,所述的升降伸缩弹簧一端固定在定位脚的外壁上,另一端固定在定位脚孔内,即由升降伸缩体10上的定位脚及升降伸缩弹簧11同信号传递到同步旋转盘7对应的定位脚孔,由升降伸缩体10定位脚插在信号传递旋转盘7定位脚孔内,构成了上下升降伸缩,使整个电路在旋转的同时实现光,电,伸,缩,“跟随”旋转,同步传导工作,即同步旋转盘7在旋转时带动升降伸缩体10,所述的升降伸缩体10材质为透明或不透明塑胶,光源信号通过透明体10在旋转时“跟随”发射,升降伸缩体10头部外端安置有活性橡胶软体12;
所述的升降伸缩体10在工作时的升降高度由可卸式主体定位头盖13顶面限位,所述的可卸式主体定位头盖13顶面作用于在旋转头旋转时,防止美容时移位不稳定作用于限位和定位,所述的可卸式主体定位头盖13的底端设有多个可卸式卡扣定位脚16,该可卸式卡扣定位脚16设在主体底座底端的卡扣定位槽内,用于便利安装及清扫和保养。

4、升降伸缩体的定位脚及升降伸缩弹簧与同步旋转盘对应的定位脚孔组成的旋转和光源同步工作,能根据人体所需的力度自动升降运转。
5、升降伸缩体的顶端导光面安置了活性橡胶软体,由于使用柔软的耐磨活性橡胶软体,模拟人工按摩方式,具高效、快捷、方便、舒适效果。

所述的主体头部内端装有运转工作的直流减速电机,所述的主体头部的上端和可卸式主体定位头盖的内端设有(A)路叶片电刷触头、(B)路叶片电刷触头,所述的直流减速电机的电机传动轴上装有电流信号传导的(A)无极电流换向铜管、同步信号的同步旋转盘,所述的同步旋转盘的A面安装有(B)无极电流换向铜管和同步传送电路板部件,所述同步旋转盘的B面配置有光电(激光)同步器件及散热片;(A)路叶片电刷触头接触至直流减速电机的电机传动轴上的(A)无极电流换向铜管,(B)路叶片电刷触头接触至同步旋转盘上的A面的(B)无极电流换向铜管;
所述的同步旋转盘的B面上端装有升降伸缩体和升降伸缩弹簧,升降伸缩体与同步旋转盘之间形成升降伸缩功能,所述升降伸缩体的头部外端安置有活性橡胶软体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转伸缩式信号同步美容仪,其特征在于:所述的升降伸缩体顶端表面弧度半径R角为R38-128,材质为透明或不透明塑胶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种旋转伸缩式信号同步美容仪,其特征在于:所述的活性橡胶体为飞碟分辨弧形设计,且硬度为26-60度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转伸缩式信号同步美容仪,其特征在于:所述的可卸式主体定位头盖的底端设有多个可卸式卡扣定位脚,该可卸式卡扣定位脚设在主体底座底端的卡扣定位槽内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转伸缩式信号同步美容仪,其特征在于:所述的光电(激光)同步器件外侧设有散热片,所述的的光电(激光)同步器件的引脚通过信号传递到同步旋转盘的通孔,且焊接在同步旋转盘的A面的同步传送电路板部件上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转伸缩式信号同步美容仪,其特征在于:在升降伸缩体的尾部外端设有多个定位脚,在每个定位脚上套设有升降伸缩弹簧,在同步旋转盘的B面处设有多个与定位脚相对应的定位脚孔,定位脚设在定位脚孔内,所述的升降伸缩弹簧一端固定在定位脚的外壁上,另一端固定在定位脚孔内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转伸缩式信号同步美容仪,其特征在于:在升降伸缩体中心位置设有升降伸缩弹簧,所述的升降伸缩弹簧的另一端设在同步旋转盘的B面。
