Abstract

本发明涉及一种羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布,由外至内依次包括防水透气层、无纺布层和内衬层,按质量百分比计,所述防水透气层包括30‑40%高分子防水透气膜和60‑70%的丝绸面料;所述无纺布层包括60‑80%的涤纶和20‑40%的导电纤维;所述内衬层为棉布面料。本发明通过设置三层羽绒服用的面料,增强整个羽绒服面料的防护作用,使该羽绒服面料的防钻绒效果更好;本发明通过在防水透气层中添加高分子防水透气膜,使该羽绒面料的最外层在防钻绒的同时,具有防水透气的效果,且与丝绸面料复合后,使得该外层面料的手感更丝滑。

一种羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布
技术领域
本发明属于羽绒面料技术领域,具体涉及一种羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布。
背景技术
羽绒呈朵状,质量轻、弹性大、光滑,是世界上最好的天然保暖材料, 被广泛用于制作羽绒服、羽绒被、褥等用品。由于羽绒具有柔滑的特性, 如果直接置于布料中作为保暖材料,会有绒丝从布料的孔隙间溢出,影响 整体外观,钻出的绒丝乱飞也给人以不舒适的感觉,因此在制作羽绒制品 时,需要在羽绒的外面包裹防钻绒的材料,用于防止羽绒从中钻出。
目前市场上的羽绒服面料大都具有防钻绒的效果,但是在增强羽绒面 料的防钻绒效果的同时,羽绒面料可能会出现其他缺陷,如羽绒服面料的 防水透气性会有所下降,羽绒服面料是否具有防静电功能等。因此,设计 一款具有防钻绒功能的同时,还具有防水防静电的羽绒服面料具有重要的 现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种结构简单,设计合 理的一种羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布,由外至内依次包括防水透气层、无纺布 层和内衬层。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,按质量百分比计,所述防水透气层包 括30-40%高分子防水透气膜和60-70%的丝绸面料。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,按质量百分比计,所述无纺布层包括 60-80%的涤纶和20-40%的导电纤维。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述内衬层为棉布面料。
一种如上述任一所述的羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布的制备方法,包括以下 步骤:
步骤S1:按比例将高分子防水透气膜与丝绸面料交错叠加复合后形成 多层复合的防水透气层,待用;
步骤S2:按比例将涤纶与导电纤维排列均匀后固定粘接形成无纺布层, 待用;
步骤S3:取棉布面料作为内衬层,与上述步骤S1和S2获得的防水透 气层、无纺布层相互叠加,并在内衬层与无纺布层之间、无纺布与防水透 气层之间均匀涂布粘结胶,热粘压制后形成该羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述步骤S1中形成的多层复合的防水 透气层为奇数层,所述防水透气层的外表面为防水透气膜。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述步骤S2中的涤纶与导电纤维之间 的固定粘结方式为机械、热粘、或化学固定粘结方法。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明通过设置三层羽绒服用的面料,增强整个羽绒服面料的防护 作用,使该羽绒服面料的防钻绒效果更好;
2)本发明通过在防水透气层中添加高分子防水透气膜,使该羽绒面料 的最外层在防钻绒的同时,具有防水透气的效果,且与丝绸面料复合后, 使得该外层面料的手感更丝滑;
3)本发明通过将涤纶与导电纤维混合粘接固定胡形成无纺布层,使得 该无纺布层在具有无纺布性能的同时,更具有防静电的效果,避免在穿着 该羽绒服是产生静电,不利于生活;
4)本发明通过设置内衬层,使该羽绒服面料的内表面接触更为舒适, 且保暖型更强;
5)本发明方法简单,稳定性高,设计合理,便于实现。

下面对本申请作进一步详细描述,有必要在此指出的是,以下具体实 施方式只用于对本申请进行进一步的说明,不能理解为对本申请保护范围 的限制,该领域的技术人员可以根据上述申请内容对本申请作出一些非本 质的改进和调整。
实施例1
一种羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布,由外至内依次包括防水透气层、无纺布 层和内衬层;按质量百分比计,所述防水透气层包括30-40%高分子防水透 气膜和60-70%的丝绸面料;按质量百分比计,所述无纺布层包括60-80% 的涤纶和20-40%的导电纤维;所述内衬层为棉布面料。
一种如上述任一所述的羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布的制备方法,包括以下 步骤:
步骤S1:按比例将高分子防水透气膜与丝绸面料交错叠加复合后形成 多层复合的防水透气层,待用;
步骤S2:按比例将涤纶与导电纤维排列均匀后固定粘接形成无纺布层, 待用;
步骤S3:取棉布面料作为内衬层,与上述步骤S1和S2获得的防水透 气层、无纺布层相互叠加,并在内衬层与无纺布层之间、无纺布与防水透 气层之间均匀涂布粘结胶,热粘压制后形成该羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布。
需要说明的是,所述步骤S1中形成的多层复合的防水透气层为奇数层, 所述防水透气层的外表面为防水透气膜;所述步骤S2中的涤纶与导电纤维 之间的固定粘结方式为机械、热粘、或化学固定粘结方法。
试验1:防水性检测
取上述实施例1获得的羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布和市面上普通的羽绒服 面料分别作为实验组和对照组,并在各羽绒服面料的背面固定带有酚酞的 试纸,分别向上述羽绒服面料的外表面持续喷洒雾状弱碱水,记录各羽绒 面料背面的从喷洒雾状若减水到开始变色的时间,其结果如下表1所示:

上表结果显示:相较于普通羽绒服面料来说,实施例1所制备的羽绒 服面料在经过长时间的喷雾处理后,其在相当长一段时间都不会渗透,具 有一定的防水功能,这是由于防水透气层中的高分子防水膜的作用,使得 该面料具有很强的防水功能。
试验2:防静电测试
将实施例所获得的羽绒服面料与市面上的普通羽绒服面料分别作为实 验例和对比例,分别对实验例和实施例中的羽绒服面料表面进行上下反复 摩擦50次后,靠近羽绒纤维后,记录各羽绒服面料表面吸附的羽绒纤维的 个数,其结果如下表2所示:

上表结果表明:与对比例相比,实验例中的羽绒服面料在反复摩擦后 表面仅吸附有少量的羽绒纤维,说明该羽绒服面料具有防静电的功能,在 多次摩擦或使用下,很难产生静电,这是由于无纺布中所添加的导电纤维 的作用。
本发明通过设置三层羽绒服用的面料,增强整个羽绒服面料的防护作 用,使该羽绒服面料的防钻绒效果更好;本发明通过在防水透气层中添加 高分子防水透气膜,使该羽绒面料的最外层在防钻绒的同时,具有防水透 气的效果,且与丝绸面料复合后,使得该外层面料的手感更丝滑;本发明 通过将涤纶与导电纤维混合粘接固定胡形成无纺布层,使得该无纺布层在 具有无纺布性能的同时,更具有防静电的效果,避免在穿着该羽绒服是产生静电,不利于生活;本发明通过设置内衬层,使该羽绒服面料的内表面 接触更为舒适,且保暖型更强;本发明方法简单,稳定性高,设计合理, 便于实现。

1.一种羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布,其特征在于:由外至内依次包括防水透气层、无纺布层和内衬层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布,其特征在于:按质量百分比计,所述防水透气层包括30-40%高分子防水透气膜和60-70%的丝绸面料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布,其特征在于:按质量百分比计,所述无纺布层包括60-80%的涤纶和20-40%的导电纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布,其特征在于:所述内衬层为棉布面料。
5.一种如上述权利要求1-4任一所述的羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:按比例将高分子防水透气膜与丝绸面料交错叠加复合后形成多层复合的防水透气层,待用;
步骤S2:按比例将涤纶与导电纤维排列均匀后固定粘接形成无纺布层,待用;
步骤S3:取棉布面料作为内衬层,与上述步骤S1和S2获得的防水透气层、无纺布层相互叠加,并在内衬层与无纺布层之间、无纺布与防水透气层之间均匀涂布粘结胶,热粘压制后形成该羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中形成的多层复合的防水透气层为奇数层,所述防水透气层的外表面为防水透气膜。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种羽绒服用防钻绒无纺布,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中的涤纶与导电纤维之间的固定粘结方式为机械、热粘、或化学固定粘结方法。
