Abstract
一种调温阀,包括端盖(30)、阀体(10)和位于阀体阀腔(10a)内的阀芯(40),调温阀具有第一出口(101)、第二出口(104)、与阀腔连通的第一入口(103),连通阀腔和第二出口的第一阀口(B)、连通阀腔和第一出口的第二阀口(A);阀腔内还设有复位弹簧(202)和记忆弹簧(201);记忆弹簧温升至特定值时产生弹性力以驱动阀芯克服复位力移动,关闭第一阀口;阀体或阀芯或端盖设有初始位置和工作位置,记忆弹簧至少一端部位于初始位置;记忆弹簧升温至特定值时变形后端部能够脱离初始位置而保持于工作位置。记忆弹簧的响应时间更快,可及时切换至另一流动路径。调温阀体积较小;初始位置和工作位置,实现在初始状态下通过第一出口向相关设备充入介质。
