Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of engine ignition electric nozzle processing, and particularly relates to a high-thrust engine ignition electric nozzle.
Background
The ceramic edge ignition electric nozzle is a product which uses the insulator ceramic edge as a medium to cause high voltage electricity to break down the air between the central electrode 4 and the side electrode 1 to generate electric spark to ignite oil-gas mixed gas in a combustion chamber of an engine.
As shown in fig. 1, a lower case 3 and an upper case 8 are welded together, side electrodes 1 are pressed into the bottom of the lower case 3, a lower insulator 2 is installed, a center electrode 4 is inserted into the lower insulator 2, glass frit 5 is filled, the glass frit is heated to melt and then compacted by an upper insulator 7, a contact cap 6 is inserted into the center electrode 4 to be connected by argon arc welding, and finally a gasket 9 is installed and a rear seam of the case 8 is closed.
The thrust of the high-thrust engine reaches 13-16 tons, and compared with the existing engine (the thrust is 4-6 tons), the high-thrust engine has the advantages that the temperature of a combustion chamber is higher, the air flow pressure is higher, and the flow speed is higher. The ignition electric nozzle is arranged in a combustion chamber of an engine and has the function of igniting oil-gas mixed gas in the combustion chamber of the engine, so that the working environment of the ignition electric nozzle of the high-thrust engine is quite severe. The ignition electric nozzle processed by the prior art has the temperature resistance of no more than 800 ℃ and the pressure resistance of no more than 2.45MPa, and can not meet the use requirement of a high-thrust engine.
The prior art has the following defects which are difficult to avoid:
a) the gas-tight index of the product is not easy to guarantee under the pressure of 4.2MPa in the combustion chamber, the glass frit powder is required to be completely melted and completely bonded with metal to guarantee the sealing property, and the sealing is difficult to guarantee that the product is gas-tight under the pressure because the thermal expansion coefficients of the glass cement and the metal are inconsistent;
b) when the use temperature of the front section of the product reaches above 800 ℃, the glass cement can be softened to cause air leakage;
c) the discharge end of the ceramic creeping discharge electric nozzle is generally of a concave structure, sparks generated by discharge can be ejected out of the end face by about 1 cm, but the impact force on the electric nozzle structure is also very large, and the insulator part is easy to crack due to impact in the prior art and the structural part is fixed, so that the product fails;
d) the welding of the contact cap and the central electrode leads to the generation of welding beading on the surface of the contact cap, so that the contact resistance between the contact cap and the ignition cable is increased, and the product performance is influenced.
