meanwhile, one end of the buffer assembly 27 acts on the blocking seat 28, the other end acts on the mounting seat 23, rubber seats 34 at two ends of the buffer assembly 27 are in contact with the mounting seat 23 and the blocking seat 28 when moving, the movable rod 31 extrudes second springs 32 at two ends through a limiting block 33 inside the shell 30 to avoid collision, the second buffer 25 can avoid collision of the frame plate 35 and the positioning seat 21 in the first direction, the third buffer 26 can avoid collision of the swivel mount 13 and the frame plate 35 in the first direction, and safe and rapid adjustment of the adjusting and fixing mechanism 2 is guaranteed.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the installation mechanism 1 and the adjusting and fixing mechanism 2 are installed, then the salvaging mechanical claw and the adjusting and fixing mechanism 2 are installed, the installation mechanism 1 and the salvaging ship body are installed, the first hydraulic rod 14 stretches and retracts to move on the adjusting frame 15 so as to drive the adjusting frame 15 to rotate, the rotating seat 13 and the adjusting frame 18 are driven to rotate through the transmission of a rotating shaft, the angle is adjusted, then the second hydraulic rod 19 on the adjusting seat 21 stretches and retracts to drive the frame plate 35 to move on the guide rod 20 through the guide seats 36 at two ends so as to adjust the position in the first direction, meanwhile, the frame plate 35 is prevented from colliding with the adjusting seat 21 through the second buffer 25, the rotating seat 13 is prevented from colliding with the frame plate 35 through the third buffer 26, the third hydraulic rod 22 stretches and retracts to drive the frame plate 35 to move on the slide rails 29 through the slide blocks 24 so as to adjust the position in the second direction, meanwhile, the rubber seats 34 at two ends of the buffer assembly 27 are in contact, the movable rod 31 extrudes the second springs 32 at two ends to avoid collision through the limiting blocks 33 inside the shell 30, when the salvage ship body moves on the water surface, the bumpy salvage ship body can drive the installation mechanism 1 and adjust the overall fluctuation of the fixing mechanism 2 on the water surface, wherein two ends of the fixing arm 4 are respectively rotatably connected with the supporting seat 3 and the connecting seat 6, two ends of the fork arm are respectively rotatably connected with the supporting seat 3 and the connecting seat 6, two ends of the first buffer 7 are respectively rotatably connected with the supporting seat 3 and the fixing arm 4, the buffer absorption is realized under the action of the first springs 8 through the first buffers 7, and the stability of the installation mechanism 1 and the adjustment fixing mechanism 2 is kept while the fluctuation of the salvage ship body on the water surface.
